My boyfriend and I came out to this establishment at 12:30/1 AM. We were appalled at the customer service we received. I’m unaware of our servers name because he never introduced himself to our table. We were sat by the host at one of the high tops near the bar - we requested a high top. He sat us at table that had 3 high tops pushed together. It still had silverware and menus from patrons who decided not to dine there - that should have been our first red flag. We helped our host by handing him the excess menus. Our server came by and grabbed our order. We came out to Applebee’s because we received a flyer in the mail and wanted 1/2 price apps. No where on the flyer did it mention that it was a limited menu. We wound up ordering a Caesar salad, boneless wings, a brisket quesadilla, and spinach and artichoke dip. My boyfriend’s Dr. Pepper never made it to the table until after 15-20 minutes - when my boyfriend had to walk to find our server and ask for his drink. He needed two refills in which we had to ask our host for. The host was courteous and helpful, but I found it to be unprofessional that he was on his cell phone in plain sight at the host stand. Our food finally came out and the quesadilla did not have any garnishes. I requested salsa and sour cream. Unfortunately, they don’t have guacamole. Again, our server forgot about our request and we had to ask for sour cream and salsa again. The tortilla chips on our spinach and artichoke dip looked like they were from the bottom of the bag. As we were eating, we observed our server sitting down at his other tables and engaging in flirting with female patrons. At one point, he was seen giving another sever a back massage. I finally got so frustrated that I approached one of the bartenders to ask for a manager. Next thing I know, the server who received the massage came over to our table to ask if we needed anything. I asked her if she was a manager to which she replied no and asked if she could grab one for us when she had the chance. We watched her walk back over to our sever at one of the POS stations and talk about us. The manager finally came over and I pointed out that there was a 7 or 8 top with children under the age of 5 sitting at a high top in the bar area, the fact that employees were on their phones, and the unsatisfactory service we received. He thankfully comped the bill, but I can say with certainty that we will not be back. I’ve worked in the service industry and know this is not the Applebee’s standard. If you’re a server, be sure to deliver the same level of service to all of your tables or let your management team know that you can’t handle more than a few tables.

I really wanted to enjoy this Valentine's lunch with my family, but the food was just so disappointing. My food was cold and lacked flavor. The Mac and cheese pasta with chicken strips were under seasoned and very watery. The chicken strips looked nothing like the picture; to be quite frank, they looked like the chicken nuggets from a kids' meal. Our waitress was so very nice and attentive, considering she was juggling 70 other things. She brought me another menu, and I ordered the riblets platter for a redo. It's the biggest mistake I made today. The riblets tasted like really old meat that had been drowned in BBQ sauce. It had the worst flavor. I was pretty done trying after that. On the positive side, my husband enjoyed his Quesadilla burger, and his fries were very crispy and seasoned well. My daughter enjoyed her corny dog but didn't like the lack of seasoning and oiliness of her broccoli. Our drink was tasty. I can't remember the name of it, but it's the Valentine's drink of the month with Vodka. All in all, it was an Ok experience, and our service here was fantastic. Management was very kind to make amends for the experience.

This place has gone down fast. Took my family there on a Sunday afternoon recently and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant. There was hardly any cars outside when we went and very few customers inside. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was the extremely dirty seats in the front and run down look but I didn’t mind it so much and was looking forward to a nice meal with my family. We waited to be seated for at least 15 minutes in the front as the waitress and host walked by several times, I should mention we were the only ones in the front waiting. After finally being sat down at a table we were given the menus and told someone would be right with us. Another 10 to 15 minutes went by and as we waited I saw other people being attended to at the bar and the waitress even walking past us a few times. We were there a total of 25 to 30 minutes and never even got drinks. I would understand if it was busy but that was not the case. Felt horrible about my decision to take my family there. We left and had dinner elsewhere but still can’t believe the horrible service we received. I will never again be going back to this restaurant. If you are looking for a place to take your family consider a different restaurant or at least a different location.

It's overall phenomenal they have amazing bartenders and servers not only that the cooks are top notch I know for a fact they don't get enough attention because at the end of the day the food that they make and put on the plates is a 10 out of 10 delicious they are the main source to bring in more customers because when the customers get there first bite they will recommend others to come if I was a manager or somebody in the top floor and saw all the amazing things that All the workers are doing there at this specific restaurant, I give them raises I would definitely go back to the same location. when I'm not out on business of course but when I get a vacation I'm going there daily and won't look at the receipt and just pay for it with an amazing tip that's a promise. Because without them doing the ground work everyone up stairs wouldn't be there without them and that is what everyone forgets upstairs when they don't take care of their ground workers other than that keep on doing what y'all are doing

So I walk in at 8:00. At 8:30 someone walks up and says it will be TWENTY MINUTES! I told him I have been waiting for THIRTY MINITES! He tells me that I just walked in the door. BASICALLY CALLS ME A LIAR! Is it at bar. Wait TEN MINUTES for bartender to finish her conversation with her friend. She takesy order. Fifteen minutes later, order arrives. Steak is WELL DONE. I order medium Mash potatoes taste like they are THREE DAYS old. HORRIBLE FROM START TO FINISH. Manager says he has only two servers. Same excuse they used in September. Suggestions....PIT NO HIRING SIGN UP BY HIGHWAY. When you get people, treat them like humans. LAST but not LEAST....If you don't have enough people to take care of customers, ALL MANAGERS should be working, or you should just not open. Being open when you're this short is not fair to the employees that are working. And DEFINITELY NOT FAIR YO PAYING CUSTOMERS!

