My family purchased a 4 pack of English mcmuffins from Costco. 3 of the 4 6 packs only had 5 in it. After being sent on my way by Costco, I tried reaching out to the company. After multiple tries and multiple messages, someone got back to me. Was told that someone would be getting back to me, which after weeks this has not happened. After trying to call the number on their website this morning, it just disconnects. Great to see a company stand behind their products. Not only losing me as a customer, will freely express my opinion of the company to anyone that will listen. Makes it really hard to digest this, as this is a representative of a Canadian company, one that being a Canadian citizen should be able to trust.

I've seen Oakrun Farms products in a few stores so I thought I'd give this place a visit and I'm glad that I did. They have as part of their factory a small retail store with a few products in it at what seem good prices. I was especially looking for Belgium waffles which they did have for 6 for $3.75 (probably more than $6 at the larger grocery stores). I also bought butter tarts at 6 for $1.75 on sale! I also bought some English muffins and regular muffins as well. I came away with a box full of baked goods for a little over $20. It's well worth the visit especially if you're fairly close by.

My favourite breakfast is toasted crumpets with local honey and copious quantities of tea. To my chagrin, I have discovered that they have changed the recipe and the texture is all wrong - too much like cake. Why? I shall not be buying their crumpets again until I receive some assurance that this is rectified. I tried calling but could only get machines and my voice is now floating somewhere out in the ether being ignored. I had to stop buying from a previous maker when they did this. I am sorry I am being let down again. I am a Brit. and do not take my crumpets lightly!

Before today, I had never eaten waffles from the grocery store and I have truly been missing out. The cinnamon Belgian waffles are AMAZING! I popped them in the toaster, heated them on the bagel setting and they were perfect. My mouth is salivating just thinking about them. I can’t wait for breakfast so I can grab another serving. I’m so excited to see what other treats are available. I also love that they are individually wrapped!

Easy to get to Crappily designed shipping/receiving area. Bays are a north and east "L" Very awkward As soon as you straighten after the right behind the building you are already in someone's way Bins and trailers in the way of your swing On a brighter note-once we hit the dock it was very quick and efficient Staff friendly Have your reefer on and at temp!

Had a family member who worked like a slave for this company. Family member went on sick leave. No one checked in on them for about 5 years after they had passed. HR is absolutely clueless. We have all boycotted their products and have told everyone we know how they treat their employees. A big middle finger to their HR staff, you know who you are.

Great retail location if you're looking for sweet treats, fresh crumpets, breads, and bagels at an outrageously good price. $1 for half a dozen cheese English muffins?! Heck yes. Bonus fridge with local products [butter, milk, etc], and wonderful staff. Unfortunately under a temp closure, but I'll be lined up at the door when they re-open!

The only good thing about Oakrun Bakery is the bakery goods they sell (cash only), which even though you may not find what you're looking for, you can still find a good deal. If you are female and have a dark skin colour, I would not recommend working for the company as the employees, management and human resources are racists.

I really enjoyed going to the retail store today. Me, my daughter and granddaughter drove 45 minutes and Not a bit disappointed.. Between the two of us we bought one of everything.. The two ladies working were so very nice and helpful. I will be going back again soon. Worth the drive (love my waffles)

Excellent choice they have a small retail store with there Fresh products Staff is always helpfull and Smiling even on rainy days Sweats and Pastries are Incredible highly recommended only 1down fall that keeps it from a 5 is no debit cash only but i can live with that Enjoy !!

I heard today that this bakery has a physiotherapist on staff to help employees deal with repetitive stress injuries, as are common in factory work. I think this is entirely laudable and hope other companies will take this as inspiration to help their employees remain healthy.

We have been eating Oakrun English Muffins for quite a few years now. Lately, I have to say our family has noticed the quality of the product seems to have gone down hill. When did the English Muffins become so small and when you cut them in half they are so thin?

If you are here for delivery make sure you are ready to sit for 3-4 hours. I only had one skid and it took me 4 hours to get unloaded and when asked why took so long the guy receiver went crazy and gave me all kind of craps. Not a nice experience.

Excellent prices and quality for the most part. Some of the english muffins and butter tarts were burnt or dry. I will mock that up to the reason for cheap prices. The staff was very kind, knowledgeable and conversational. Will revisit again!

This was my first visit to this outlet. I only gave four stars because I was expecting way lower prices based on what others were saying in the reviews. However, I realized that expecting those prices ($1 for half a dozen English muffins)

Staff is very friendly. Bought English muffins, chocolate turtle brownies and cheddar bagels. Seems the yeast in the bagels was bad. They were horrible, sour and smelled awful. A dozen of them went into the garbage. Will not be back.

Excellent variety of delicious freshly baked goodies. The employee that served us was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable with all the products. She was very friendly and cheerful, a perfect example of an exemplary employee.

Not for vegans great prices delicious treats and baked goods. The employee there actually took the time to look through an ingredient book to let me know which goods did not have egg as i a vegetarian. Very much appreciated that

Never knew these guys existed but we were driving in the area for apples and found them. Great little retail setup for fresh bagels, English muffins and crumpets. Price is excellent. Definitely worth a visit when in the area.

i haven't been in the store did not know that is existing. But at the loading dock they ar very very slow. I had appointment at 9 am started loading at 1 pm finished at 3:30 pm. I hope i never have to go back again

A little out of the way but we'll worth it. Baked goods made on site and can't get any fresher. Supplies to many local stores like Costco and majore grocery stores. 3.00 cakes sell for 6 or 7 dollars at Costco.

Asked them a simple question about one of their products 3+ weeks ago. Asked them again, asked their parent pineridge , and asked their owner Aryzta No response, at all. So that means no buying, at all

Great place to pick up discount bake good. Incredible value and friendly staffs. Only thing is they don't always carry the same stuff. You don't know what they have until you walk in.

This is not a restaurant, it's a factory. why do I keep getting questions pertaining to a restaurant. They sell bagels and things like that, like a small convience store.
