Their parking system is misleading. They can charge you multiple times on one single ticket. And I feel like it’s been designed in this way because of the following reasons. When you completed your payment, the screen will only quickly flash “Paid: 0.00”. You didn’t know if it’s successful, so you probably would try another time. In other parking places, if you have paid the ticket, the machine will just say “Drive safe” or alike. But this one does not. It allows you to pay as many time as you try. ( Well I paid twice) When you were getting more confused and decided to exit and maybe had a look at the receipt to figure out - this won’t happen, because the machine doesn’t provide receipt at exit. As the payments were still pending, you waited and waited, and found out both payments were finalised and you took screenshots of each payment receipt and contacted the customer service for a refund. They let you know that they can only see one transaction from their side. Now where did the other payment go remains mystery….. Besides, the parking space for each car is the smallest I’ve ever seen! Unbelievable they made it approved by the council or other whatever regulation body.

This car park is okay if you book for casual or early bird. However if you subscribe a long term service, then it becomes very confusing and NOT cusomer friendly. Just a few examples: (1) Secure updated its parking cards, as the car holder, I did not get notified and was unable to get into the car park. (2) On the rare occasions when I left my card at home (which does happen), then they would not let me in/out despite there is surveliliance camera on each gate and they are for sure able to track my subscirption. I was advised to go home by taking public transport on my own expense and then call them to reset my card. Please note they were able to let me in/out previously when I left my card home. (3) When my reservation sign was missing, it took more than a week for them to put a new reserve sign on my parking and I had to try to find any casual bays avaiable every day. (4) then cusomer service team gives you different advice every time when you talk to different team representatives. Overall, their customer service is deteriating. I expect better service considering the over $600 monthly fee I am paying!!

522 Flinders lane carpark along Flinders Lane and walking distance to 620 Collins St and Southern Cross. I had booked online which I thought will be cheaper and convenience. I was given a code to press at the entry. The key pad on the screen was insensitive and took sometime to get entry. Besides, I was 10minutes late from my booking time and was informed that I must leave on my booking time. If exceeded the time, I may not be able to key in pass code to exit. It is never base on an hour booking from time entry so please beware. The parking lots are not cleared where we should park for online booking. Most parking lots are car labels till around 4th level. The car parking is broad, bright and with lift on every level. The only negative is the pass code or the gantry. I have difficulty in the exit gantry as the key pad does not work again. I had intercoms to get exit.

Park here regularly for work as it's the only option... Always rubbish everywhere and homeless/ drug affected people always around and sleeping in stairwells... Used syringes everywhere even after cleaners, security and management were informed... Cars have been broken into including mine several times. Police informed me it is the worst Carpark in Melbourne for crime, motor vehicle thefts and break ins. Many cars without registration plates, which have been in the carpark for over 6 months. Have seen multiple drug busts and people graffiti many times. Multiple times ticket machines and entry/ exit boom gates don't work. Definately would not use this carpark if I had my kids with me as I fear they would step on a syringe! Really sad to see such a lack of concern and if I had somewhere else to park I would not come back here!

This place is right next door to Wilson parking,which I was going to use but went in there by mistake.Looked online and it said $15 Online $18 drive up enter after 530 am so I proceded in Very narrow place ,parked for 3 hours went to go out scanned my card and it came up $51 dollars Pushed the button to speak to the operator who was very rude and said she couldn't understand me.Got no clear answer and paced the money.So lady on the intercom if you feel good about ranting to your customers and overcharging them.I hope this review stops people from parking at this overpriced shoebox and park anywhere else in the city where it is a lot cheaper. I had done early bird parking at 9 am on weekday and I was charged $59 for 3 hrs parking. It was advertised as before 10 am early bird park and in fine letters somewhere you cant read is exit after 2 pm. Weird if you exit after 2 pm its $17 & if you do online booking you can exit anytime. I called customer care and he directed me to send email for refund. As usual there standard response we cant refund under our policy.all this terms and conditions for early bird parking are in small fine letters.totally not worth it to park here. Its always so crowded to exit after 5 pm that you end up spending 30 mins to exit as there machines are faulty or pin dont work

Booked using Secure-A-Spot and paid more than the early bird rate - false advertising saying it was cheaper. As I wont be using that service again I have sent multiple emails asking how I delete to account and have yet to get a response. I am also not able to delete my credit card details. I have also tried calling to be on hold for over 15 mins each time before I hang up. Poor poor service Update I finally spoke to someone who was making all sorts of excuses for the lack of response to my request. I have been assured that my account will now be deleted in a couple of days but that couldn't be guaranteed.

