The doctors are all lovely but the receptionists can be very unhelpful, to the point of being rude and they do not have a customer service mentality at all. I have been going for a number of years and am often frustrated by the receptionists’ tone over the phone, or in person, whether it be towards myself or towards other patients. I have heard them speak negatively to each other about patients they have just interacted with on the phone. Very unprofessional when other patients can overhear their comments in the waiting room. Generally the Dr’s run late which is also frustrating (45min wait minimum last 5 times I’ve visited). When I suggested a call would be nice from receptionist it wasn’t met positively!

This is an update review from a year ago in which I gave 1 star only because of the reception desk, and only because of one or two receptionists ruining it…doctors get 5+ for going above and beyond. There seems to have been a significant improvement to the front desk which reflects the hard working dedicated doctors looking after us. Thank you!

I have been going to this service for 35yrs. DR Alam is my regular GP but when not available I see other Drs who are very professional and caring. Yes I do have to make appointments in advance as often Dr Alam is fully booked. Unfortunately doctors are not always avaiable so have to go to another centres or hospital.
