Locked myself out of my house and on super bowl sunday, locksmith wait was 1 1/2 hour and I called them and they were here in 20 minutes. Reason I didnt give them 5 stars was because I was quoted waaaaay less on the phone. and then charged $172 to unlock one front door. Seemed excessive but at that time I needed my door open right away. The gentleman that opened it came in basketball shorts sagged down showing his underwear and in socks and slip on slides. I'm not expecting suit and ties but a little more professional wouldnt hurt..his bedside manners weren't outstanding either. My very small dog came out and sniffed him and he said can you get your dog away its licking me. She was just sniffing and I apologized. I dont know much about locksmith prices but to unlock a locked house in 10-15 minutes for that much just seems like a lot. I wish the quoted price wasn't so low vs the actual price..

I just purchased a new apartment and wanted my own front door locks. After reviewing a few reviews - this one stood out. He knew everything about my current bottom and top locks- the quality, the manufacturer, the condition it was in. He gave me an honest consultation and said I didn't need new locks just tubular replacements and a high grade pick-proof lock. Exactly what I wanted. He was professional and efficient and genuine. I called All pro locksmith to help with the lock on my front door. The door nob was off and we couldn't secure my home. They send Tom, Who was very professional, he not only replaced my lock, but replaced and re-keyed my dead bolt as well as re-keyed the back door, so we only need one key to enter our home. I will definitely call them again with any lock or key problems, and will recommend him to my friends. Thanks again!

Just moved into a new house a few days ago and already someone trying to break in called All Pro locksmith and Amit was here within 20 mins and replaced all 6 locks in less than 10mins, this gentleman was polite, experienced and even gave me the best deal out of all the companies I called. I definitely give them a high rating and recommend them for any locksmith job.

They arrived within an hour of my Thursday afternoon call for a project that needed to be completed that day. Rekeying 12 Medico cylinders was part of the job. The technician completed the job in a few hours and the locks were functional. They're not cheap, but they're not outrageous either. I'd hire them again.
