Updated review: I have adjusted my rating from a one to a three. The owner, Rob, reached out to me to rectify the situation. While I still cannot vouch for using their services, I can say that it is evident that he is committed to customer service. I absolutely believe he will be using my experience as a tool to educate his employees. As for the prices, they would have been much lower (roughly $100 per Rob) for what I needed but again the lady didn't listen to what I was telling her. Thank you, Rob. I appreciate you reaching out. First review: I just got off the phone with these people and will never call them again. I spoke with someone named Lola(I believe). As I was explaining what I was needing, she interrupted me multiple times. First, she interrupted asking what city I was in. I told her and continued on explaining that I have the key but need a new key cut and programmed from the original. She interrupts me again asking for my address. As I'm trying to tell her the address, she cuts me off again saying she couldn't hear me. Professionalism speaks volumes to me and that includes the tone you use when speaking to people. There is a difference in interrupting someone, sounding annoyed and saying, "I can't hear you," and waiting until they're finished speaking and saying, "I'm sorry, ma'am. The volume on the phone is too soft and I'm having trouble understanding you. Do you mind speaking up?" I was at the point of giving her my state when she interrupted me. You were really in such a hurry that you couldn't let me say my state and zip code before rudely interrupting me again. I understand that there are situations where you need to get the information fast and people take too long to tell you the information you need but the entirety of this phone call was 2 minutes. After I raise my voice to give her my address, she asks for the year, make, model and color of my vehicle. She next asked if my car was a push start, to which I answered no. Then, she says, "So you need to put the key in the ignition to start the car?" Yes, if it doesn't have a push start, how the hell am I going to start it without putting the key in? For the grand finale, she quoted me $295 to cut and program a key that has the lock and unlock buttons on it. She went on the quote me the price of just the key without the buttons. I was so baffled by the first number that I don't remember specifics of the second quote for just the key but it was over $200 also. My car is a 2008, Toyota Camry...super basic. Please someone tell me how the dealership is charging $140 and Pop-A-Lock is charging over double.

We would like to thank your company for the quick response to our emergency call this evening when I locked both sets of keys in our vehicle. After eating out for dinner, my husband was paying and I went to start the car to get the air flowing since it had been 100 degrees all day! I locked the doors to ensure the remote start would work so that the air would turn on. I threw the keys on the driver's seat and shut the door. OH NO!! Of course, we were on vacation in Nashville, TN from Fort Wayne, IN. We had no idea about who to call in this area. Then, my husband decided to call ONSTAR, because, even thought we don't play a monthly fee, we figured...it is an emergency...they can help us. NOT!! They would not do anything! So, my husband called the police. Unfortunately, because we used the remote start, the safety feature shuts the car off after 5 minutes. It took the police about 15 minutes to get there. Apparently, a toddler locked in a car in hot weather is not an emergency. All he did was tell us that he could break our window. So, he called the fire department. Once the fire department was called, Pop-A-Lock was also called. The fire department got there and looked over the vehicle to decide that they would have to break a window as well. As they were looking over the best way to break the window without hurting our baby, the Pop-A-Lock employee rolled up! He was my life saver! I wish I would have remembered his name because he was kind and very quick! I wish we would have been able to get a hold of Pop-A-Lock faster because they were the ones that did the quick work to get my baby out! We were completely impressed with the whole Pop-A-Lock process! It probably took him 2 minutes to get the vehicle unlocked! Also, the fact that they didn't charge us because we were in an emergency situation with our baby in there. That is awesome! We will definitely go home and brag to our friends and family about how great this company is. Thank you for helping to save my son's life!

