I have Ron as my PT and thanks to him, the gym doesn’t intimidate me as much cause he taught me a lot of what to do with different machines and equipments and how to plan out your workout. Also, I’m sure losing a couple of inches and sizing down on shorts is a plus while I’m on it too so yay!!
