!! DO NOT SPAY/NEUTER CATS HERE !! First off the receptionist were rude. I left my 2 cats here before i went off to work in the morning. i was told i would NOT be called when they are ready to be picked up and to just show up between 3-5pm? later that day i received a phone call from the “vet” saying one of the my cats had some complications. she was bleeding internally and had to go back into surgery to correct a MISTAKE he did. I was unaware of the pregnancy between one of my cats. they go ahead and proceed with the surgery without informing you of this because they get a lot more money from you when they spay a pregnant cat! I believe my cat was possibly pretty far along in her pregnancy for her to experience such a complicated surgery. A vet should be aware of these things and not continue with surgery if they know it will put the cats life in danger. When i arrived to the clinic the vet seemed annoyed at having to explain to me that the surgery did not go well as if it’s something he just did not want to deal with. he said everything with no sympathy, as the ladies at the front desk continued to crack jokes. i even heard heard one say “here we go again” as if this happens often. They did not provide me with extended help like other spaying and neutering vets would do so if such complications happened on their watch. I received My cat in in critical condition her temperature was below average she was shivering in their cold office even with a heating pad. Although the nurse who handled my 2 cats at the end of all this was the only one there who i felt honestly cared, it was not enough to change my mind about this place. !! PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE !! And be aware of FAKE 5 star reviews !!

I am writing to express my serious concerns regarding the unethical practices that I recently experienced at your veterinary clinic. I had scheduled an appointment to bring my beloved feline to your clinic for a routine check-up and was really disappointed with my experience. Prior to making the appointment, I was informed that the cost would be $75, which seemed reasonable to me. However, during the appointment, I was informed that if my feline was in heat, the price would increase to $140 due to the complications it would cause. On my way to pick up my feline after the appointment, I called the clinic to confirm if my feline was in heat or not. I was informed that my feline was not in heat, but was shocked when the clinic charged me $200 for the check-up without any explanation or justification. When I objected to the increased cost, I was informed that if I failed to pay and pick up my feline immediately, the clinic would euthanize her. I found this to be extremely distressing, especially since my feline is a beloved companion animal that means the world to me. As an animal lover and a responsible pet parent, I strongly believe that no animal should be mistreated, no matter how difficult the circumstances. The issue of overcharging pet owners, and then threatening them with such extreme consequences is simply unacceptable for any veterinary clinic. If you love your animal, I would ask that you do not take them to this clinic. I urge you to take the necessary steps to rectify this situation and ensure that no other pet owner has to experience a similar ordeal at your clinic in the future. Thank you for taking the time to read my concerns. Sincerely,

It's hard to imagine that I lost my favorite cat here. Our whole family was in grief. It was completely unexpected that a small sterilization operation would have caused our family member cat to leave the world. On the morning of April 2, 2021, our lively, cute and healthy cat died in just 2 days after being sent to this pet hospital on Friday, April 2, 2021. Due to their surgery, the cat had hemorrhage. They even said our The cat's physique is not good. How could the cat die if it wasn't because you couldn't stop the bleeding after the operation. This veterinary hospital does not assume any responsibility, and also charges surgical fees and cremation fees. What should I do with this behavior? A living life is so easily deprived by them. Our cute cat will never come back to us. What should we do? ? ? ? ? ? Does the pet hospital really need to take any responsibility? Can they easily deprive our beloved relatives of the lives of our lives without any guilt, and can still earn money from the dead with peace of mind? Our dear cat left us at 9pm on April 3rd, 2021. We did not receive a call from the veterinary hospital saying that the cat was dead until 12pm on April 4th, 2021 when we were ready to go out to pick him up. , Can anyone rest assured to go to such an irresponsible veterinary hospital? They did not provide any surgical certificates and documents, and did not have any guilt or distress. We ask to condemn this veterinary hospital! In just 2 days, a lovely and lively life has become a cold corpse in a garbage bag. We cannot accept, cannot accept, cannot accept, cannot accept! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !

I brought in my 16 year old beloved cat, Midas. He was in renal failure, kidney failure, dehydrated and over all I knew it was time. The vet was extremely knowledgeable and you can tell she does this because she loves it. She ran through my options, which were all pretty dreary outcomes. She allowed us to be there with him through the process - which was so much quicker than I had thought. She did let us know it will be quick and peaceful. It was. This was my first experience having to put a member of my pet fam down. She then offered to do an autopsy to find out what the issue was and send off a pathology report - at no cost. She assured me that I had done the right thing because his kidneys were the size of oranges and there was no coming back from it. She let me know she was sending for a pathology report because she was inconclusive on the cause and she’s never seen kidneys that rough in all her years of practicing. She was then very kind upon receiving the report to call me on Christmas Eve to put to ease my mind that I had done the right thing as he had advanced terminal cancer and she was shocked he was still alive when I brought him in and that he must’ve loved me very much to stay alive like he did. That was extremely comforting knowing I didn’t prematurely put him down and he really didn’t have a chance and I did what was in his best interest. She went above and beyond what I couldn’t asked for. I’m very grateful I found this vet. I would recommend to anyone who loves their cat as a family member and I would come again in the future should I adopt another fur baby.

Dr. Rigoni is a no nonsense vet. She will tell you what is bad and what is good with your kitty. She also sees dogs but, since I don't have one of those, I can't comment on how she takes care of them. Since she has dog companions herself, I would expect she would be great with her dog patients as well. Anyway, she knows cats well and is very persistent in dealing with whatever ails them. Soon after I got her from the pound, my kitten had some sort of respiratory distress. Dr. Rigoni recommended a simple treatment that took care of the problem right away. My cat later had some sort of ear infection. She tried several approaches and hit on one that solved the problem for the subsequent 12 years. She knows a ton about cures that don't cost much money. But when the problem is beyond her practice she doesn't hesitate to recommend specialist care. Her prices are quite reasonable and she definitely knows what she is doing. What could be better?

PLEASE please do not take your fur babies here. I would give zero stars if I could. Dr. Marconi ignored my concerns with my cat and was beyond condescending to me. I had to insist bloodwork be done even though my cat had newfound aggression, weight loss, throw up, etc. She called me and casually told me my cat likely has feline leukemia, then a day later called me and said it's not feline leukemia and that she would send the results to an oncologist. I asked her if it's possible it's not cancer causing my cat's low red and white blood cell count and her response was "I don't know..I'm not God." After taking my cat to other vets for a second AND third opinion (thousands of $$ later) I've found out there my cat is actually ANEMIC which I'm treating with a combination of food and medicine. Save your time and money and go to any other vet.

If you want the absolute best care for your cat, I highly recommend this veterinary clinic. My cat, Georgie, used to have really oily fur, scratch her head until she was bleeding , and regularly threw up. Almost immediately they diagnosed her with a fish allergy and recommended limited ingredient food. They informed me that fish allergies are common in cats and since that moment, I have loved this place. Georgie has been the happiest and healthiest since starting to visit this vet more than 3 years ago. They have a knowledgeable and skilled staff staff, are highly experienced with treating cats, and I trust them with my Georgie. 10/10

I absolutely love this place. I was referred over by fat cat flats (also amazing). If your cat is not happy with taking a normal bath they can sedate (put them in a twilight zone) until the grooming is complete. The staff is so friendly and personable. I have 3 cats and the one I brought is a little on the rambunctious side. They treated my cat (whootie) so great. When I picked him up, he was literally glowing! He’s a long haired Persian kitty and mats easily. He’s been to groomers before and hasn’t looked this good! I’m definitely taking him here from now on. Thank y’all so much!

These people genuinely love cats. I've brought two here for surgery, and each time they talked about how cuddly and loving my cats were and described their personality, which let me know they were actually cared for and given time and attention. I know this clinic serves locally to help with fixing strays which is busy and difficult to deal with, but all that charity doesn't take away from the level of care and attention they provide to pets. If anything, I think it makes them appreciate the pets that much more. I trust them with my fur babies.

The staff is really what makes this place great. Everyone is both, very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The staff is always proactive and accommodating as much as possible, including trying to fit in special last minute appointments. The Doctor is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and does what is best for your pet. If I lived closer, I would make this my primary veterinary clinic. When i have very specific needs, I go out of my way to come here because i know that the staff will provide the level of care.

I absolutely love this place. They take their time in explaining everything to you as I am not a normal cat owner. I have just been fixing the cats within my neighborhood since there are so many feral cats. It takes too long to get into CAP, so I just took the cats to all cats veterinary clinic and just paid for it because time is of the essence when it comes to feral cats. The environment there is very warm and friendly and the doctors are very caring I Halle Halle Halle recommend this place to anyone.

Absolutely the best Cat specialists we’ve ever been to, this is based on living in various cities over the past 10 years. The owner and her staff are all about making sure your cat is in the best possible health. Our cat had a reaction to a vaccine, they made a house call to take care of the problem, unbelievable. Because of there care and integrity our kitty is back 100% normal. Thank You again for what you did for us and our cat. They are worth the drive to receive this type of care.