Just avoid parking here! I was overcharged back in May 2021 and I’m still trying to get refund for this. There have been emails back and forth with customer service & I’ve provided my ticket, receipt, payment screenshot (everything they requested) months ago & this is still going on without any rectification. Response from customer service can also take anywhere between 1 day to over a month and from my experience there has been no resolve! I never normally leave bad reviews either, but I wanted others to be aware

Confusing pricing. Planned to put my car in overnight from Thursday to Friday. Sign said Mon - Thurs enter after 4pm leave before 10pm $20 Fri enter after 4pm leave before 5:30am $20 I entered after 4pm Thurs and left 10:30am Friday and the machine told me I had to pay $126 to leave. Talked to someone through the intercom and eventually ended up paying $40 cause they said I was passed the exit time and the extra $100 was a glitch. Friday prices don't specify if you have to enter or exit on Friday for those prices

Such a horrible experience. It was my first time and I paired upfront and the guy at that time said it’s ok I’ve seen you guys just parking so when you are leaving just call the customer service and they’ll assist you. I did the exact same thing and this lady who answered responded didn’t give any kind of assistance and also tried to explain rules that doesn’t exist. I stonefly suggest not to use this parking. Terrible customer service

This place does not even deserve one star!! I do not know how this place calls itself secure parking? We paid a lot of money to stay here and somebody breaks into our car at night? They even tried to steal the whole van and know we have to pay for the damage that has been done!! - No cameras, no security and people can just walk in Unbelievable! And the car park owner has not been much help either. Absolutely ridiculous !!!

DO NOT PARK here if you just want to park for a few hours. I booked an early bird parking- despite it says all day parking, I was charge an additional $40 from exiting before 2PM. Although on the website it stated exit time, the Additional fee is not stated anywhere on site before; during booking nor it was in the booking confirmation email. Seems like an easy to overcharge customer. Customer service wouldn’t process refund.

You would think that during these times customer service would put more effort into responding. Rude one liners, no process explained, no name of representative, no thank you. Had to go back to them at least 8 times to get all relevant information so I could book a car park for a month. I’m gob smacked that anyone would employ someone who clearly doesn’t want a job or sell on behalf of the business.

Worst parking! My partner and I left our car there for one night visiting a friend in Melbourne and it was stolen. We asked the person working if they could help us and he shrugged his shoulders and walked away. We got in contact to the people running the “secure parking” asking for a refund but they were just as useless and denied giving our money back. Highly recommend going elsewhere

Dirty, stairwells smell, signage lacking, graffiti everywhere and pedestrian access is through a dark back alley. Pricing isn't even that good to put up with the above mentioned issues. This place needs a lot of investment. Only utilise this place if other garages are booked...but there is a reason why this place always seems to have capacity, place of last resort.

Lots of parking and multiple lifts too get to and from your car. Car park is older however with smaller parking spots meaning those with big cars (large utes etc.) Will have bonnets/trays sticking out onto the roadway a bit and might have to take two parking spots wide. Security wise, is typically manned during the day and has cctv on every deck of the car park.

MOST of the car spaces are THAT small you can barely open your car door to get out of your car!! In some circumstances you will have to climb over the passenger seat to get out the other side because the lack of space between car spaces and concrete slab walls!! You would hate to be any bigger then a size 10 women's as your door only opens up about 10cm

Worst customer service ever. Rather then acknowledging their early bird tickets weren't working they had several of us pay full price, over $50 for the day. The customer service representative refused to assist and was extremely rude. You're literally better off parking at Crown, at least you know what you're going to pay at the end of the day.

Pleasant carpark with staff onsite to help those who fail to meet the condition of the Early Bird or Flexi Bird. Not impressed, intended to stay for the day and paid the $16 and arrived approx 7:30. Due to the heat my mum was not feeling well so we returned to the carpark at 9:45 and left. Before l even got home there was an email saying l breached the condirions so they would charge me an extra $26. I would not recommend at all!!!

