Left my car over Easter, came back to find my door had been smashed in. They still charged me to park my car, they sent it away to be repaired and told me it had a lifetime guarantee. Took the car back next time l went on holidays 6 months later and l told them that there were a few issues to be fixed on the door. I needed to prove it was from their accident and it wasn’t fixed. All nice when they wrecked my door, that all changed when l asked for a few minor fixes. Will never use again. Leave your car there at your own peril This is incorrect. The door has not been fixed and the broken parts on it were not replaced. You were going to charge me to park there again it was not complementary as stated. I asked why l was being charged when l was told that l would be looked after if l came back and the rudeness was “fine don’t worry about it “. I asked if my door had been fixed and I was told that they had done what needed to be done “ again with rudeness “. When l rang up and said that there were things that needed to be fixed on what is supposedly a lifetime warranty job. l was told that l needed to prove that it was damage from the accident you had with my car. The damage was not done before the car went to you. So No l am not happy with the damage and lack of ownership by yourselves as to fix the damage and your customer is non existent. As for a courtesy car how else was l going to get my family home when we live 3 hours away and my car was in not drivable.

Having been loyal customers over many years our last experience left doubt we would return or recommend to friends. We received a call overseas from Andrews advising our car had been in an accident but drivable. They would fix it and if not ready would provide us with a car( we live Mornington peninsula 2 hrs away) or we could get 2 quotes and they would pay cost. We had Racv insurance and had to ring them. Andrews were very uncooperative not advising driver to Racv many phones calls and emails proving their fault. 2 Months later we still dont have our car back from repair from all initial delay. Andrew did not even offer a refund for our parking or any other reimbursement( one previous time our wiper was broken due to them opening to indicate car due to leave and they offered cost to replace) we cannot feel confident to leave our car here again and will park at Terminal 2 in future as we did during covid which was so much easier and stress free.

I just dropped my dad's car off under Chris West. The lady I dealt with was quite unfriendly (every lady I talk to their has been so far) she charged me even though I explained that my dad had already paid. I didn't realise this until I got to the airport. The lady was so rude and it was handled so bad and now I have to email in to get a reimbursement. I had a rude experience with a call on Thursday as well, very disappointed. Much easier to use value parking at Melbourne airport in my opinion, if you want something cheaper and easier! EDITED TO ADD - Mandy helped me get my reimbursement back swiftly on the same day, which I greatly appreciate! I still received pretty horrible customer service until I spoke to Mandy, just wanted to add this in because I did appreciate Mandy's efficiency in helping me

Andrews airport parking was good overall. Drop off was quick and easy. We did have to wait about 20 minutes for the pick-up to collect us. The driver was very lovely and accommodating. However, we were travelling with a child and the car seat was so poorly installed it wasn't funny. It could he lifted 20cm off the seat easily and was only attached on one side. We managed to fix it ourselves quickly before taking off but we're disappointed as if we didn't fix it there would have been potential for serious injury to our child should we have had an accident. Our driver was lovely and the staff were good overall but Andrews definitely needs to provide the drivers with proper training on how to install carseats. Forward and rear facing.

We arrived at Andrews Airport Parking very early the morning of our flight, half asleep, we left two water bottles on the office counter when we checked in and left them. Upon returning from our holiday, I assumed that they had been stolen, but asked if they were in lost property? The staff member I spoke to couldn't find them. However, I received a phone call the next day to say the water bottles had been located and I was able to collect them. Incidentally, I took a photo of the odometer of my car as I left it with Andrews just in case lots of kilometres were added whilst I was away, only one kilometre had been added. Great service and thanks for our water bottles back, our mistake.

Best experience tonight We get half way to airport and husband realises the he has left keys for suitcase in the car. John our driver patiently does a u turn and back to Andrews Husband goes looking for key and nope must be home So this means that we can’t open case when we get to destination. This doesn’t stop John he says to a tradie can you help and out comes a grinding wheel Lock off amazing. During all this John notices that Ken has a cut on his arm, off he goes and gets a Band-Aid. Thankyou John and tradie mate for your amazing service going way above and beyond. Even if all this hadn’t of happened We still love Andrew Parking

When they dropped me off they told me to just come back to the same location. I did this, then when the driver turned up he wouldn’t take me until I called the office, which I was unaware I had to do. The driver gave me the wrong phone number, and subsequently left without me, telling me to wait for the next shuttle bus. They would prefer to leave a passenger waiting and let a half empty bus leave, in some sort of punishment for not following the instructions I was never given. I guess it was my fault some how. I forgot to pack my crystal ball. All good, there are plenty of competitors for my next trip.