I locked my keys in my car while I was at work and decided to use the roadside assistance to my insurance company Geico they in return contacted papa lock and have sent them to unlock my car for me so I can get my keys and go home from work when I get off. I work at a pizza company making pizzas so it’s not really possible for me to answer my phone while I’m busy at work whoever it is coming from Papa log decided to blow my phone up and when I answered it I told them whoever it was I’ll call you back when I get off work or when I get a minute please stop blowing up my phone they never left a voicemail until after I answered my phone and said that and then simply hung up the phone without letting them say anything on the phone at all granite on my end that may have been kind of rude but at same time I’m at work and I’m trying to do my job the notification that I got from my insurance company said they wouldn’t be here until 1025 which is after I close. So I was not expecting anyone until then but then I got a moment I listen to the message that they left me after I answered my phone and hung up on them and after telling them I would call them back and found out that it was them blowing up my phone and not someone else who I thought it may have been. So when I decided to return those this call a rude or than rude attitude decided to make me wait 45 minutes to an hour before he could get back over to this side of town to do my car he claimed that he had already turned around and left and went the other direction to the other other call he had but he couldn’t of been very far because I called him back within minutes as soon as I got the order out of the window I’m not too pleased with the service I’ve received so far it and my car is still locked the attitude definitely was not needed or welcomed neither was blowing up my phone

When I initially called I was met by a kind and helpful receptionist who informed me that a technician would arrive to my location within thirty-five minutes. After waiting for nearly fifty minutes I received an automated text informing me that the technician was on his/her way. Another fifteen to twenty minutes passed--still, nothing. I called the Google provided number again but this time was immediately met by an automated message, so I texted the automated number hoping that I would get a reply. Here is the exchange that occurred, verbatim: Me: "The technician has not showed up. It has been over an hour, I was told thirty-five minutes." Them: "I tried call several times, someone hung up on me, then u I called back 2 times and it went straight to VM," First off, no one ever attempted to call or text. So, they outright lied. Secondly, the poor grammar used by this individual is embarrassing. This is a professional business so some level of articulation is expected. I informed them that their services were no longer needed and them simply replied with a thumbs-up. I called a competitor immediately after and they arrived within fifteen minutes. Do not use these individuals. Shockingly appalling. If anyone doubts the validity of those texts messages I still have them on my phone and can provide them if desired. 100% serious.

I called Pop-A-Lock and got a friendly answer setting my expectation that a tech would call me in 5-10 minutes and that the tech should be able to get to me in about 30 minutes. I did receive a call from a tech in the stated time confirming what the receptionist had said-- he'd be to me in about 30 min. Thirty minutes came and went and I called back. I was notified that they had a miscommunication internally and it would be longer-- they would call me back in a few minutes to let me know when they'd get to me. More than a few minutes went by and I called back again. Bottom line is that I had to call them about every 20-30 minutes over the course of 2.5 hours. I was finally gotten to by a tech at the three hour mark. He was very courteous and professional, nevertheless I had to continuously call back to check on status and ended up stuck outside my house for three hours thinking they would be there any minute the whole time. I figured I could get them to discount a rekey job for me given the bad experience so far. The tech said they could and that he would call me later in the day and come back. I never got a call and he never came back. Perhaps I caught these guys on a bad day. Nevertheless, I will never call them again.

This business was not professional at all. First we were called to schedule a lock. The operator gathered all the information but then incorrectly typed our phone number so we waited over an hour with no call from the locksmith. We called also scheduled an appointment on the website, because we were confused why we weren't contacted yet. We called back and were placed on hold for 45 minutes, and when we finally reached the associate she was rude, had a bad phone connection, and hung up on us. We called back a third time and another associate answered the phone and had the locksmith call us. Once the lock smith called, we were given an estimated cost way $50 higher than the previously given quoted price. He told us that the earliest to get here would be 3 -4 pm which already was frustrating as we had already spent our entire day trying to resolve the issue. We said ok, and one hour later, the locksmith called to say that they don't have the car key to do the job. He gave us one number for another locksmith company, which wasn't even open. Very unprofessional as we were told that the service could be performed only to have our time wasted with no help in the end. 0/10 would not recommend to anyone else.

My car wouldn't start after leaving church on a Weds night. I suspected it had something to do with my key fob since it had been falling apart and had done the same thing a few times before while rain or moisture was present. It had been raining. The other times it eventually started. This time was different. After getting a ride home that night and borrowing my son's car to go to work the next morning I was telling my story at work when a co-worker suggested Pop-A-Lock. Made the appointment to meet Bill at my car and he was already there when I got there! I have locked my keys in vehicles a few times and was used to a 45 min to and hour and a half wait. He went right to work and made me a new key fob right on the spot! I had been putting this task off because I thought I would have to go to the dealership and it would be a process. When he started my car right away I was thanking Jesus right there in the church parking lot!! He did ask for ID which I appreciated. Wish I had called him months before. I will never use anyone else if I need another key fob or get locked out of my vehicle again. I will refer my friends and family to him.Thanks Bill!

