"Me and my 14 year old and 4 year children were in the shop and we had a very full large trolley of shopping, the large tills were closed and were just too much items to go through self service I waited around nearly 6 mins before a member of staff noticed me I then adked if they could open the large checkout, they heditsted then reluctantly told me to go to the large chrckout, the member of staff was very unhelpful and was scannibg my shopping very quickly to a point that there was hardly no room to pack ,I think she was in Rush of just didn't want to help me ,she could see I was strugling I also went to cistomer service's to get 3 asda mobile sim csrds and the member of staff behind there just looked like she couldn't be bothered, not helpful at all This shopping experience I had at this store was very very bad Indeed and has put me off from shopping there in the future The only reason I have given them 1 star is Because it wouldn't let me post this review with out putting a star first If I could I would not give them a star at all"

This is - by far I’m sorry to say - the worst shopping experience I have ever had today. The self service checkout kept assuring me someone was coming to help. No one came. There was ONE member of staff, a lovely shop assistant who I’ve seen many times before (a female with long blond hair in a ponytail), who was looking after about 10 customers!! There wasn’t a single additional member of staff available. Naturally she could not do everything herself. The blame falls on management. The manager of this store needs to be SACKED or at least DISCIPLINED for his/her “ineptness” Absolutely appalling management and diligence In the end I just had to leave the store empty handed. I shan’t be returning any time soon. Get your act together ASDA HAREHILLS. I’m very disappointed.
According to staff, ASDA have a policy where they do not actively encourage COVID measures and PPE. Their own staff wear masks, but many customers do not and (unlike Morrison's) staff do not challenge the wearing of PPE/masks for customers or actively enforce/encourage hand sanitising etc. So it feels a little unsafe given the smaller size of the shop, compared to places like Morrison's up the road. The shop has a small bakery, Amazon collection points etc, but stock is limited compared to larger stores. I wouldn't recommend it for a main weekly shop. Staff are friendly and generally helpful. Limited more by the lack of safe working policies further up the management chain.
Shopping with my two under three year olds. Basket full of shopping and no open TILLS!! They were all self service. Which is impossible with a one year old who wants to run off. I asked a member of staff if they could help me, they said they're too busy because theres only two of them and one staff member is on there break. Surely you would have one till open it's last weekend till Christmas! This lovely lady (customer) heard my fustration and offered to scan my shopping through. Which I really appreciated. No thanks to Asda.
On 28 july near 0930 am staff is horrible unprofessional rude and not trustworty. Especially a tall white lady and one other polish lady. These are talking all the times about cumtomers and i heard the white tall lady said the other polish lady that i do not like this uber delivery drive so all the time when she come to pick the order give her negitive feedback. It is really so bad and against the professinal norm.
Have same discounts as BIG ASDA up the road.... People who are disabled cannot physically get to the BIG ASDA for little items/food need every few days. I as a disabled person am annoyed not all ASDA fall into this. Just be warned Tesco are thinking about changing to be more helpful. I.e we are in recession. Help the ones who need it. We as customers need a reply can you even do this? Do you even care?

terrible security guard was really rude as they were shutting down wasnt able to get my pound back from the trolley as the shutter was closed asked the manager spoke to me rudley and horribly as there was 10 mins left till they closed worst experience staff rude with service at checkout need to do something about that asda
Hye i have received several time racist and rude remarks by some polish ladies whenever i come to pick uber delivery order i feel scared that i will be treated racially and rudely so am avoiding this place from now coz there ia one aome polish lady and one other lady they treated me very bad.
On the way to this Asda I was reading bad reviews and laughing. When I got there I had the best time. The bad reviews are wrong. The internet lies. Staff was great. Choice of food was great. I bought 6 pot noodles. Some people just be haters. You know.
Staff are always polite. They do well considering the abuse they sometimes get. They always have a friendly face and help when ever I need to find something or check if they have anything in the stock room. Top Mark's for a brilliant local supermarket
Lovely people. Kind and positive staff! Always when I needed help to find something. The person who I asked immediately interrupted her/his work for me and with a kind smiley showed me the precise place of the item what I was searching for.
My favourite shop in my area.the staff are excellent, very helpful and friendly.the paypoint is very useful too.plus a free to use ATM outside.wish I could get a better veggie choice, but not far to go to killingbeck.
What incredible staff straight to my rescue when I passed out due to my blood sugar levels been low straight away made sure I was okay and when I wasn't sat and waited until I was , couldn't thank the staff more
Terrible service. All self service tills that constantly need help from the staff. The staff all stand about talking to each other so it's slow going trying to get out in a hurry. Only Elaine is any good there.
I was expecting this to be a bigger supermarket. Turns out it's not. You can find all the necessary things, but don't expect to find every offer you see on their website.
Shop and staff fine but the constant beggars asking for money outside the door is annoying please asda do something otherwise will take my business elsewhere
Yes pleasent only took me a year to get used to self service. Buying alcohol is a problem as it needs authorisation but I understand that.
Always you have to use self service check out at this store's peak period, would help if they put staff the tills at this time
Compact little Asda with a few kitchen and household bits too - self service only after 10.30 on week days
Mama mija stredu mi ukradli tam telefón Samsung galasi A 21 mala som u kočíku a neviem kto zobral
I can get everything I need all in one place, very pleased with my shopping experience at asda.
Poorly staffed and self-serve tills everywhere. It's a nightmare and not a quick visit at all.
Excellent customer service and staff are always happy to help best asda ive been to so far
Nice friendly staff, doesn't have all the same prices as bigger stores but good
Nice and clean shop, but self-service very narrow for the shopping trolleys.
Looks small but it's got almost everything you need for household shopping
ANPR SYSTEM working, good place to practise bay parking but a little busy.
Close to home, quick and easy if grabbing a few items, staff are friendly
A bit more expensive than the larger Asdas but still worth a visit.