This Applebee's is one of our favorite places to eat. But this afternoon, we were strongly disappointed. The waiter couldn't keep our orders straight. A strawberry frozen Margareta was a straight frozen Margareta. When it went back to the bar, it was dumped back in the blender strawberry added poured back in the glass and the overfill dumped in the sink. No taste of alcohol left with a half frozen drink. My Margareta rocks, salt had no salt. Our side salads came with out dressing. We pointed this out and asked for Ranch dressing. We were charged $2.00 for the dressing. I hope when we return to our favorite restaurant they will have found a real waiter and bar tender. PLEASE!

I have ordered at least 5 times from this location, It was only one time when I liked the food. Rest of the time I was disappointed with the quality of the food and the packaging. The food was not cooked properly and lacked flavor, Additionally, the packaging was poor, with some items missing and others not properly secured, which resulted in a messy and unsatisfactory dining experience. I have reported each time for quality issue like uncooked, but unfortunately, there was no improvement in the quality of the food or packaging. I am disappointed with my overall experience and would not recommend this restaurant based on my experience. That's One Star for That One Time.

Terrible experience. Appetizers were cold and suspect. My entree of the “four cheese chicken pasta” or something like that was pathetic. There was no resemblance of cheese at all and the chicken tenders were small and tasted too sweet and were also cold. This was last night. I’ve been having stomach troubles ever since then (4pm the next day). I understand if they were understaffed but they should have prefaced with that before serving us. Also look about 1 hour for apps to come out and 1 hour 30 mins for main courses to come out. Server was fine, he seemed like he was running around in circles trying to serve all his tables, poor guy. Avoid this place.

We had a great experience tonight on Halloween it was super busy but our waiter was super excellent her name is Mackenzie if y'all come to Applebee's you definitely need MacKenzie the other team is cool but she is on it I'm a manager and customer service. We also didn't want to wait the long wait at the other restaurants. We had very picky eaters, cranky and sick kids, and hAngry adults (me). She gets 5 stars but the reason we are taking 1 star off is because she was the only one working. Unfortunately not everyone could be like her, and she was left by herself to take on everyone. Had the three cheese Mac and cheese, it was nothing but boiled pasta and watered down sauce oh and 3 stale tenders and maybe a strip of bacon cut in to 8 pieces. Upon arrival, because “there was a party on the other side” our waiter took about 40 minutes to get our drinks and another 30/40 to ask for our orders. We inquired about our drinks and appetizers about two times, and seemed let down when they weren’t “brought” to us by who knows who when he was our waiter and was clearly the only one serving our side. Idk I understand it was busy but not to that extent. And the pasta was just gross. Won’t be going back even if margaritas are just a buck.

Horrible service, rude and inattentive staff. Steaks have no flavor and shrimp was overcooked and hard as a rock. Was pretty much forced to order everything at once for the waitress’ own convenience because she “didn’t feel like going back and forth” then proceeded to bring free shots to her friends and drink them together in the back corner of the room. After letting the manager know my concerns she replied by commenting on my wife’s size claiming it looked like she had eaten everything when nothing was touched. If it was possible to give negative stars I would!!! And to make everything worse- it was my wife’s birthday!!

Worst xperience ever. We waited forever to get seated and they took an hour with our food, not to mention, they gave us the wrong order, and never brought us our desert. We ordered a full rack of ribs with fries and green beans, and they brought us a half rack with mashed and macaroni. Then we ordered a Sierra Mist and and a Brownie, but they forgot about it. To make matters worse, when we asked for the tab, they took another hour with our ticket. This is the worst service I have ever received at a restaurant. So many wrong things about this place. I don't know how it's still operating.

We have always loved this location but hadn't been there for awhile. Last night (3/19/22), it was SO disappointing. The waitress had too many tables so we hardly saw her and she didn't bring a few things we asked for. Sadly (after a really good margarita!) I left her a tip that was way too much. Most disappointing was the $23 ribeye steak. It was 1/2" thick and well done instead of medium. Again no server. My husband was hungry so he ate it. When we told the Manager, instead of comping the steak (like most restaurants would), he comped a $6 dessert. I'm not sure we will go back to this location.

I believe his name is Abraham. He gave horrible service. We got here, and he immediately got our drinks orders. 12 minutes go by, still no drinks, no taking order. This entire time he’s be incredibly attentive to the other tables whilst making eye contact with me and never doing anything to help us. We came in for a late lunch. I felt like I was taking part in the “Cheese Shop” sketch from Monty Python. They didn’t have my first or second beer available even though they are both on the menu. And we came specifically for the all-you-can eat boneless wig special…and were informed that they were substituting kids chicken nuggets for the boneless wings because they were out. This is a review based ONLY on TOGO experiences. I do not give 5 stars very often and when I do, I have to let people know about it. I have gotten TOGO from this location about 7-8 times now. Every Single Order has been made on time, with everything, and literally like its pictured on the menu. No joke, I thought it was a fluke the first couple times. Then I realized they just have their stuff together here. I can't think of another place I know with this much consistency. Food is delicious as always.