We called pop-a-lock because the lock on our front door broke leaving our main entrance constantly locked. The service man came out very quickly and diagnosed the problem easily. He kept me informed of all the problems that needed repair and answered all of my questions. He had to leave for a part and returned after hours to finish the job so we would not be left with a broken door over night. There was some confusion afterwards regarding how the bill was to be paid. Being a business and not a residential or personal call, we assumed they would bill us for the service, but Pop-A-Lock requires that all new customers pay at the time of service, which was not clear when we placed the call and received the initial quote. The technician called the office and after explaining the confusion to the general manager, he emailed us an invoice which we assured him we would pay during normal business hours the following day when our accounting people were in the office. All Pop-A-Lock employees were very professional and handled the minor miscommunication issue in a courteous way. I would definitely use Pop-A-Lock again!

This company needs to better train locksmiths on remaking car keys with chip. The guy spent hour and half remade key blade, disabled my original key, disabled the original chip and was asking for 75 percent of original quote for a job not even half done. When I refused to pay, took off with the key he had remade, the chip he had remade and my original key. Eventually returned my original after an hour of calling Nashville number and main toll free number several times. One of the reps who answered my call in the meantime could not even locate my order and the other was very dismissive of my concern and falsely represented herself as the supervisor, placed me on hold for 5 minutes and then hung up. Called a local locksmith next day and he made a working copy, enabled my original that Pop-A-Lock had disabled and remade the chip in less than 10 minutes. If you need your keys remade in the Nashville area, I recommend calling A-1 Locksmith Inc instead. They are highly knowledgeable about locks, courteous and get the job done much faster.

I ended my work day by realizing I forgot to put my house key back on my main key ring, so coming home to a locked house was frustrating. I called company after company, and no one had anyone available in my area. I ended up calling Shapiro Locksmith - and just a heads up, do NOT call them, it's a complete scam. I waited over an hour for them, called their main line twice, was put on hold for 5 minutes the second time, and that's when I really started to get mad. I hung up on them and began googling other companies, and finally was able to get in touch with Nick from Pop-A-Lock. He was absolutely awesome. He had just gotten off his shift, but still answered my call; said he was going to call one of his coworkers to see if they could come help me, but he was booked up. So Nick drove (of course in rush hour traffic) across the city to come help me. I was in my house in a matter of seconds, he was very professional and you could tell how dedicated he is to his job. Thank you again Nick!!!

I filled out an online request for an estimate and never heard anything back. I figured since it was late on a Sat night that they may call back the next day. I called and spoke with a member of their call answering service. Gave her all of my information. She stated that someone would get back in touch with me as soon as it was convinent for them. Still haven't received an communication from them. They look like a great company and would have loved to let the rekey my whole house, but I can't get anyone to come do the work. Update: after posting I got a call from pop a lock and they stated that they were having an issue with their online system and answering service. They had someone at my house within an hour and gave me the best rate I could fine. The locksmith was very knowledgeable, friend, and fast. I hope they get their systems worked out, they do a very good job when they have an opportunity.

Best price in town, but I'm leaving a five star because of incredible service! I called Bill at about 9 PM in the middle of a pretty bad storm, after I had broken the only key to my house in half. Needless to say, I was panicking. To be honest, I was also a bit low on funds and didn't want to re-key the deadbolt (or leave my house unlocked for long!). Bill totally went the extra mile to help me out. He was immensely kind and helpful, met me downtown in a timely manner and was extremely patient as I found the office. He was also able to scan the two halves of my key to make a new one. Best of all, he even texted to make sure I got home safe. I was so grateful for his professionalism, kindness and friendliness -- it really made a crisis into a bearable situation. Nobody wants to be locked out of their house, but if I ever am again, I definitely know who to call. Thanks again Bill!