We recently visited this vet clinic after discovering blood in our cat's urine. The front desk experience wasn't the friendliest, as the lady seemed a bit stern and quickly addressed my lack of a mask. The clinic’s small and quirky atmosphere (cats free roaming around, exposed filing system, kitschy decor) doesn't quite exude the professionalism I'd expect from a veterinary facility. On the upside, our cat received prompt antibiotic treatment and recovered within a day.

  • Tina

The vet and her staff clearly love cats and notice the little details of their patients (taking a moment to enjoy someone’s chinchilla-like fur, for instance). I did not fully appreciate their skill and sensitivity until my two oldest cats went into decline. Throughout the long process the vet offered trustworthy advice and then listened when the medications no longer worked. On their last days they all showed great caring and respect for the cats and their owner.

This place is great and affordable for cats, tho a bit quirky. They were great with my cat, and they were very considerate when a friend brought in her geriatric cat with a terminal illness, even referring her to a university for more help. They've been flexible and accessible when I've brought in strays/rescues. The condolences card regarding my stray that didn't make it was very touching. Sometimes people can be callous about cats, but these folks weren't.

All Cats is a great, relatively low-cost vet clinic. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about what your cats need. When my kitty was having some horrible bladder issues that led to him being given fluids and catheterized for like 5 days, they helped us out and gave him treatment at a fraction of the price that other clinics would have charged. We always count on All Cats to take care of our kitties!

  • Jaiy Nance

My cat was at death's door when we brought her in. Another vet had misdiagnosed her and All Cats absolutely saved her life. They were kind, but definitely no nonsense. They did not sugar coat it, but I appreciated the honesty and bluntness of the potential outcomes. They went above and beyond in helping me take care of her and checking in to make sure she was recovering.

Our cat has a fungus in her ears, we were treated in this clinic for a whole year, and no one could help our cat, all the medicines that she was prescribed did not help her, we spent a lot of money on treatment, which turned out to be ineffective, but It's just a fungus in the ears. I am very upset and do not recommend this clinic for your beloved pets

  • Kimberly Daroya

The staff is knowledgeable and the doctors are great. They are dedicated to making and fostering healthy cats. They give you the best advice and work with you when needed. The office is a bit small and it can get overwhelming but they do everything they can to help you and your cat. I've trusted them with my handsome boy for 17 years now!

  • Ruth Brittingham

Very nice people working here! Took great care of my cat and was very affordable :) My cat had eye issues and dirty ears and they cleared right up afterwards. If you're going in the afternoon be sure to call because they do have a midday lunch break. The decoration inside is all cat themed and adorable.

Dr. Rigoni is the most caring cat vet I have ever seen or could ever imagine. We drive from I 10 west past Beltway 8 to I 45 south almost to NRG stadium and it is so worth it. She is really wonderful and shockingly affordable. I am Jennifer's mom. If I could, I would give her 10 out of 5 stars!!

  • Santiago Caraballo

As of November 2022, you can not enter this office without a mask on (they will sell you a paper mask for $1). It is the office staff’s choice to require it but I find it disappointing and frustrating. They do, however, do a good job caring for cats so be aware of the mask is all.

  • kea smith

My nephew went here and they left him sitting in the kennel in his urine. He’s a kitten and was treated very wrong. Very unprofessional and disgusting. Do not come here if you don’t want your cat to be neglected and treated poorly!

  • Katelyn Brown

Could not recommend this clinic more. Staff is so friendly and it is clear that they all genuinely care. Melinda specifically is absolutely amazing. Definitely will bring our babies back here!!

  • Cynthia Owens

Very experienced and caring vet and staff. Going there since 2017. Highly recommend. Last week outside cat (Baby Bip - community cat) was attacked and now back doing well.

  • Sumalee Bruce

I've been going there for over a decade. The staff is very good. Everyone is genuinely caring. Dr. Rigoni has always taken good care of my cats. …

  • celina thomas

My kitten was sick and the vet was great knew what was the issue and treated her with right medication. Was very happy with the clinic.

  • Karen Cortez

I'm very happy to have found this little cat clinic. They were able to help me get my cat neutered and provided helpful information.

  • Mary Smith

Vet only handles cats, which is great! Quick service and accessible location. Our kitties were pleased with the service.

  • Karen “The Little Drummer Girl” Hartley

What a cool place full of cool people. I took my little one for his neuter. I'll be back. So reasonable too!!
