I have had bad experiences when Real Estate Agents take-over and subsequently increase past negotiated fees, and where I have ended up switching real estate agents. Since Aquire took over management of my rental property, they have retained the current fees as well as providing very thorough routine inspections followed with a very detailed report. I was pleased that my property manager checked for structural building observations which included looking out for visual signs of sinking stumps, sloping floors, wood rot/possible termite damage, roof defects(with a disclaimer it does not constitute a full building inspection - however this is not an expectation from property managers). Desire Burger, senior property manager from Aquire has to date provided an exceptional service, who I would highly recommend.

Very professional agents, empathetic in what they do. I was living in a small room with my two children under 2. My agent for that place went above and beyond to advocate for me to live in a 2 bedroom flat through their same real estate properties. She was lovely and kind and had the decency to offer me a chance so I could provide my children with the space they need. I could never repay her. As she made things so much easier, and I no longer have to constantly apply for properties and get rejected because I'm a single mother and have not much rental history! Natalie and Jess are amazing here. And I cant thankyou both enough. Taking my children home to our newly furnished home was such a special moment for me.

If I could give 0 stars I would. SHOCKING TREATMENT AND SERVICE as a ex tenant I had a property covered in mould took them over 6 months to fix. Then came back everywhere in the laundry I expressed my concern and was told to just stay it with bleach to which the mould didn’t go away and returned in full force was never fixed and then they tried to blame and charge me for? Also constant harassment online (Facebook) from Mel wright and Jessica Humphrey calling me a bad tenant and much more. I have spoken to other people which also have major issues with aquire not attending to property maintenance. And specifically how rude and unprofessional Mel wright and Jessica Humphrey are. DO NOT GO TO THIS REAL ESATE.

Have recently moved into a new property with Acquire real estate, Desire being the property manager. I have nothing but great words to say about how the easy the whole process has been. Desire has been in contact the whole time throughout the application process to the move in date. Also has been very helpful with follow up questions and responds promptly and professionally. Darren sold us a house with termite damage. He didn’t disclose this and we only found out during the pest and building. Upon finding out we needed some time to digest the information and make our own enquiries but he threatened to rescind our contract if we didn’t go ‘unconditional’ immediately. Not usually a fan of dealing with real estates when renting, as it always feels like you are constantly being critiqued and pressed. That wasn't the case with these guys.