Pop a lock is the most trusted locksmith I have encountered for the most efficient job. I have locked my keys in the trunk of my BMW. I used my valet key to drive myself home, but it could not open the trunk, or any door. Scott Steele gave me a call, and asked me what happened, was I safe, and where is my location. I was busy still at work so, he agreed to meet me at my residence. By the time I got home he was already there waiting to service. We came to the conclusion that we could not make a new key so he improvised, and molded my key to be able to function with all the doors, trunk, and ignite the engine, all within 15 mins. I was already having a bad day, and was weary that I would have to pay $250 for a new BMW key which would not have been to the house within 3-5 business days. Thanks Scott, and to the rest of the pop a lock team. You have done it again!

Do not ever use this company on your own. I ran out of gas, and through GasBuddy roadside assistance, this was supposed to be my service provider. First of all, the request was mark as complete when it was not. I called Pop A Lock, and was told that the request was back in place, and that the tech would call when they got close. I never got a call, so I reached back out. I was told that a text was sent to the tech to call me. Again, I never received a call. I called back, and they checked to see where the tech was, placing me on hold. When they got back, they told me that nobody was coming. I asked why I was not told about this earlier, and the woman was very rude to me about it. She said, “I just watched him cancel it with my own eyes,” and promptly hung up on me. I will never use this business, and will actively encourage anybody to never use this service.

Pop-a-lock was great. My call was answered immediately. I was helped by a very polite and considerate gentleman. I was in need of two replacement keys for my vehicle and I was VERY pleased with the price and how quickly they could get a technician/locksmith to my home. The gentleman who was scheduled to help me called to say he was on his way and he also rang me when he arrived outside my home. I greatly appreciated the communication along the way. He was also on time :) He was quick and professional. My keys work great! This was a pleasant, affordable, no hassle experience. These people were super easy to deal with and professional all the way. If you're already frustrated about losing keys or just being locked out, then this is the place to call. I made a rookie mistake and locked my keys in the car. I can honestly say in 38 years I have never done that and not has a spare with me or hidden somewhere. I called everyone I could including roadside through my insurance company. Called around and waited over 2 hours to hear something back from road side. Got tired of waiting so started making calls myself. I called pop a lock and got an answer on the second ring. She told me I would have someone to me in 30 min or less and what the cost was (less than half of what I was quoted with anyone else) David was to me in less than 15 min. Once he got here he had the car unlocked, I paid him and he was gone in under 5 min. I won't ever call anyone else in the Nashville area again. These guys are my go to from now on.

Normally my uncle changes all my locks, but he’s in Heaven now... so I was about to hire this company to come out and change the locks on my rental property... Spoke with one Rep who stated they will have a locksmith to give me a call.. When the locksmith called me he was so rude up front I immediately told him we will NOT be needing there services!!!... I would never spend my money with anyone who doesn’t provide Professionalism at all times! Good Customer service goes a long way. This company could’ve of made a couple hundreds off of me as I always need locks changed for my rental properties But I wouldn’t even recommended my dog to them! .. Can't complain about the service once my tech finally came out but it sure as hell took a long time. So I accidentally lock my keys in my truck and call pop a lock. The operator tells me that it will take 40 minuets for someone to come out. Then when that 40 minuets is about up I get a text that the tech is 40 minuets out. Then I finally call the guy and he's in traffic. I believe it took about 2 and a half hours to get my truck unlocked with the engine running and these bus drivers harassing me like I can do something about it. I would've appreciated it more if this company was a little more honest about the time frame and gave me a chance to try someone else that could've came out sooner. I don't think that I would use pop a lock again.

Called their Murfreesboro number and the dispatch said it would be an hour. 10 minutes later I received a call from the dispatched locksmith saying they don't service this area and that there is no Murfreesboro number, even though it is clearly listed on their website and it says they service Wilson county. I asked him if he could come out and he said he'd do it if he doesn't get any more calls tonight, I asked him for an ETA and he said he couldn't provide one because he didn't know if he would get more calls. I'm not looking to find a locksmith that's doing a job on the side. I'm looking for a professional to be there when their company says they will be. At least he was prompt in telling me he couldn't help me.

