I have been blonde for years and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a home salon. All I wanted was a full head of creamy blonde foils and in the end I had yellow, orange, streaky and fractured hair due to the fact I had been neglected while the hair processor was on so therefore I looked that silly I couldn’t go anywhere for days. After washing out the foils, she didn’t even bother to shampoo my hair twice to properly clean the sebum created by the skin on my scalp. After that, she cut my hair and it was so unbalanced and uneven to the point where I wanted to shave my whole head. Overall, I ended up leaving the salon unsatisfied and embarrassed with dripping wet hair as I couldn’t even trust her to dry it. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GIRLS!!

Myself,my daughter's and my mum-in-law r regular clients of Amy hair & beauty salon.The service and final outcome we get is beyond our imagination.We have not complained or winged about her work ethics.She takes time and makes sure the clients are happy with her service.She always tries to fit us in even if it's a last minute call.Her price list are affordable and cheap compared to the other saloons.I would highly recommend to visit her salon.We are and will always b her regular client.. AMY is amazing! She works so fast and is incredibly skilled. She recreated a cut I wanted from a single inspiration photo and knew exactly how to handle my hair type (long & thick). I’ve had a couple of disappointing cuts from “5 star” nyc salons that were more expensive and took way longer, and this one was far superior to them all.

Amy is wonderful! I’ve been coming here for almost a year and she does an amazing job with my coloring and haircut every time. She’s a great professional, carefully listens and gives her honest opinion. She never lets me leave without making sure I’m satisfied with my hair. I’m happy I found her beautiful salon. AMY helped me cut a donation of about 14 inches and then gave me the cutest bob cut that still fits in a ponytail, all in half an hour. She was efficient, steady, and cut in a way that's left my hair feeling beautifully healthy weeks later. I've paid more for haircuts that did not meet this quality.

I had such a great experience with AMY. I went in after work for a shampoo, cut, and dry and was back at happy hour 45 mins later. She didn’t force any small talk and I was able to just zen out during my cut, and she was so kind during all of our interaction. I will definitely be back!
