This was an exceptionally good experience. The employees were very aware of safety concerns that may affect customers experience and they were not afraid to ask questions to anyone who may have had I’ll intentions. This was probably the prettiest aerie store I've ever walked into. It looked like it came right out of a magazine. I had an order shipped to store and the pickup was easy. They didn't have curbside pickup though like their email insisted. It's not that big of a deal, but don't make an "option" if it's really not.

Went on black Friday to grab jeans and I was impressed with my experience. The whole staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Hannah went above and beyond to find my size.