My son in law called pop a lock for out 05 Nissan Altima that was locked with the car running. The man who answered the phone said it was $19.95 opening price but the tech would let us know how much it would cost. Bottom line the man got here and tried to charge $140 plus a $20 convience fee. Taking advantage of people in a bad time is awful. I could break the window and replace it for a lot less. I called around while the man was here and found 1st Choice Locksmith, a flat fee of $50 with no service charge. I told the guy the price of the other place and he said he didnt believe me so he called himself to find out that was the correct charge. Unbelievable.. I will be contacting the BBB and the news.

Rami (I think, or maybe Ronnie) with Pop-A-Lock of Nashville is Awesome! I actually took my 2016 Sonata to the dealership to get an extra key cut and they said that "we don't do laser cut here, but we can call someone". Heck! I can call someone too! I called Pop-A-Lock and saved a lot of money (about 1/2 of what the dealership would have cost). The only complaint I have is that the dispatcher told me that I would get a quicker tech response than what I did, but I can not fault my tech for this. In the end, I did not mind waiting, but I wish the dispatcher would have never given a specific time-frame. Overall, great quality, friendly service, and cheaper than most! I could not ask for more!! AAA++

I called pop a lock and they gave me an estimated time of 20 minutes and were about $20 cheaper than anyone else I called. They were super nice on the phone and very knowledgable about the surrounding area and where my car was. It took them a bit longer to get to me than they quoted me but gave me a discount for the time it took them to get to me and also made me a door key free of charge! I was upset that it took them as long as it did, but they immediately took care of me and I was in my car with a brand new door key in like 2 minutes. They were awesome and highly professional and took the extra steps to take care of me for my wait. I'd highly recommend them again for anyone. MOST DEFINITELY

The technician was excellent! My son was traveling back to college in Illinois and his car broke down in Nashville. He was literally stranded and the mechanic discovered that his anti theft system was activated because he broke his key with the chip; causing the engine to be disabled. We called Pop a Lock and the technician knew exactly the problem we were describing. He quoted a reasonable price and showed up at the time as promised. He cut a new key and programmed it within 20 minutes and the car cranked up immediately. He corresponded back and forth with me throughout the entire process. I am grateful for his assistance in helping getting my son back on the road. Thank God for Pop a Lock!!

I locked my keys in car and my insurance got me pop a lock. Gave me ETA of hr and I called them to verify bc I had to pick up preschooler an hr later after that in a different city. I asked if anyway quicker if possible and dispatcher said she would try which was appreciated but 40 min later I get a text from insurance that they canceled and had to get me new service. Called pop a lock and spoke to a different dispatcher to get an explication on why they canceled and waited so long to do it. Dispatcher was rude. Again I know it's my fault for locking my keys but they really put me in a bind by canceling on me and waiting so long and after I talked to someone there about my situation.

It's no wonder they charge so much especially when you see things like this guy sitting in his company car letting the motor run. His seat was pushed way back where I almost didn't see him. He was about 20 something. He was parked on the line taking up 2 parking spaces. We told him was taking up to spaces, as we had to park farther down from our building. His reaction was a lazy, "oh did I like, um park too close to the line?". I said, no you parked on the line, taking up 2 spaces." He said, "oh ok". I think he was stoned. Then when I saw he wasn't going to move his car, I came back to the window and told him I was going to call his boss. He gave me a thumbs up.

The service was fast and affordable..they responded within 20 min of my call..I had called key me of nashville which claims 24/7 service..at midnight and was told a service tech would be with me shortly..at 6:30 am when I was getting ready to get off work I called pop a lock..20 min later their service tech was there and 3 min later he handed me my fobe..at 8:30 a rep from key me of nashville called me back to see if I still needed their service..I was like are you people for real..before you call anyone..call pop a lock they are the same price 24/7..and show up on your time ..not theirs..i couldn't be more satisfied..ty pop a lock

I was told by my dealership after I lost my only car key that I had no other option but to tow my car to them and let them replace my key for $200 plus labor. A friend suggested I still try calling around despite them telling me it was impossible to fix otherwise and so I called here. They were quick, made an appointment immediately and the person who came to help was friendly, prompt and very helpful. He not only fixed it for less than what the dealership was going to do even without labor but did it at my house all within twenty minutes time. Super grateful for their help and friendliness!

