Worse experience ever. 100% skip. The massage was just meh (although the wife liked her masseuse), the price was a lot higher (at least 20%) than nearby massages, and it is freaking loud (with sounds of horns, construction, etc) as the place is located next to a busy road so its next to impossible to relax. Also not very professional service if you are picking and choosing individual massages types rather than their overpriced sets. Also place is hot, the AC is not nearly cool enough. Would not recommend at all.

This is definitely one of the best spas we have been to in Viet Nam. We walked in and got a thai massage, facial and shampoo. The prices are a bit higher than elsewhere, but the massage quality was vastly superior, comparable to a good massage in Thailand. The personnel is very attentive and professional. The facilities are clean and elegant. They use high quality products. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a high quality spa experience, comparable to high-end hotel spas.

Amazing Spa in Westlake. I had taken a hair cut and this guy Hoang is very much skilful. In Hanoi one of the best Hair Salon, I was very much satisfied with the hair cut he did. Prices are also reasonable, worth visiting this Spa and Salon.... Products from Italy and France are been used by them and are really amazing... It’s walking distance from Hotel Sheraton, Intercontinental Westlake and Fraser Suites..... Highly recommended!!

I appreciate CoCo's experience. She gave a very relaxing massage combined with intensive muscle stretching for my sore shoulders, back and thighs with very strong pressure, after which I felt much more comfortable. She really knows what I need! The Spa's service is very good, the staff is cheerful and speaks English. I will come back on my next business trip to Hanoi.

This place is good and staff friendly. I have been to 3 spa in this trip and this one is the best. Price is high but it is an upscale place (compared with the other two I went, one is La Siesta Spa (no good) and JM Spa (so so)

I get my hair cut here and they are great. They use the highest quality products, all imported from Italy and organic. They always do a great job and the staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Very friendly staff. Manicure could be better, prices not so low for that quality. Great peaceful atmosphere. Perfect escape from the busy streets. Tips mandatory.

This place uses all the good quality products from Italy and France, I love most the Hair product, feel like very pure and energy. Spa is beautiful. Must try !

The price is relatively high, almost $100,000 a hour. The service and massage is good, so still can try. But won't come twice in a trip.

マッサージ技術が高く、ていねいで、ちょうどいい圧力で気持ちよかった。終わってからの身体のスッキリ感が最高で、むくみでパンパンだった足もスッキリ。身体が最高に軽い！しかもカギつきロッカー完備で安心です。日本人にはお勧めですね！