If you like your stairwell full of used suringes and love walking through pools of urine, this is the the car park for you. Re response from secure parking. Another example: Monday 20/4/19, there were 2 used (uncapped) syringes on the ground floor stairs, and were there for four days. Your cleaners arn't doing their job.

Always park here for the footy at marvel stadium. Easy access and I always book online and use a pin to enter and leave. Heaps of levels so never a shortage of parking. Lifts are so so small and need a good clean and hose out. Overall central, good rates and runs off major roads so easy to get in and out the city.

Booked this parking through secure a spot weekend parking through a discount code for $8. Uts a 24 hour parking. Entry and exit were very easy... just enter the code received via sms while booking. The first couple of levels were reserved. Finding a lot on level 3 was easy but the lots were very narrow for an SUV.

Is probably the most unclean car park in Melbourne I have ever been to, and I have been to most of them in the CBD, Carlton, Dandenong, etc. Location is great but wasn't happy with how dirty this car park was especially since we were a large group with kids and elderly going to the cricket. Could do better.

Nice and central location makes this carpark ideal if you are visiting Melbourne CBD. This is especially close to Sea Life aquarium, eureka tower and melbourne exhibition centre. For such a good location, the weekend rates are super cheap, especially if you reserve car park online. Highly recommended!

Booked through Punthill serviced apartment for $17 per day(multiple entry and exit), otherwise it could be expensive, good location, the touch screen pad at the entry and exit is either not very sensitive or over sensitive, everytime I have to press a few times to get the access code right,

I would not recommend this to anyone. The entrance is way too narrow. So are most of the parking spaces. It’s also very dark right now. Maybe it’s because of the maintenance that’s going on. The prices are absolutely misleading and way overpriced. There is better parking around here.

Tends to be spacious and easy to park. Over a period, the operator seems to be on a money grabbing mode with prices of early booking going up steeply. The consumer is expected to pay convenience charges for online booking as well, when in reality its reducing their reliance on staff.

The dirties car park in Melbourne by far! Spaces are the tightest-don’t take you brand new car! Payment machines DO NOT give change. There are no attendants there that a single clue how or what to do! It’s the only car park for my work, otherwise I would not use it!

They need to be a bit more vigilant who enters cause i have seen a few people hanging around that don’t have a car in there and also have had flyers/advertising material put on my car which is actually illegal to do without consent or lawful authority.

They call themselves secure parking... left it for one they and it has been stolen. But the best thing is they dont care about it. As we are backpackers all we have left is our phone wallet and clothes for 2 days. THANK YOU SECURE PARKING

For tradies and anyone that arrives early, they have something called "flexibird". This means you must enter the parking before 7 but you can leave at anytime and pay 16 dollars as opposed to 58 dollars for leaving before the early bird.

Got stuck on the way out, wouldn't read my card, paid at other terminal, then it wouldn't read my ticket. Overall annoying buzzed in and then they let us out fairly quickly so thanks for that I guess but get your boomgate reader's fixed.

Very misleading parking conditions! Was directed here after booking tickets to the aquarium, however after trying to do the right thing and book online, we were charged an additional 150% upon exiting because we left 13 minutes earlier.

I arrived 20 mins later due to an issue and the car park was closed. I called them and had to pay 125 bucks to be let in. They then opened the doors remotely...... Yes remotely so why it costs 125 bucks I will never understand.

If you want to get robbed... $45 for less than 2 hours, and they even dare to charge you extra for paying with credit card!! The parking is not even good, small parking spaces and has no walls so you get wet if it's raining.

Their secure booking service wouldn't open the gates, so everyone had to dial for help. This resulted in a 40 min exit time. Should have just opened the barriers and let people out.

Parking is easy to access and the location is great but entry, exit and parking bays are narrow. If you are driving large SUVs then don't be afraid to use your skills.

Very busy around major event times due to easy walking distance to Spencer Street Station. Secure a Spot great, but be prepared to drive up to around level 3 to get a spot.

I go here for my early bird parking in the Melbourne CBD. It costs $19 if you enter before 10am and exit after 2pm. It is also decently clean.

I found this Secure Parking carpark easy to find and also easy to navigate through. Ticket process was easy and carpark was neat and tidy.

Melbourne Aquarium has a parking arrangement so when you go to the Aquarium they validate your parking ticket for a great discount.
