They will let anyone into your car that possibly has the same address as you. They helped someone that lives in my home break into my car and steal it. Not only did they allow him entry into my car, heavily intoxicated mind you, they allowed him to use my credit card to pay for it! The first time I called, I was told that he would have needed to show proof of ownership such as insurance, registration, etc. and didn’t know what the locksmith used to verify ownership. I stated that he had none of this and I was now stranded without a car. I was then told to call back the next day to speak with a supervisor and was informed he only had to show his own ID and that was enough for them. We doesn’t even have the same last name, etc. so it wasn’t like they let a family member into my car. I was told to get the police involved if I wanted my money back… Just another money hungry business that is not doing their due diligence. At the very least, you should be verifying the owner of the car is aware. Have them text the locksmith their ID, etc. after speaking directly with them. This is a huge liability.

The biggest scam I've ever seen in my life. Won't tell you pricing until they get to you and then absolutely rob you. My husband has a basic low powered sedan and it took 2 minutes to open it using a bag and stick. THEY CHARGED US $160!!!! Absolutely the most ridiculous and crooked thing I've seen in my life. They won't allow comparison of prices since they won't disclose price then use a $20 kit to open the door in 2 seconds. We were also only 15 minutes away from them so it wasn't even a far drive. Never using them again. Clearly this company found the best get rich in 5 minutes scheme ever.

Used their service two times in 6 months. First for a new key FOB, dealership wanted $340 for key and reprogramming, this locksmith charged much less-and came right to my home in under an hour. 10 minutes and done. Second visit was to troubleshoot key two months later, my old Dodge Journey had wiped the key of its memory (they have a history of this) and Ahmed was very prompt and saved me a big mechanics bill. Again, prompt service and professional. I keep their number in my phone as part of my emergency team. Thank you.

Reasonable price but he only took cash, He followed me to a near by Walmart in which I had to buy something to get the cash. He even went inside with me. I gave him the cash and went on my way. He is reliable, professional and provided fast service. He also did a good job. He installed two deadbolt locks on my front door. I would recommend him to a friend or family.

Best automotive locksmith in South Florida hands down. They had the best price in town for cutting and programing a key for my 2010 BMW 528i. They know exactly what they're doing and they don't overcharge because they believe in good business, I could go on but I don't think that's necessary because there's really no comparison to them.

I called 6 mechanics last night and insanely enough the one that was the most respectful was the lowest quote not only he followed up with a call and a txt to make sure it wasn’t dire I needed a new key/fob he was here within 10 minutes and was Goan before I could finish my cigarette all around great service most definitely happy.

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone with Locksmith needs. They sent their technician out to my house to re-key my deadbolt lock because I never had the original key from the previous owner.
