Staff only stands around talking to each other (very in-depth personal conversations). It’s always the same thing. Nobody helping. Nobody greeting. Nobody even glances in your direction. Nobody even seems interested in loss prevention… For those reasons, it’s never clear who is working and who is shopping. If you ask a question, barely any help. One star for customer service. This store is a decent size with unbeatable prices on cute clothing and accessories. Cheap sandals and shoe selection also (small sizes). It’s a good store for these reasons and is a worth a visit.

I love Ardene and I hate how I can never leave without buying something but they have really cute clothes and most of the time, they have really good sales. Staff is helpful and friendly, the store has a decent amount of variety and is usually kept very clean. They have a clearance section usually at the back but by the time you get there, your hands are probably already filled with other goodies.

My son and I love this place! The women who work here are amazing the are so friendly!! They get to know you and remember you when you come back. My son (whos 5) looks forward to going here just to see his "friends"! Plus they have lots of selection in sizes and styles of everything!

I love you guys, and understand that’s it’s an outlet store, but I would love you guys more if you had more shoe sizes, I have wide feet so I need more room on the sides. And I also need a oval shape in the front toe area. Please consider this.

Well finally i found my undershirts and crop tops! Takes a bit of searching as most of it is casual but being a petite this helps... Worth the effort and no one beats these prices.
