After being a patient for the last decade, I was unceremoniously terminated as a patient while in the midst of suffering from severe mental health issues. The excuse? I late cancelled too many appointments (a handful in the last year, all of which were rescheduled because I woke up with Covid symptoms on the day of my appointment and the automated message on the clinic’s phone line quite literally says to reschedule should this be the case). Not once was I warned that I was in danger of being terminated as a patient. The worst part? I didn’t even learn I was terminated directly from Dr. Butzelaar or his staff. I was told by his assistant that I had to pay a late cancellation fee before I could book again. I called the billing department several times in an attempt to pay the fee, with no return call. After discussing my frustration with my fiancé, he called the clinic and described the situation to the person who answered the operator line, and this person said to him, “oh, this patient has been terminated by their doctor.” Not only is it extremely unethical and a violation of my privacy as a patient for this information to be shared with another person, it’s also incredibly unprofessional. I’ve found a new doctor that has better bedside manner and has been more thorough with my care. I would recommend that anyone stay away from the Allin Clinic at all costs. If you don’t want to believe my review, read the others. They all speak for themselves.

This dr Mc dermit hasn’t went beyond what any neurologist would do to try help me the best he can. I suffer extreme pain after physiotherapist pushed on my frontal lobe down extremely hard for 2 minutes on a wooden table. Ayer he released it I was never the same. 4 days later ER then 2 after that and now ER trip 43. This paid dizziness and wanting to puke steady is a normal day for me. Dr Mc dermit is trying g all he can. The bad it’s not a ordinary injury or disease. Whatever this guy did to me they can’t pick it up with our technology and I live an extremely painful life of hell. Hoping one day they find something. So far we know the nerves driving me crazy. Occipital nerves foresure damaged. He’s got me for a test they burn them somehow. Praying it helps some. I cry scream everyday cause I can’t handle the pain and on narcotic meds not even near enough to kill it but trying to get injections from pain clinic. I just wish I could again do things with my family. Our home is dead now. I was the love of the house. Adam physiotherapy and wellness ta ga Deeb owner ruined my only life I had. Dr Mc dermit is trying to fix it. He’s good go see him he hill do what he can.

Don't come here for the phyciatrist. If your doctor refers you to these services ask for another place. Got to me late, didn't even take the whole 90 minutes time on me. Not the greatest feeling leaving a psychiatrist feeling depressed and hopeless when you walked in feeling good, ended up not wanting to see me again and just giving me the number to a place to dump me as somone elses problem that wasnt even an appropriate place to send me to, he told me I could just refer myself..... the place he gave me was a 24/hour crisis help center who wouldn't take me for therapy as im not in any sort of crisis..... The psychiatrist has a very low referal wait time but its for good reason, that's why he calls around doctors offices refering himself and pushing his services. I dont know what was worse, the fact that he was argumentative, or the constant breaks of awkward silence in-between talking with a sharp judgmental stare not, breaking eye contact until I looked away.

My physician switched to this clinic sometime ago and well she is fantastic the central reception services leave much to be desired. I called today knowing my Doctor isn’t in hoping to book for an urgent care appointment for current patients. I opted to call in as the online booking portal clearly states only booking with your own Doctor is permitted. There is no option for the urgent care bookings except to call. I was on hold for about 10 minutes and then an answering service picked up. Apparently the phone booking process, as “it’s been for some months” according to the surly call center agent, is to call in and give details and someone will call you back. When I asked if it would be soon I was told it’s usually not that long. It’s been an hour and a half and no call. How is that a more efficient system than booking during a call in? Why offer urgent care services to patients of record with no clear booking portal?

Allin clinic is top rated in my opinion and I would give more stars if it was an option. I have been a patient with Dr Butzelaar for almost 15 yrs. He is a great dr always available and I never have to worry about treatment in his care. His nurse Tea is also amazing. She too is always available and great at her job. Both are just the best in my opinion and I tend to have a lot of appointments. It's always very easy, fast and always professional and friendly. In a time where lots of people have issues with healthcare, long wait times etc, I can't imagine having any of those problems with the Allin clinic. I should also mention all the staff I encounter, bookings, reception are also great. If given the opportunity definitely try and get a family physician at the Allin clinic.

I am really disappointed with this clinic. Looking for a new family doctor and have been trying to call to see Dr. Porath since the end of last year. Every time I call, I was told that her schedule was not up yet or to call back and other times I was told I should go to another clinic to find another family doctor and was given names of clinics I could go to. If I was wanting to go to another clinic or another doctor, why would I keep calling to want to see Dr. Porath? When calling again today, I was told the doctor is only accepting patients by referral now. However, online, it still shows she’s accepting patients without referral. I am beyond fed up and will never come to this clinic if this is how they treat people.

