10 out of 10 for Service. Allison and the team at "All Roof Repair" were amazing. Allison's attention to detail, communication and customer service was outstanding. Paris came to check out the damages shortly after my enquiry, to then provide a quote. Paris was able to order in the gutters, which arrived later that week. Monday morning I had brand new gutters installed by Paris. Then Tuesday morning Andy and Nuwan had completely repaired my tiled roof. The job they did looks immaculate. Just looking at the roof, you would never know what happened a week ago. Thank you to Allison, Paris, Andy and Nuwan for such professionalism. You take pride in your work and it shows! I will be recommending you to all family and friends.

5 STARS Great business and the friendliest of staff. From the minute I engaged this business I was welcomed with a super helpful approach from a lady called Allison. She was knowledgeable, interested, attentive and competitive to win my business. There work ethics are spot on and at no point did I not think the job would be not done correctly or within time or budget. I highly recommend this business for roofing re do's. They have had plenty of previous experience and can show many examples of the high quality finished homes on there books. keep up the good work and all the best to those who choose to deal with this great team of people.

Had a roof restoration done. When they told me it was finished and "looked great" I had a building inspector go up and look at the roof. The job was not finished at all, broken tiles, rebedding not done and paint work not completed. Then they put my roof on Facebook saying how great it looks! Customer service was shocking, except for Alison. If you have to go with this company, make sure you fully check the finished job before paying them ( we were unable to do this ourselves ) or get an inspection done. If I didn't get an inspection done, we would not have known!!!

All Roof Repair completed a full roof restoration on my home.l found the company and Tradesmen ,very professional to deal with.l was informed at all times of what work was being done, thie communication was great.The Tradesmen have pride in their work and standards are high.l would recommend All Roof Repair for any Roof Repair or Restoration.The office staff are approachable and pleasant to deal with . Roof painting job is not done completely. After raised the issue to the boss, the solution is they will leave the ladder at our home for a few days, so that hubby can climb up to finishing the painting ! ! Re: from verbal and written quotation prior to the job, there is no mention of roof gable is excluded from full roof restoration. We have no choice but to accept the poor job unhappily.

I can recommend All Roof Repairs for their friendly, timely and professional services. I had engaged All Roof Repair to clean, prime and paint my galv iron flat roof showing rust spots. Very happy with the professionalism shown by Allison to engage the company for the job and then later in communicating the time and details. I found Alison and the tradies to be most helpful, friendly and competent. They were clear in when they were coming, and what they were going to do. They worked around another job that impacted on this work, and had no issues with doing so. I would most definetaly use them again, and recommened them with no reservations.

Apreil went out of her way to ensure that our job was completed to a standard we were happy with. 4 stars were given as it took some time to rectify the job but they did complete the job to a good standard in the end. We had an old roof sprayed from a dark to light colour. Looks brand new now.

Roof repair, power wash and paint came up well. Behaviour of workers was abominable. When asked to clean up some of the mess left, they were abusive and I had to call the police. I would not recommend the workers for this company. Expect to pay a lot to have the mess cleaned up.

Would give them a zero star if I could. Leave the job halfway only to let the house rot! Cancel at the last minute, wouldn't answer any calls and extremely poor service. Stay a thousand miles away!

Company did High Pressure Cleaning of entire Roof and Re-bedding in a past professionally and quick. I called the company within warranty period to fix the problem which was rectified quickly.

Did a good job repairing the roof from storm damage ! We got the whole roof pressure cleaned , sealed and painted ! Good communication and very happy with the work, would recommend to anyone !