Totally disappointed with this service. Thought we’d give our money to a business due to covid and a lot of business suffering. We were left at the airport waiting for collection for over 45 minutes as only one driver and even though we called and had proof of our call our name was not on the list. It was after midnight and cold and we were left waiting. This in turn made our trip home longer which is not pleasant at this time of night. The driver himself was very pleasant but to pay good money and left to wait for so long was not good enough. The airport will be getting our money from now on

Have always used them, but after the last visit, will never use them again! Left our Toureg there for 2 weeks and came back to find a nice big dint in the side. They claim they didn't do it and won't accept responsibility. Not only are we sure it didn't have a dint before we took it, our car detailer, who detailed the car the day before leaving it with Andrews, can testify that the dint wasn't there. So angry. We get that accidents happen, but at least own up to it!! Additionally, staff have been very rude to deal with.

I leave my car at Andy’s for most of the year , I can say that this is one of the rare business these days that where you do actually get old fashioned service with a smile , I can’t speak highly enough about the service I have been given , nothing is ever to much trouble . 5 massive stars to this business and all there wonderful staff !! I’ve been using Andrew’s Airport Parking for almost 10 years - for many different tris/holiday needs. From overseas trips to domestic trips to cruise ship trips. It’s a great service with exceptional customer service. Even when it’s not ideal, they are more to an happy to be flexible. We had the pleasure of meeting a champion this past week - named Rahul. He was so cheerful and extra helpful. To have a friendly face and happy personality at the end of a 24hour trip was a pleasure.

I’ve used Andrew’s a few times over the years and always been impressed. They’re always prompt with pickup and drop off and they are happy to fit child and infant seats into their shuttle vans to keep our little ones safe on the short journey to/from the terminal. Way cheaper than parking at the airport! Our driver to the airport this past Sunday morning, a British man, was particularly obliging and friendly. Definitely a repeat customer here.

Terrible experience. My car was hit while parked in Andrews airport parking. I called and reported it the same day I picked up my car and also sent an email with photos. Sarah Fingland (Manager) sent the confirmation that she will come back with the video recording. Its been 10 days since the incident and there has been no action from the owner or manager, I have been calling everyday but they dont transfer to the owner. PARK AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Just dropped my car off at Andrew’s. Easy check-in, shuttle bus waiting, very friendly driver and great vibes in the van. Arrived at the airport and realised I left my bag in my car. They had the key, and gave it to the next driver to come to the terminal and brought it for me. No fuss, all smiles (embarrassed one from me) and just everything you could ask for from them. Trip TO the airport, was great. Friendly and professional. Trip BACK from airport, not so good. Gruff Driver placed my Duffle bag in rear of van, then I watched in shock as Driver and new passenger lifted, one end each, a very heavy suitcase, and threw it into rear on top of my bag. Now I know where the sacked Qantas bag handlers have gone to. *Side note... Thank you for your response. I have phoned and left my name and ph number.

I used Andrew's airport parking service first time in 2019 and then recently in 2022. I must say that their standards have not changed, and they have even gotten better throughout these years. Their rates are competitive, and the staff are always friendly. The shuttle service was quick and hassle-free, and I don't have to wait long. I would highly recommend Andrew's airport parking, no doubt they got excellent service!

3:15pm Friday the 16th of December I had one of the van drivers push me off the road to get into the right lane. This driver needs to be off the road and if that’s the standard the company is setting I suggest looking elsewhere for services as I would feel unsafe in a car with someone like that. Also called the company to complain the lady was dismissive and tried to end the call early without a follow up. Ridiculous.

The service at AAP is second to none. We turned up, parked our car and within a few minutes we were in the bus on the way to the terminal. Our driver was so nice. It was a pleasure to chat with him. The team at AAP are customer focused, polite, caring and simply great to deal with. Haven’t arrived back yet and will review this once we’ve don’t that. Absolutely no complaints thus far. Thanks and well done AAP team!!!

I’ve used Andrews parking over a dozen times, but never again I waited over 30 min to be picked up, as each bus came I was told my name was not on the list we are full! After finally telling a driver my problem I was put on the bus( the 4th one) I then pointed out to the female at the desk what had happened And was told “ oh well we got you here didn’t we?” No apology, just a big joke Will never use them again!

