Unnecessary hype with worst customer service Today I called Aneneke and asked them if they do full gel nail set service. The guy in the customer service said yes and the price was 5500. I went there the lady filed my nails and did extension on one nail. I asked them are they doing just acrylic with gel polish and she said this is full gel nail set that we offer and this is not acrylic. I was very unsatisfied with their service since they didnt explained about it too and yes I paid 500 for filing my nail. I aked them if I can talk with owner for customer dissatisfaction and they were not ready for that too and keep on distracting with some other coworker. Also they said the owner doesnt talk with the customer. WOW, Really?? The guy in the reception was like why do u want to talk with the owner since u didnt do anything. My point was if I was unsatisfied and didnt do anything what was that 500 for? The lady who was filing my nail was why didnt tell us beforehand, Girl how would I know if u guys dont explain and u made me pay 500 too. I guess people would really appreciate if you make it clear before hand. Price wise I would say unnecessary hype. I went to Diamond nail salon and yes they provide the best service and price is reasonable aswell. I wont recommend baneswor branch at all.

The service here was good I got the facial, however, with the amount I paid for the facial I don’t think it costs that much if they are not giving steam and performing extracton from the skin. It was a simple facial massage and massage with a scrub which was painful. I found the masseuses amateur or have little knowledge of skin care or how to use the products. The lady was bang-on rubbing the scrub hard on my face, which later caused a lot of irritation. Also, I found the place lacked basic hospitality rules. I have had many services in the past but this marks as the substandard one to date, while I was getting my facial there were two masseuses constantly talking and kept the door open and I could hear so much noise from outside until I requested them to put on a relaxing music. And while I was getting my lashes done there were a lot of staff all around, I got very uncomfortable as they were gossiping the entire time. People were constantly going in and out. The facial and eyelash appointment didn’t feel so relaxing, except for the lady who did the facial she did well but still needs training on products and how to not use a scrubber on the face. They need to improve training on the staff to be quiet as people come to relax and

��� I'm very specific about my haircut. It's only at Ananeke that it gets cut the way I want it. I have had my hair cut and coloured by many expensive and great hairdressers but this has been by far my best style. Great music, great staff, great to see Ananeke again. I felt immediatly in love with my new hair cut and color. So smart and modern. I am so happy with that. I felt they worked great together and took in my personality and style to create the best shape and colour for me. Top it off their price is right and the combination of wonderful aroma with pleasant visual atmosphere in the salon suits all types of people. No pretentiousness just great skill. The staff are very kind and professional. I can gladly say that Ananeke is the best salon in Nepal, that I have been to. It has a perfect ambience to relax each of your senses. I went there yesterday to color my hair. in their website in fb they have mentioned price between 2200 to 5000. Still I called them and asked for the price they said over phone it will be 4000. I went with 5500.They told me it will cost me 7000. They said my hair is long. They have no price menu. The manager Junu came and said it will be 7500. Not even apologetic once for providing misleading information. And the way she treated to my mom was unacceptable. If there is any higher manager than her. It is for that person. Please teach your staff how to talk with people. She might be a manager at your place but unfortunately she does not have basic skill of being a manager. Anyway they decreased my length my mom went to get more money and I did my hair and paid 7000. The staff who did my hair, Preeti was very sweet girl. It is not about money at all times. You have to make sure that the people you are dealing with feels respected and valued. at all times.

Very pricey, completely dissatisfied, and below-average haircut. While I requested a layer cut, it barely resembled what I had in mind. This location is not for you if you want a good cut. They requested me for Rs2500 even though their Google Maps photo said that a hair cut and wash would cost Rs1,000. Also, the cut was not even what I requested. Now feeling really dissatisfied and irritated.

If you dont mind a over priced place. Then you might mind how the service provider lacks communication and clarity. If a customer ask for a professional advice dont try to sell them sth they do not need. Help them find the best care and let them feel satisfied when they leave. This place needs to seriously work on their ethics and professionalism.

Extremely expensive for nothing..I mean you can get such service at any parlour at very reasonable price. I did hair treatment of Rs. 2500 and they just put some cream in very unprofessional way and washed. I will never recommend. I went there after looking reviews that was good and I really regret. Maybe they treat people differently.

It is always a pleasure to come to this place and relax. All the staff are helpful and very skilled. The space is huge and there is a small cafe (Sipster) at the back which is perfect to have coffee and fresh drinks while waiting or after service. I always enjoy the services from this wonderful branch of Ananeke. Keep it up team.

Very disapointing. I did my bridal makeup there. My eye lashs fell off and my juro (hair bun) fell apart in two hours. It really ruined my wedding photos. I was soo stressed out trying to fix my hair and lashes in the middle of my wedding. I paid for the full bridal package and the services was very unproffesional.

Went to Ananeke Baneshwor for gel nails. In just 14 days gel nail started coming out. Wasted 5500 for this. They charged 1,000 to remove my earlier gel nail. Disgusting service & product. Will never ever visit or recommend this place to anyone.
