Did my eyebrows and upper lips threading last week. Most of the places take $5 for upper lips unless it's in a mall or a high standard salon. I used to come to this place a year ago and it was $5 for it but this time she charged me $9 for upper lips and she didn't even do it properly and there were few hairs left when I went home and checked.She did it in less than a minute.She even ruined my eyebrows. I told her not to make it thin but she made it so thin I was so furious. Anyways never coming to this place and not going to recommend to anyone.

This will have been my 3rd visit to Anu's. The service is par excellence! What sets Anu apart from her competitors is her customer service. She's always kind, polite and genuinely interested in providing the best service. So no rushed appointments here-you get one on one attention from start to finish. I love the way my hair looks and feels each time. I've received nothing but compliments each time I've returned from my appointment with Anu. Thanks Anu..you rock!

She was nice at the beginning. When she started doing the haircut she didn't really want to hear what I actually want as a customer. Then she said you bought deal from Groupon. I can't waste one hour on this . I paid $50 for the cut including a surcharge of $20 for long hair. She seems to be unhappy and keep telling me I charge high for this type of hair cut. Really disappointed. I traveled half an hour for this never going to come back.

I have been here 4 times and each time the experience is lovely and very inviting! Anu does amazing work with my hair taking it from a bleach job gone wrong to a healthy chocolate brown- where other hairdressers just didn't get the colour right at all. Not only this but everything is such a good price and there's always a friendly conversation to go along with the cut. 5 stars from me.

Anu was fantastic. Very friendly and accommodating. Even though it was my first visit and I booked in at the last minute, she managed to fit me in. Skillful hairdresser who is great with colour and takes the time to listen to her clients. Anu made sure I was happy throughout the whole appointment and with the overall result. Exceptional customer service and reasonably priced services.

Anu is a very very very good hair dresser, very nice and patient person with great hair dressing skills. She santisified my super fassy demands of my hair cut, gave the look I wanted, and gave me some tips how to manage hair when I'm at home. Also she has a great skill of stranding eyebrows and uplip hair too. Great visit, highly recommended, sure will come again.

Even though I walked in without a booking (which you definitely should and I will next time) She was kind enough to trim and style my hair. She asked lots of questions which gave me reassurance that she wanted to do right by me. Continually briefed me before doing anything drastic in the end the result was amazing, I was very satisfied with my hair

I recently had my keratin treatment from anu hair and beauty salon. I experienced rough hair even after treatment. She charged $400. Seriously?? How can someone charge this much amount when they don’t know how to give proper service. Very unprofessional and unsatisfactory service, there is no difference in my hair. Total waste of money.

Great attitude but my hair cut was just not okay. Just a blow dry, straighting and a cut which is so uneven at the front, I had to go to another one to make it look better. Surely not a layered cut what I asked for. Too pricey for a straight cut. No eftpos, cash only.. Lovely person but very disappointed with the cut.

I am sorry to say but I really doesn’t like my hair colour which you have done today. It’s absolutely different from what I actually want. I don’t like that you have left my hair like a mess you actually haven’t done any finishing or something. I have to come home done my hair again. Sorry but that’s honest.

Very friendly and very good service. Awesome facial, threading and hair services(I have tried hair colour, hair cut and keratin treatment all very good) . After trying quite a lot of salon at last I found the right place. But expensive Highly recommended. Thanks Anu for the great service

When I got my hair done it looked great, but when I went to wash my hair, so much of my hair fell out! She completely destroyed my hair! And charged me so much for it too! My hair took a very long time to recover (I got it done 2-3 months ago).

You can get your hair done at any of the salons but what makes it different at Anu’s Salon is “She let’s you know every step of the service you are there for and makes sure you are happy with this.” Anu is amazing and fantastic.

First time visited there and so satisfied. She did waxing without any pain. After so long finally I found someone who can do waxing without pain. Also, so friendly and had good experience. I’ll will go there always in future.

Worst service ever , she charged more money from me even she told me less prices over the phone and made excuses of charging more. But she can't befool people forever. Never recommend going to this salon
