I don't often shop here as they have limited stock with it being a smaller store. I visited today and found it really frustrating that you just want to buy a few things and use the self service tills but people are doing full monthly shops at them because there is only 1 staffed til open and the queue for the kiosk seems to be the same for them too with no staff actually supervising so you end up stood waiting forever for help. Just to top off the experience the bag of fridge raiders I bought went out of date on the 4th January, my fault for not checking dates too I guess but come on Asda, selling chicken products that are a WEEK out of date! They weren't even reduced and honestly isn't the first time it's happened here, maybe they are understaffed or something but stock checking clearly isn't a priority. I'll give an extra star because at least it's pretty easy to park.

A small store with a limited range so you'd struggle to do a weekly shop. Not that you would wish to however as the tills are very rarely open, forcing everyone through the bottleneck self service area where of the two tills that take cash only one is usable as the other is squeezed too close to the cigarette counter. The staff are nice but few in number so can be overwhelmed even when the store isn't very busy. I limit myself to a few basics and use the slightly more expensive Sainsbury's store for all else as they actually make it easy to pay for the things you've bought. If Otley gains an Aldi or Lidl I can't imagine anyone bothering with this asda.

It's an Asda there is nothing between them apart from the amount of people who put their own shopping through the self serve area. I'll never do that, it seems calculated to cut wage bills by putting people out of work while unpaid customers do the work. I did ask a member of staff if my bill would be reduced if I went through the self serve area... Can you guess the answer?

Convenient smaller store, So nothing like the stock of the larger branches. That said it has most things you're going to need/want day to day. Can be s little difficult to park as the car park is small. Occasionally have problems getting the card readers at self scan tills to read my phone for contactless payments.

A good little store to get essentials. Sadly, the last 3 times I've visited with my list of items on offer, I've come away without any purchase - they've sold out or not been stocked. I will have to visit the large Asda (>6 miles away) instead.

My first time to visit Asda Otley. After living in the town for 12 years..... very impressed wish I had gone years ago. Good prices well stocked and very friendly staff.... highly recommended... will be going regularly from now on....

I use this store regularly as it offers good parking and easy navigation round store. Today I was served by a lovely cashier who helped me pack my goods making it a very pleasant experience.

Very helpful. I have disability I was shown to toilets and to save queuing a till was opened up . Produce was good too. I was very impressed thank you to both staff wh who helped me

Great little store. Everyone locally who wants fast service uses it. Good prices and friendly staff. Loss leaders can often offer good savings. Popular with ordinary folk.

For a small supermarket it has a good range and the prices are very competitive. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

I really like this Asda! Easy access and parking, not too big, good offers, great value and friendly attentive staff.