My longtime family physician is retiring and recommended that I get an appointment with Dr. Porath who is taking new patients. I have been calling regularly for two months seeking an appointment and am consistently asked to call back because her December schedule is not out yet. Really? December is less than 2 weeks away. Is management this disorganized? Based on other reviews, there is a recent and widespread problem with getting appointments at this clinic. Receptionists appear completely disinterested in providing any assistance or guidance, other than “call back later.” If I treated my potential clients this way, I’d have no clients. Very disappointing. Why not just say she’s not accepting new patients?

Ridiculous how nobody can return a call or email and when I call. I am told please hold by someone who did answer once then sent straight to voice-mail. They charge me $65.00 to click a button to send for a special authorization to my insurance months ago, my insurance said they are still waiting on more info from the clinic, they sent me a form to fill out in the mail, no return address on it or envelope to send back to, nothing to say where to email it or fax etc. I work in admin and customer service, you want someone to return a form to you, you send a pre-paid envelope back or at least information as to where to send it to. Horrible customer service!

I’m not sure why other people have issues with booking here. I have been seeing my family physician for many years here and have never had issues. Within the last couple years they have offered a new booking system through an app called Medeo, this was a game changer for easy and convenient booking. I like this clinic, the staff are friendly, they do X-RAY’s on site, and have a pharmacy on the main-floor. When my doctor isn’t available they have always had another doctor able to see me within a days notice. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that the parking situation isn’t ideal. There is barely any available and it is paid parking only.

Showed up about 8 minutes early to the appointment and we waited for about 50 minutes. Not to mention we seen so many waves of people come and go over the hour. My driver ended up getting a ticket bc we didn’t know we the whole appointment plus waiting would’ve taken over 2 hours. And on top of that the parking meter doesn’t accept my drivers debit card. My doctor was alright. And the nurses seemed decent. It’s just the parking and wait times and then trying to get a hold of someone on the phone. You have to leave a voicemail and they won’t get back for you in days

Good luck getting through to book or change an appointment. You’ll be on hold for half an hour, transferred, put back on hold for another half hour then be told you have to call back to go back in the que and hold for god knows how long all over again. I’ve done this whole song and dance 4 times already today. That’s nearly 4 hours trying to change my appointment to a phone consult. I love my Dr Lisa Barchett but I hate this clinic and it’s booking process. Really thinking of finding a new clinic.

I am happy to share this here. I am lucky one to have Allin clinic as my hospital with a good doctors and helpers. Big thank to Dr Alyson Scott, He is a very good I wish everyone get chance to be your Dr. If it was not him,I don't know where I would be... He took his time to found my hidden tumor. I have a lot to talk about my story, but I am new on this ,not sure what I supposed to write or not. But Dr Alyson and team. Even if I die now, I am satisfied. God bless you. Betty.

Dr. Hanna Slabu was a terrible doctor for me with diabetes. I showed up depressed and didn’t want to live anymore. She phoned my Family Doctor and says I don’t know how to help her. She works part time only. It took 8 months to see her. Then I get a call I have to wait 2 weeks longer to see her. I will be letting another patient get in to see her. As I will call to never see her again. My family doctor knew what to do for me and handling my diabetic needs.

My experience at the Allin Clinic has always been great. I have been a patient of Dr. Baker for the past 5 years, she and her Assistant Julie has been nothing but amazing and I love them both. Dr. Baker epitomizes what a great family doctor is. She always makes me feel comfortable, she's compassionate, empathetic and knowledgeable, she always take the time to adress all my questions and concerns. I trust her completely with the care of myself and family.

Dr. Loiselle has been my family doctor for over 15 years. She is knowledgeable, upfront and fantastic to deal with. Her assistant, Tea, is friendly, helpful and a pleasure to be around. Dr. Loiselle only works two days per week, yet the Allin Clinic always has an urgent care doctor I can get in to see if needed. I am grateful to Dr. Loiselle, Tea, and all of the staff at the Allin Clinic for the great medical care they have given me over the years.

I'm very frustrated with this clinic in general because my oldest child has a Pediatrician (" Dr.Lise Warmington ") here, and whomever is Sandy that takes calls to book appointments to see the Pediatrician is very unprofessional and unreliable to return call backs. It's been 3 months now since I haven't got a call back in return to have my daughter seen / my other daughter seen too due to a referral that was made to the Pediatrician back in April.

