मैले अपोइन्टमेन्ट गर्नु अघि एक लोकप्रिय फ्रान्चाइजी सैलुनलाई कल गरें, तर मैले बोलेको व्यक्ति मेरो कपाल समस्या र रङको बारेमा मेरो प्रश्नहरूको जवाफ दिन धेरै उपयोगी थिएन। यद्यपि, जब मैले ब्लिस सैलूनलाई फोन गरेँ, रिसेप्शनिस्ट अविश्वसनीय रूपमा मीठो र सहयोगी थियो। उनले मेरो सबै चिन्ताहरू सम्बोधन गर्न उनीहरूको कपाल विशेषज्ञलाई सम्पर्क गरिन् र मलाई सैलून भ्रमण गर्न सुझाव दिइन्, किनकि उनीहरूले फोनमा तस्विर हेरेर मैले चाहेको उपचार र रंग सिफारिस गर्न सकेनन्। म दरबार मार्गमा रहेको ब्लिस सैलुनमा गएँ, जहाँ दिपकाजीले मेरो कपालको विश्लेषण गरे, मलाई केही प्रश्नहरू सोधे, र मेरो अघिल्लो कपाल उपचारको परिणामको जाँच गरे। उसको मूल्याङ्कनको आधारमा, उसले मलाई कम्तिमा 6-8 महिनासम्म कुनै पनि रंग नरोकाउन इमानदारीपूर्वक सल्लाह दियो। उसले सम्भावित नतिजाहरू र यसले मेरो कपाललाई पार्ने हानिबारे बताए। यस्तो इमानदारीको सामना गर्न पाउँदा स्फूर्तिदायी थियो, किनकि यो दुर्भाग्यवश एकदम दुर्लभ छ। दीपकाजीले मेरो जराहरूमा टच-अप गर्न अगाडि बढे, किनकि मैले ठूलो मात्रामा खैरो कपाल विकास गरेको थिएँ। महत्त्वपूर्ण रूपमा, उसले मलाई कुनै पनि उत्पादनहरू खरिद गर्न दबाब दिने प्रयास गरेन, यद्यपि उसले सिफारिसहरू प्रस्ताव गर्यो जुन मैले खरिद गर्न रोजेको थिएँ। उहाँले मलाई मेरो कपाल जोगाउन र फ्रिज व्यवस्थापन गर्न उपयोगी सुझावहरू पनि दिनुभयो।

I had the worst experience at Bliss, I wouldn’t even give it a 1 star. It’s a hit and miss for hair colouring. The staff were rude and made you feel uncomfortable. I had to go back the second time for my hair colour correction and they still ruined my hair. I didn’t get the colour I asked them for and they did my roots all wrong, made my hair all orange and said they couldn’t do anything about it. For the amount of money you are paying for the service it is absolutely unprofessional, they don’t know what they are doing, no knowledge about products and hair colour. I would ask for a refund if I could because they have ruined my perfectly good hair. Go get your hair done someplace else, I would never recommend this place to anyone!

I used the salon services for hair and makeup for a wedding. The staff did an amazing makeup job. My make-up artist was very nice, friendly, and knew what she was doing. It was perfect and flawless. The only critical feedback I have is that the hairdresser did a good job but didn’t use the correct hair spray as I had loose curls, and by the time I reached the party venue, my hair was all straight (4 hours), so I would recommend revisiting the hair spray method or product so others won’t face the same problem. I got to meet Sakil himself, and he was a very down-to-earth, friendly person. He even helped me fix my saree. Overall, I am happy with Bliss and will be using their services again and again every time I visit Nepal.

Very thankful for their service, I had previously gotten my hair bleached at hairnshanti, & they had kind of spoilt my hair, my hair had many colours from white to different blondes and I was kind of embarrassed to walk around with that hair. So I visited bliss & am very thankful to hairstylist Khim didi for fixing my hair . 100 % Recommend this place to anyone planning to get their hair bleached. You can’t find any place with their kind of service, it’s even better than the international salons I have been too. They will not over promise or rush their work unlike other salons. Went for makeup for my sisters wedding. It pains me to write this review because I liked my make-up by Ritu at Labim and my hairstyling by Anjana at durbarmarg. But the makeup at durbarmarg was horrendous to put it simply. I looked like a ghost all thanks to the makeup artist with no knowledge. She ruined the entire look for me for my sisters wedding g. For 6k they charge. They have no respect for the customers time. The wedding season can be hectic, but then that's the whole point of taking appointments. Very cheap makeup. Using sonata eyeliner. My god.

Un endroit super pour les coquettes ! Je suis allée sur recommandations d’un groupe de filles de Kathmandu. Service très professionnel, de bons conseils. Une musique douce et relaxante. J’ai fait une manucure , vernis pieds et mains, un soin visage. Établissement propre. Les filles sont adorables. Pour s’y rendre, il faut trouver les magasins Bata et Times et monter. Il y’a également un centre Chhaya mais il faut se renseigner pour les horaires. Contacter les salons directement pour avoir les renseignements exacts. Éviter les info instagram.

I used Bliss Durbarmargh branch for make up and hair for my wedding and reception parties. They were very professional, fast and on time. They listenend to what i wanted and did trial runs to show me how my hair would look with the clothes. They even help you dress up for your function. Special thanks to Diya Gurung ji I am impressed with their hospitality. The only drawback was my make up wasn't waterproof on the wedding day, which i forgot to specify to the artist. But nevertheless i would definetly use bliss again.

I got the worst haircut ever three days ago. I showed them a reference picture, and the stylist, I think her name is Anu, cut my hair way too short. I didn't know what to say, and I ended up crying at home I'm expressing my frustration here Stylists at Bliss should be more mindful when cutting a customer's hair—this is not an area for experimentation, and precision is crucial. To those considering a haircut, I highly recommend 'Hair by Sonu,'. I ended up at Bliss because 'Hair by Sonu' was fully booked

I must say this is by far the best place for hair colour in the town. I must have dyed my hair more than 10 times in 10 different places but this one right here is worth your money, worth your time, worth your patience!!. Their service, dedication to satisfy customer is like no place other. The best part was how they recommended perfect hair colour that literally suits you w no doubt. Quick service to book a nails appointment on the day itself, kept in touch throughout our journey to the parlour, staff were very polite and warm, hospitality was excellent even for a waiting guest, parlour was in tiptop condition including the washroom. Their bridal services are the best. You can choose between senior and junior artist. I chose senior artist, with whom I shared how I dread wearing makeup and would want minimal glow natural makeup. She understood what I wanted and made me feel and look my best on my wedding day. Everything from dress to jewellery were taken care of. I didn't have to rush or worry about anything thanks to them :)). The price was worth it! Thanks again

I came here for a manicure, facial and haircut and really enjoyed the service! The salon is located up the stairs from a street (there is a sign outside). I had a very good experience. Everything was perfect. From the waxing, I was coming back from a trek full of scratch, they took a good care of waxing around very precisely.
