My dad died in 2021. One of his request was to sell the house and have my mom live with one of the 3 children. This house was our home full of love and it was the only home we knew. Apparently my dad had began speaking with the neighbor on the possibility of selling both homes together. We knew nothing about real estate and I did not want to sell. This home saw every child, every grandchild, every friend and every relative. The grief was overwhelming. Where do we start who do we use. Arynne was recommended and that is who we chose. Arynne went above and beyond any expectation placed on her and she did it with a smile. I am grateful for her, she was placed in our lives for a reason, and I will always be grateful. In Oct 2020, Arynne marketed the sale of my neighbors house, closing $39k over the asking price; an offer was made and accepted within two weeks of hitting the market.
