I have been a patient of this clinic and have found the Doctors outstanding. Maurine Fitzgerald has always done tests for possible causes. She has found a host of things. I have also presented before the other Doctors which are just amazing, not the franchise guys who get you out after ten minutes with a prescription for something that might work. We've all had these experiences I am sure. These guys are the real deal. Maurine has advocated for me when I have presented at hospital to get the best treatment. I am blessed to have them looking after me. Currently I am now in Alice Springs but still I am sending my BP charts down to them because I am trialling a new Blood pressure medication. The interns at the hospital couldn't shine a candle on this professionals. Honestly when was the last time a doctor said to have your feet flat on the floor whilst sitting still, then do three tests discard the first one because the discomfort of he first one may give a false reading and then average the next two? Never right? I am going to live a longer happier life because of my wife, and these guys. Kind regards Oskar Abley P.S. I dont think I am the only one who drops in a fresh coffee for the staff on arrival because this place is genuinely unbeatable and the receptionists have often gone way out of their way to ensure I get a script of an appointment. Recently I was working on the COVID wards in aged care, trust me I know what I am talking about when it comes to exceptional medical attention.

Terrible approach to Mental health, no empathy from the doctor I visited or practice owner after writing a a formal complaint. The owner answered none of my questions instead simply stating that pain and anxiety medication was not able to be prescribed. I stated in my complaint that there was no information or care provided and I feared that this could cause a significant risk of a individual was to attend there centre in need of referral to a hospital or psychiatric facilty. I am lucky I am 36 years old and was able to wait till my symptoms passed. The next poor kid might not be so

Clinic is amazing and the employees are warm and fun. I feel the need to say that although people are complaining about long wait times they do not mention that this is a issue for the vast majority of doctors clinics. If you want health care that isnt fruaght with unforseen issues that take longer than the expected time then pay a lot more for a doctor who charges more to make up for the long times between patients that soak up this issue.

The receptionist was so rude, unprofessional and hung up on me. I was referred to the GP by a friend as I was very suicidal, got no compassion and on top of this was told was not seeing any new clients. Worst behaviour of a medical clinic in my life!

Clinic nice and lovely doctors, but long waiting times. Maybe they should consider ringing patients if doctors are running more than 20 mins late. We can stay at home instead of spending up to an hour waiting in your waiting room with sick children.

The doctors are great but my oh my the receptionist the rudest I’ve ever seen every time I called or go their they boil my blood with their attitude, i don’t understand why are they always so grumpy its so unprofessional…

I have seen several of the doctors here (Dr Fitzgerald, Dr Mishra, and Dr White) and all of them have been absolutely amazing! Reception staff are also very helpful. I am lucky to have found this clinic thank you!

Sorry about the man who has to wait an hour on a regular basis. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes. I've been a patient there for 27.5 years!

Closed till 4th Jan 2016. I've been a paitient since I was a child, very good clinic. Wait times can be long but they are everywhere.

Family centred, caring & genuine. The doctors don’t push unnecessary drugs. They try and establish the actual cause behind issues.

REAL doctors not pill pushers. will spend the time and do the tests. Been very happy with these guys.

The clinic is fine although waiting up to an hour on a regular basis is simply unacceptable.

Wouldn't accept new client or suggest appropriate alternative
