First load I took there looked like it was washed in dirty water, clothes are folded haphazardly and they managed to send my laundry bag to another branch. Always takes longer than what they say when dropping off and seem to have issues with card payments when the manager/owner is not there. Also closes earlier than what the operating hours on the internet indicates but these are minor compared to the fact that a large amount of my clothing went missing and when I contacted them the lady I spoke to brushed it aside as something that could not happen. It is the only place my stuff could have gone missing and I suspect it happened over a few occasions of me using their services (which I only used because of location). Nothing was done to investigate my missing clothing because according to her they have "systems "in place. I don't see how that is possible because most times I went there she was not there, this includes closing times. If you use their services ask them to weigh the clean laundry, I might've picked up sooner on the missing garments if I had done that

This is my second time I have had some of my clothes stained red and only discover it when I want to wear it. Nobody mentioned the error. The last time I found them sepately washing the white stuff and thought that was great only to discover later that it was because it was messed with the same red and they bleached the whites but did nothing about the other. Now for a second time I have red stained clothing. I messaged them but did not even get a response. Disappointing service!!!

I had my white bedding washed and it came back in crisp hotel condition, perfectly cleaned, ironed and packed. Would definitely recommend 10/10 service and very friendly Employees!
