John and his team did a fair job renovating our roof. They were responsive and we’re satisfied with the roof itself. However, more than 6 months on from the roof being fixed, the job remains incomplete and our attempts to make contact are now being ignored. We’re still waiting for the site to be cleaned up per original scope of work, including the removal of an evaporative cooling unit currently sitting outside our bedroom window. We paid in good faith the job would be complete - we were assured they’d be back to clean up (we were even asked to pay a portion of the invoice early to help out with cashflow, which we supported). Superbly disappointing service.

I have no hesitation in recommending the services of Aquaseal Roofing. John was prompt in visiting our house to provide a quotation. John explained all the steps required for a tin roof repaint restoration and his quotation proved good value for money. Upon us agreeing to use the services of Aquaseal, John promptly communicated when he could start. John arrived the day/time as agreed and did a great job cleaning our Tin Roof. Two days later John returned as agreed and completed the repaint of the roof to our complete satisfaction.

Overspray all over the front of my house causing me to have to repaint. Used apprentices that cut corners everywhere. Broken tiles not replaced as part of the job causing roof leaks. No response after reporting the problem. I’m now looking at having to get the whole job done again properly. This is not a roof restoration it’s a poor paint job at best. My advice pay the extra money and get a proper roof specialist to do the job.

We're really happy with the work completed by Aquaseal. Excellent price and John and his team were friendly and very thorough. My one gripe was that, as part of the job, some extra painted/sealed tiles were to be supplied upon completion of the work. Despite a number of email and phone call reminders to John we did not receive these.

We used Aquaseal to paint our roof back in mid 2020. The job was completed in a timely manner however there was a significant amount of overspray to the rest of the house. We are now 18 months on and haven't been able to get them back to fix the issue which is extremely disappointing.