It's a bit run down. There were big tears in the vinyl booths. The waitress acted bored while taking our orders. Hardly made eye contact, but each time as she was leaving she would smile sweetly and said something nice. However, we really enjoyed the food and the prices were very good. Wish it were a little more updated and felt more upbeat - like their ads. It's a perfect location for me. I would visit more often.

So this is my second visit to a Texas Applebees that just blows away my experiences in Louisiana. We wanted a simple dining experience and that's what we got. We had no issues and the food was exactly as we expected. We had two of the rib and steak plates and made a few substitutions on the sides. We both took food home due to the large portions. Everything was great including the service. We especially enjoyed the all day happy hour drinks we had! Check out the great pictures we uploaded.

Manager here needs to shape up. Took 10 minutes before we were even approached after being seated. The usher had on a hoodie and sagging pants. The tables around us were all dirty when we arrived and stayed dirty until we left. They continued to seat ppl around them instead of cleaning them! I got tea instead of lemonade. My wonton tacos were cold. Far from a pleasant visit. When you choose Applebees, make sure to avoid this location!!!!

Had a great chicken salad for lunch there. Staff were great, and the food was tasty and plentiful. Well priced too. A note of caution, do not park in the school parking lot next door. The most unsanitary place I have ever been to. The service and staff were very nice but, the silverware was dirty, the cup/glasses were dirty. My drink had tissue floating in it. The cups smelled like mildew, the water tasted horrible, the food tasted horrible. The salsa tasted old. I can’t imagine what the condition of the kitchen is like. 5 stars go to the waitress Amy! My friend and I had her tonight and besides the wait in the beginning to get sat she really made us feel welcomed and attended to us very well. It was late night after 12am so there wasn't a lot of staff there at the time but she did a great job busting tables, keeping an eye on us and other tables, and making amazing drinks! Hope to have her again!

heather and abraham are the best duo. they were both very hospitable and funny. they gave us the best drink recommendations according to our liking and were by far the best servers we’ve ever had. this was my first time trying applebees and i will definitely be coming back!

Came in at 10:10 pm with no one in line. Waited 15 min for help. When I asked to be seated the server was rude and said someone will be with you when they have time. While they hung out with customers and laughed talking. Restaurant had trash and leaves on the floor. Left after waiting 20 min to be seated. Highly recommend going elsewhere.

Went about 6pm. Got seated right away there was about 3 tables with people and like a dozen people at the bar seemed like either regulars or friends. We waited about 20 min and nobody came to get our order or greet us. The bar tender kept touching his face while he was serving drinks. We decided to just leave.

Amazing service! Abraham was so polite & respectful, and took great care of us. The female bartender on shift with him was also awesome! Abraham made our night and we will be back because of him!

Modern classic fast food diner. Tried the fish and chips and was impressed. Portion size is excellent, good selection of beer although you can only really get there by driving (but also good soft drink selection for the driver). Parking easy and just of the i35

ordered two desserts when I left I did not get what I ordered I called him back immediately name on a list for the next day I called because she would not refill my order or replace it that same night next day they acted like they didn’t know anything about it

went there with a friend and abraham was hands down amazing. very attentive and friendly. nothing but kind words exchanged. i don’t go out much so talking with a friendly staff really made our day. big shout out to him!

I came in, was having a bad day but Kay cheered me up with some beer & shots. I told her some corny jokes, her laughter was uplifting. Love ya Kay keep being your awesome self, glad to see your friendly face again :) Stay cool luv!

Food was okay, but the service was incredible!! Our server asked us if we wanted our entree split, and went the extra mile to split the chicken strips and bread stick too. He also was friendly and attentive. Would come back!

Visited here today. not very satisfied Service was ok but took a little while to get our food, I order an 8oz steak medium well and I got an over cooked steak instead. I tough people in Texas new how to cook meat properly.

We were seated at 7:22 and our order taken and food was out at 7: 36 and they are busy today with the football game tonight!! The service was awesome and the food delicious! Place clean and we are happy!!!!

Walked in brown and suddenly security is standing adjacent to me. Moved from across the bar to be near me and my friends. Like we watched this man be moved towards us out of everyone here. Very unwelcoming.

Been coming to this applebee's after I get off work foe about 3 months,and honestly I love the energy from the staff and the vibes here!!!!!! Definitely will keep coming,just for the staff alone!! <3

Started today with a nail in my tire. Went a discount tires and they took care of me. My friend treated me to dinner while I waited. Both places were awesome. I needed that home cooked meal. Kudos

We love this place, my kids always want to eat there because they play while they are eating. Food is delicious and you don't have to wait too long for it.

Came in to watch the Dallas Cowboys game. Prompt service. Friendly staff and delicious food! Definitely coming back for future games!
