This downhill recreation park seemed pretty good. We only got a small experience as there was a race on so parts of the track were closed. I wouldn't recommend this to beginners as there are some pretty steep drops. It has a section for parking and being a national Park it is free to get into.

Very well sign posted MTB park. Start of Rocksalt is probably more Difficult then intermediate so be careful as it is quite steep and rocky. Nice tight and fast trails otherwise. Well maintained. Big climb back up the car park so be prepared to push the bike up the hill

Great for mountain ride bikers & kids starting out. OT Dam was an easy 3 km return walk with one short steep inclines . Pretty dense shrubs and early summer wildflowers poking through the low grasses. Many tracks to choose from - nice walk away from crowds …

Nice spot for some off road unicycling. Pins and needles, and crusher were really good and challenging tracks. Gun barrel was very tough with it's rocky, slippery downhill sections. The location is nice, with overhead tree cover to provide a lot of shade.

Undoubtedly, it is only suitable for the enemy to exercise and ride a bicycle. It is not suitable as a tourist attraction. You can walk 1100 meters to reach a small lake, but half of the road is a very steep slope, which is very tiring.

Great mtb trails close to Mornington. Wifey just starting out and the South Entrance green flow track was the perfect introduction. Plus some good options to string blues & greens together. Really enjoyed riding here.

Well made and maintained man-made tracks. Prefer more flow trail but that is a personal preference. Lots of roots & rocks so for those looking for trails with a bit more technical ability these are good for you.

It’s a mountain bike trail, not suitable for walkers. It’s got a fair few well maintained tracks of varying difficulty, good access and parking. People seeking hardcore rides might be disappointed

This is a great park to come for a mountain bike ride. Good choice of different level tracks for your picking. Shuttle van or not. All up to you to decide.

This is possibly a better entrance to park at since you don't have to climb so much and Wonga is a brilliant green line in this direction too.

Lucky to have a fantastic wife who runs a shuttle for me and my son. The desents are awesome but the climbing (for me) is a killer.

Fun and challenging MTB park, there’s not another park in Victoria that offers the unique challenges the red hill has to offer