This place deserves a 10 star rating by far. I called yesterday and spoke to a call center rep who was not pleasant on the phone and dispite her not relaying all the info to the locksmith guy and not giving me a quote on the phone. I would still use this company again and again, and it's all because of the tech bill and how nice and professional he was when he called. I explained everything to him with the call center and my situation, and he worked with me and gave me AN EXTREMELY AFFORDABLE PRICE for his services. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a locksmith.

Ran out of fuel on I40 between Mt.Juliet and Hermitage. Called my roadside assistance number, got confirmation that Popaloc was estimated to arrive in 40 minutes. 30 minutes after waiting roadside assistance calls me back to let me know Popaloc CANCELLED because it was "too unsafe" to bring fuel on the interstate. Sounds more like someone was "too lazy" to work and waited until the last minute to cancel the call. Next time just don't answer the phone so that roadside assistance can call a company that is willing to do their job and the customer can be immediately taken care of.

Rami H's was the service man who came out to assit me with my vehicle which was locked and running. I was told he wouldnt not be able to make it for 45 min from the dispatcher. When Rami called me he said i will be their in 20 min or less. But he made it 18 minutes. He was very nice, he did not mind helping me, this was at 1130pm when most people would rather be home. He was very careful when working and did it so fast. I would reccomend him to anyone if you need a locksmith call pop-a-lock ask for Rami H's. This will be your cheapest and best option i called 4 companys

Hands down the rudest operator I’ve ever had to deal with her name is Raquel , apparently when you schedule someone to come. It’s when the company feels like allowing someone to come and it my job as a customer paying for a service to do the job of the dispatch and call and see where the technician is after I’ve already been waiting for over an hour with call or info taken , would not recommend this company at all the way I was swept under the rug with no care or concern is crazy communication and customer service should be top priority

I cannot thank Brian with Pop-a-lock enough for the help today in Donelson. He was incredibly fast to show up to the job, professional, efficient, with a can-do attitude. He got the job done and was friendly all the while. I’ve called many other places before and they were sketchy, and hard to understand, transferring me to several different representatives to get a simple job done, but not my experience with this company. I called because the child safety lock restraint was stuck makin it impossible to shut my door, me and my friends tried almost 30 minutes trying to make the lock go back in. I called pop-a-lock and a locksmith called me back within 10 minutes. His name was rob and I was fortunate to speak with him because after his instructions I was able to turn off the safety lock and shut my door. I'm thankful because those easy instructions and patience with rob saved me $$$. I normally don't put reviews but he really helped me out a lot. Thanks!

This place should be everyone’s go to locksmith !!! I recently lost my car key moving out and I was so worried about paying a dealership to get a key made. My friend called Pop a lock and they were so friendly and when I talked to them they were so professional and nice. Our technician was Jordan and he was there in 20 min and was able to make me a car key as well as making an extra copy without me asking! Pop-A-Lock was amazing this morning. I locked my keys in the car right before an important work meeting. My insurance company contacted Pop-A-Lock and they quoted me 45 minutes. I called the company directly and the lady who answered the phone was so sweet and informed me that they had already sent someone to come over. Within 15 minutes they received the call, sent a technician, and unlocked my car. I will never use another company in Nashville. Every person I came in contact with from this company was so professional and kind.

I locked my keys in the car and have roadside assistance through insurance company and Pop-A-Lock was contacted. Once Pop arrived and opened my car, Nick asked me if my key fab stopped working. I explained to Nick that 5 years ago the key fob completely died not fixable (tried) and I threw it out and didn't replace because dealership was charging way too much to replace. Nick said he could replaced, quoted me a much cheaper price and now I don't have to worry about locking my keys in the car anymore! Thank you, Nick!

Amazing!! Rob was SO wonderful and gave a very reasonable price and timely service to help us gain access to our house so our neighbor could check to see why our power went out while out of town. I wish I could give a minus score, called and got a quote for 69 and 2 min later 89. Said that they would arrive to unlock the car on 30 min waited then called back said he showed up and never did . They re dispatched it and said 1 hr . Called again was quoted another 1hr,at this point I'm thinking they are not coming called back after waiting approximately 3 hr 45min . I will not recommend this company to any of the dealerships in this state or any family members. Dont understand how you are in business

I wish I could give nagative stars!! We have called them twice and placed an order to come unlock the door. They proceeded not to give the order the first time and tell us it would be an hour wait. Called them back an hour later and they told us they never placed an order. So now we have to wait another hour. They just called us back to get more information to come unlock a door. Don’t have there information straight, rude service over the phone. I won’t be recommending or using them again in the future!