I purchased a CPAP machine at Sleep Medix for an unbelievably high price. Didn't correct my sleep apnea problem at all! What's worse, you are somewhat held hostage by them because you cannot control the machine yourself and adjust it to the level(s) you feel comfortable at! It's your own machine but you're not allowed to control it yourself! So far, for me, it's been a useless piece of machine and I won't recommend it to anybody it at all.

Had a phone appointment that... well, never happened, because apparently the doctor couldn't be bothered to respect my time. It's hard to find a rheumatologist and it took months for my referral to even be approved, and now I feel like I'm back to square one. At least his receptionist was nice, otherwise I would've just left one star. Thanks for nothing though.

I have been a patient at the Allin Clinic for 45 years, growing all the way from obstetrics, pediatrics to general practice. Options for booking appointments are simple, ranging from online, Medeo booking app and phone. Dr. Laratta and his team are an integral part of my medical care and I cannot recommend the quality of care at the Allin Clinic enough.

The clinic it self is almost impossible to book with I have been with dr. Kitty Chan for 20+ years and will still be a patient of hers. But I can not wait 2-3 months before getting in to see my doctor … the booking system for this clinic is garbage. I love my family doctor and her assistant pat to pieces. I just don’t love the long booking time.

Great doctor’s office. Knowledgeable staff who are friendly and always smiling. Nurse Natasha is so sweet and professional. Clean waiting area and treatment rooms. Dr Laratta has always listened to my concerns and symptoms and referred to appropriately when required and or offered me the correct treatment. Would absolutely recommend

Been coming here for years as my family doctor is located in this building. All the staff is always extremely friendly which is always nice when coming to a place that causes anxiety for most. Dr Talwar is always on time and is super easy to talk to. A special shout out to Rafia for being such a bright person on my last visit!

Dr. Butzelaar is a wonderful family doctor. He’s thorough and kind, and great with our kids. We appreciate that he takes the time to give us detailed information and answer our questions. The clinic staff are very friendly and professional and they do a great job of running on time.

The booking system is ridiculous. Booking with Dr. warmington is impossible. The secretary does not return phone calls. I have been trying for over a week to get through and get an appointment. Unacceptable. My kid is very sick and i cannot get in to see a pediatrician. Grrrrrrrrrr

I have had a physician, Dr. Carmen Young, that I have worked with three years. She is a good doctor. She works at the Allin clinic where the staff are so incredibly frustrating and incompetent. If I knew that Dr. Young worked out of that clinic I would have chosen another doctor.

Dr Hassenoff has been a family physician for years. Met him today and am so pleased with his bed side manner and his care and attentiveness towards my parents. Couldn’t ask for a better dr for my elderly parents. His nurse could be a bit better but he is an absolute gem of a dr.

This clinic is a joke. They set appointments and make you wait for the Doctor for over 1hr past your appointment time to see a GP. There’s no one in the waiting rooms, so it makes no sense. The ladies on the phone are also extremely rude. I would never recommend this clinic

Met Dr Ben Malinowski in 1976 and had a very good relationship with staff and Dr for many years. My son is now 45 years old but I still remember my experience. Both Dr Malinowski and my son has the same birthday so I will always remember him on that day.

Dr. Butzelaar and his team are amazing. They build a relationship of trust by listening and always ensuring the best care for their patients. From reception to nurse Thea, to medical testing downstairs, they are bar none, best health care in the city.

I have been with Dr. Toal for 24 years. He has always been very kind and upfront with me. He takes exceptional care of my children and has built trusting relationships with them. I am grateful to have him as a family doctor.

We have seen Dr. Butzelaar for many years now. We have always had amazing care and he is so wonderful with our children. He always makes sure to answer all of our questions and is never rushed. His nurse Tea is so great too!

My doc, Dr. Stephen Toal is such a great guy!! And doctor. And his Assistant Trina, as well as Natasha and Shelly, are all fantastic. So is the pharmacy and the people there too. Love the Allin Clinic! …

Dr. Baker is an absolute gem of a family doctor. She's caring and clearly possesses a deep well of knowledge in her discipline. I live a 30 minute drive away but it's always worth the trek.

Doc. Wood is fantastic. Shes always taken the time to listen to my issues and addresses them accordingly. Her assistant, Rhoda has always been pleasant and helpful.

Their telephone operator is so impatient and rude.. We are a new resident with a big family seeking for a family doctor.. Might as well look for somewhere else.

Dr E and his staff are great to myself and my family. Always takes the time to listen and answer questions.
