Called for a quote, told them I would call back if I was interested, then spent the next week answering phone calls from them having to tell them to stop calling and to take me off of their list. Do not call these guys. Edit for reply: Of course you did not provide a service to me, my review was based on how you handle potential customers, it seems customers only matter to you once you get their money and you feel justified in harassing them until they do so. Why would I give you money when you don't listen to your potential customers? I can only imagine you would provide poor excuses for poor business practices as you have done here.

I feel a bit price gouged. I was locked out of my house and called as they were the closest and had good reviews. The operator was nice and quoted me between one to two hundred, which was somewhat on the high end but fair given it was a Sunday. The tech arrived after about an hour and looked at the door and said the price was $325. I believe he knew I had no other choice. He then opened it using the bumped key method in 10 seconds. I am disappointed there was such a dramatic increase from the initial quote.

Giovanni came as scheduled, identified the problem (within 15 minutes) and suggested a repair (Replaced gate's lock and fixed the back door hinges). Fast and effective service. Only question is how the arrive to a price. I was giving a quite of 80-120 and was charged $120 without explanation of why. The person who came yo opened was a little rude.

He showed up and unlocked my car door in under 35 minutes. 30 just to get to my location and 5 to unlock me door. If you are able to, these people are super good and I high recommend them.
