I'm not one to typically leave such a negative review but I'm fuming. I have always had such a hard time finding a hair salon because it always gets messed up due to having extremely long hair. I booked an appointment here and got Ricky. I expressed my concern, how I only wanted a trim because I want to keep my length. That I've had issues in the past and he assured me it was no big deal and agreed he would only take two inches off. This is not two inches!!! I have grown my hair for so long and I'm heart broken that so much length was taken off needlessly. This first photo with blonde hair was taken in November of 2020 - the darker hair shows just how much of the "two inches" he took off. Save yourself the money and NEVER get a cut here.

My daughter got cut here Saturday cut was fine stylist did everything I asked of her but the customer service experience needs some work I booked appointment for 430 got there at 420 when I walked into the salon a stylist was working on someone else and just kinda says nonchalant “someone will be with you in a moment “ ok no problem ms attitude but 20 minutes later is now 445 is unnecessary what’s the point of booking appointment needless to .. Say there’s a reason why this salon is empty and everyone in the back gossiping front desk was rude and unprofessional this place needs up training on customer service and how to greet customers that are paying to keep you open and have a income!!!

I was really nervous to cut my hair again after going through cancer treatments a couple of years ago. I called to book an appointment once my hair was so overgrown it had to be done, the girl on the phone was a little short with me...but I just hoped for the best. Especially since they got me in the day I called. Fernanda was my stylist, and I'm so happy she was! She was kind, patient with me, and we had a great conversation while she cut my hair. She made my hair look exactly (if not better) than the photo I brought her as an example. Plus, this haircut was so affordable. All of my appreciation goes to Fernanda!

Desiree did a great job updating my sad box-dyed mess. She came up with an excellent plan to get my very thick dark hair to light blonde, and then took the time required to get it done without frying my hair. Everyone says the cut and color look amazing and I agree! My next appointment with her will complete the transformation to platinum, and I will no longer need to keep touching up my white roots. I am so happy with the results, just wish I had done this years ago. Thanks Desiree, you're the best!

I’ve been going to Mandi at this location for years. Mandi was fabulous at what she did, paid attention to my needs and was very thorough. Went in on my birthday, found out Mandi was no longer there, and ended up having the worst haircut experience of my entire 34 years, so bad I was shaking and even had to get it fixed at another salon. I’m not here to shame the hair “stylist” but it was so bad that I will not step foot in this location ever again.

My brother and I (Alec&Riley) went in yesterday to die/bleach our hair very light blonde from brown hair. HUGE shoutout to Desiree, her work is excellent!!! We showed her a picture of what we wanted and she literally matched it perfectly. We are both so happy with the results, and we would definitely recommend Desiree to anyone looking for a great hair stylist. Thank you Desiree!!

Went yesterday. While hubby got his haircut, I started coughing and choking. I told him to go ahead and pay for his cut. I have to leave. I walked out before getting mine cut. The rude stylist... why it's only berries. Excuse me, I'm allergic to certain berries. I'm never going back there again!!

I’ve been seeing Stacy here for years and have always absolutely loved my hair afterwards. I will continue to come here and would recommend it! Every time I’ve wanted to experiment with different styles and color, Stacy has been able to do exactly what I wanted.

I had an amazing experience here today, Desiree did a fantastic job on my color and highlight today. She's always such a pleasure and Lisa is awesome as well!
