I had been eating here for many years Hadn’t had good experience every time though. This time they went a bit more than usual. I ordered 2 whole chicken/ bread/ large salad/ large chips to feed family. While getting the order, the lady didn’t mention they had family meal deal, which is just what I ordered plus 1.25l drink. I found it out while waiting for the food. Yeah it’s my bad I should have studied their menu better but hey, maybe this is the time for the good customer service shines. Make a customer smile and making another loyal customer. Also, they lost my order ticket and sent out all the customers came after me, I was like, yeah they got burgers and small orders da da da.. but when they had cut two chicken and called different number I was like what the heck..? They lost my order and skipped it. Now, they lost a customer and many other I could have brought in.

This incredible charcoal chicken takeaway restaurant serves the Inner West with absolute quality. We are always pleased with the consistency and quality everytime we order food. There is always something for everyone on their menu. The shop itself is neat, up-to-date and quite welcoming. Roger and the team always reach it to welcome their customers and go beyond in service. Worst Lebanese food I’ve ever eaten. Falafels were dry and the mix was sour as in rotting. Chips dry, cold and tasted like they were cooked hours ago. Chicken cold and dry with no flavour Fatoush wasn’t dressed and served without crisp bread. Absolutely a waste of money. I just put 2 start because this is the 3 time I make an order and I specifically write on the note NO MAYO NO CHEESE and for the 3 time I receive a burger with cheese and Mayo. What do you not understand about intolerance and that person can eat especially Mayo??? Very disappointed because food is great but this continues mistake make me feel to don't order anymore from you guy's. Even tonight my wife didn't eat dinner for the 3 time I order from here!

Went there recently for the 1st time and can't stop going back! The owners are very friendly and the service is fast! We ordered charcoal chicken and the vegetarian plate, The serving portions are very generous and there is a good variety. It was good value for money and highly recommended. There is always a bit of a queue, but that shows how good the chicken is and always means you get the fresh stuff!

Best charcoal chicken place in Sydney. Burgers and chips are incredible. I love the chilli sauce with the chicken burger and chips are filled with chicken salt. Everything is always served fresh and extremely fairly priced. Also very generous servings.

Best charcoal chicken in the area and the chips are the best, would go just for the chips! Good consistent quality. It is almost always busy, very popular place. Only complaint is that sometimes the food is extremely salty and perhaps a little too much chicken salt on the chips but you can also always request less salt.

Sensational chicken, but why is the difference between take away and eat in $3.50 for a quarter chicken and $9 for a whole chicken when they give you the same amount of bread and pickles???