I lost my house key and was locked out of my house. I called Pop A Lock and was promised a technician would be at my house in 15 to 20 minutes. 16 minutes later, I get a call from the technician that he was just leaving and would be another 15 minutes, showing up almost 20 minutes past the promised time. When the technician arrived, he was rude and snarky in his responses. I emailed them directly to address these issues and received no response. Wow...I'm blown away. You never how much you're going to need a locksmith until you need one. My daughter was inside the car in her car seat and she locked the car door after the car was already started with the heat running on high and she couldn't get it unlocked. This lasted for about 25 minutes. You can imagine the horror. We were frantic. We called Pop-a-lock and they were so kind and understanding and sent help out with 10 minutes. Thank you all so much. This company was great. There is no need to ever call a different locksmith. It was New Year's Eve in downtown and I was locked out of my apartment. The first company I called sent a drunk technician who forgot his tools. The second company never called me back. This company had someone at my apartment, despite all the traffic and street closings, in about 25 minutes and the lock was open in no time. The price was competitive the service can't be topped. The service provided today by Lee was exceptional and very professional. We recently bought a used Expedition and it only came with one key. I needed a second key for my husband. I was notified ahead of time of his arrival to my office and he explained what was being done every step of the way. In 20 minutes I had two keys. I locked my keys in my rental, totally stupid. I called Pop A Lock. They promised me they could come in 15-30 minutes. After 30minutes I called back and they said no they had said it would be 30-60 minutes. In the third call they said it would be another 7 minutes. I think this company is less than truthful to rope you in. If you make one mistake and lock your keys in your car don’t make a second one by calling pop a lock!! Still waiting in hot parking lot.

I had a key break off into my ignition, not only did he extract the broken part in a short amount of time but also went beyond and made me another spare key then before he left he helped me understand and learn more about my faulty ignition switch so that I may go ahead and get this taken care of before I find myself in another pickle. I just called to get an estimate waited on hold for about 15 minutes. Some guy answered the phone asked what city I was in and I said Nashville. Then he hung up on me. I only called to see how much it would be to program a key to a key being as though my sister lost her key downtown. The fact that they hung up on me is completely unacceptable. I'll just take my business somewhere else since they clearly don't give a **** about their customers.

Let’s just say, my car doors locked auto & I couldn’t get in my car. It was urgent that I got a lock & key company to me ASAP!!!! POP A LOCK came in minutes - to help me. Simply the best! My sons car was recovered from a theft and it required a new key. The wrong key code was received by Popalock do there were unexpected problems, but they stuck with it when most would have thrown in the towel. They were able to pick the lock and produce the right key. They got it done and were very friendly and more than fair priced. I highly recommend Mark and his team for any lock needs!

I called Pop-A-Lock when I was locked out of my house by a smart lock. The locksmith told me it was a difficult lock to remove and would take awhile to do. Since I was locked out with my infant son and it was hot, he offered me a few different things to try to see if I could get it open in the meantime. Within no time at all the door popped open under his instruction! Very grateful for his “service”!

My Pop-A-Lock technician was amazing. I’d locked myself out of my car & home. I had a garage remote in my car where I could get back inside. Just needed the car unlocked Which he did in 2 to 3 minutes without any harm or damage to my Audi. My tech was there in 15 minutes. He was courteous polite and pleasant. Called them at 330pm on Monday Oct 16. I’m still here at 6:50 pm. I called them at 440ish again 550 pm the lady said order was canceled someone called in said found keys. Well that wasn’t me cause I’m still standing in the cold waiting. It’s 651pm still no one has showed up. I do not recommend calling this company.

Tried to tell me that a basic deadbolt needed to be drilled for $300. Tried to put a ton of pressure on me when I told him that wasn't an option. Other technicians are able to bump dead bolts in about 2 minutes and it costs a fraction of that price.
