I don’t like to write negative reviews, however I feel like I have to this time. I am a visitor from out of town staying at a hotel nearby. I needed a dress for a wedding and usually love Ann Taylor’s clothes. I browsed the store while numerous sales people started dressing rooms for others… I was never spoken to or asked if I needed help. Granted, I was in yoga pants and a sweatshirt…. shouldn’t matter… when I said that I needed to try something on, one of the sales people said “there is a wait”… nothing more. I put the clothes I wanted to try on back up and will order online. This is Ann Taylor for heaven’s sake…. not Neiman Marcus…I would add that you never know who you are waiting on (not that it should matter) but it did in this instance.

This lady was impatient processing my return. She was kind enough to explain in the beginning but she was doing the wrong thing that’s why it didn’t make sense to me. I explained my need again then she said I didn’t say that when I said it in the very beginning already. I don’t mind how long it takes to figure it out. It’s her attitude. She said” I think you are fine,” when I asked her another question. She refused to explain because she processed the return wrong and just wanted to go home. Rude

We had a wonderful experience!!! A young lady named Danielle assisted us, she was awesome!!!! She was so helpful and attentive!!!! She made my daughter and I feel so special!!! Excellent customer service!!!! The store looked great!!! Keep up the awesome job!!! Hats off!! N

extremely nice people very very clean store well-organized. I was there to do some work, they were right on the spot. They gave me the information I needed to do my job, I got my job completed and checked out with everything working as it was intended too.

Clothes are hit or miss. The quality is in decline. The cuts are no longer classic. It's rare to find great fit. But! I find an amazing item occasionally. For instance, their cashmere sweaters (100%, not the blends) last years.

The clerks are very helpful and were able to check the back for different sizes when I couldn't find what I needed. The clothes are not cheap, but the pieces I have from there are high quality and last forever.

I love this store because they always have a wide collection of petites. Also, absolutely love Triest. She helped me buy so many things I needed for a company party. Loved my experience thanks to her.

Karen and Claudia helped me pick a dress for special occasion. They were very friednly and helpful. They even steamed the dress for me (at no cost). It was a very pleasant shopping experince.

The sales ladies are fantastic and friendly. There advice when trying on clothes is invaluable. The craftsmanship of the clothes are fantastic.

Loved how nice the employees were and they were very helpful! Definitely returning back to Ann Taylor!

So sorry to see their store at Clay Terrace closed. Now much further for me to go shopping.
