Visited your Greenacres Mall store on 15/04/2016. bought some wet biltong which I thoroughly enjoyed but along with it were really horrible chilli sticks & that just ruined everything. Felt like I was chewing on elastic bands with a awful taste (I think the bites were well over they're sell by date) The Lady who helped me though was super nice & the place was decent, & clean. Those chilli bites were the worst & even the person I gave then to came back to tell me that I don't respect them for giving them such.

I recently wasted R60 on a packet of really poor quality pitted dates here. The brand on the packet is Eden so it's obviously sourced elsewhere. Perhaps a better business model is to source products that will encourage repeat customers, even if they are more expensive. I couldn't find a telephone number so hence the review.

I wanted to buy biltong but the lady said its too wet. I dont like dry biltong. So i left. Its a pity because i always love buying biltong there. And the wetter the biltong the better and the store sells by the kilo. So its more money for them. Not going to drive again all the way from Brackenfell only to buy dry bilong.

I went in the shop and on the name tag thing said “ fruit chutney sticks” and i bought some and then when i ate it it burned my mouth so it was mixed . not even one stick tasted like fruit chutney !!! not happy

I love there biltong taste... Nice pieces of fat on it and I even buy the biltong fat pieces for my keto diet..... Well I hope there is no hidden sugars or carbs

Droewors was baie lekker maar so lekker soos wat dit was was die R150 se chilli bite oneetbaar. Nee wat dit was nou vir my n slegte ervaring