Usually use A1 and will definitely be going back to them. Waited longer than usual. Driver tried to put too many passengers on the bus. One family had to be separated. Either the driver couldn't count or office put in wrong number of passengers. Took him 4 tries on the radio to sort it out. Car wasn't parked conveniently. At A1 they have your car ready next to the office. DONT USE ANDREWS. USE A1.

We’ve used Andrews for every trip for the past 18 months and won’t be going anywhere else ever again as their customer service has gone above and beyond in our experiences. Particularly their staff, as no problem is too much trouble to help resolve, even though it’s not even their problem. They are caring, honest people and we very much appreciate the extra mile they go to for their customers.

Great service experienced over a long period. Patrons need to have realistic expectations then should be quite happy with what they get. Too many times do I see people expect to fit on a shuttle bus that is already full, without considering that the next bus is normally only a few minutes away. Look forward to the return of the car wash service. Prices have been creeping up in recent years.

My wife and I after dropping our car off got a lift to the airport from the amazing Fred. Fred was the best he was full of spirit and laughs. He made our hectic morning that day so much more enjoyable. Fred could have driven us all across Melbourne we wouldn't cared he was that fun. My wife and I could only hope next time we need a lift we could have Fred. The man deserves a medal.

I always receive excellent service at Andrew's Airport Parking and tonight was no exception. I was able to park long enough to have dinner with a friend and see her off at the airport, then be picked up and brought back to my car. This was a safer option than walking through a car park on my own and with a back injury, it also reduced my walking distance. Thank you Andrew's.

Excellent service. Quickly and easily able to drop off car and get to the airport. Drivers Fred and Gary were very helpful and friendly. Pick up easy and quick and our car was ready and waiting for us when we got there, which after 36hrs traveling with 2 young children was a blessing. Very reasonable price for 4+ weeks also. Unpleasant experience with female check in person on 15/5/23 at approximately 9.45am. The person was cold and unwelcoming. We have been parking here for over 20 years. Also a price for the parking fee was stated during the telephone booking conversation and we ended up having to pay an extra $20. We will not be returning to park our car at Andrew’s Airport Parking again.

2 stars because the car drop off was easy and fast. -2 stars because I waited 20 minutes for them to move my car out once I landed back. -1 star for the blatant lie the desk person told me about not knowing what flight I was on. Disappointing due to their excellent online rating. Would not recommend if you like a quick transition on the way back from the airport.

I’ve been a member with Andrew’s for over a year now and it’s my go-to saviour for all of my travels. Every part of their service is on point and their driver’s could never be faulted! Great convenience on car servicing and spectacular washes too. Big shout out to my favourite driver Fred, who left me laughing and all smiles before my trip!

What great service at Andrews. We dropped our car off and the transaction was handled efficiently. We were then driven to the airport on their bus by Waris, a very friendly welcoming driver. After our 6 day break, we came back, and our car was waiting right out the front of reception. Again very efficient. Highly recommend Andrews.

Not very happy, we came back from our overseas trip and our car battery showed it was low. Our car lights were on when we got into it. It was forgotten to switch the lights of the car of. Our children who went to the Gold Coast 2 months prior also had the same problem with Andrews Parking, there window was also open and it rained.

I booked my car in recently for a week while away and arranged for the car to be cleaned while away. I live in the strezleki mountains in Gippsland- 25km up a dirt road. I didn’t recognise the car on my return - she looked like a city car- all shiny and clean inside and out. A huge thanks from me.

I bought a $25 “VIP” membership with promise of 15% off. When you go to book it is not 15% off at all. The charge is $133. When you go to book $120, should be $113.05. I want a refund and I have emailed multiple times, been told they will pass to manager and I am still waiting!

Great customer service at Andrew’s parking. Brenton was particularly helpful getting my luggage sorted from car to bus. Very safe driver who ensured I knew where the pickup point was for my return trip. I have used Andrew’s on a number of occasions and will continue to do so.

I dropped off my car for 9 days just recently in June 2023 and when I picked it up I found my Oakley sunglasses were stolen from my middle console. I phone Andrews and they said to write an email to the manager in which I did and I have had no response. Pathetic.

Been using this place for years. Really good service, reasonably priced. Travel is not always going to plan, flights get changed or cancelled, but these guys are very understanding and accommodating.

Great service if your travelling. Prompt shuttle to the airport. It was confusing shuttle back though wasn't made aware of process and had to phone but was picked up quickly. No issues.
