If you’re looking for good old fashioned (in a modern way), honest, kind, helpful, knowledgeable service on all things bikes….well, you’ve come to the right spot! Robert, Kate and Lauchlan are wonderful, good people. Their shop oozes knowledge and great products. Their service is next to none I have ever experienced in the many other bike shops I’ve been to. My bike had done over 10k and was way overdue for a service. The service was completed on the same day. Early evening, I received a text from Robert explaining what had been done with a list of itemised costs. I collected it the next morning and met the lovely, “fuss free” Kate and Lauchlan. All the replaced parts were there for me to see if I chose to do so. They also got my mini computer going. From new no one else could “fix” it. Seems it was a second battery that had never been fitted! It’s totally awesome to ride my bike once again. It honestly feels like it’s brand new once again! I cannot thank them all enough! If you’re wise, you’ll make Aspley Bike Shop yours! I’ve now made it mine.

I wanted to share my experience with Aspley Bike Shop. I recently snapped my rear shifter cable on my TCR and decided to call ABS instead of my normal bike service/repairer which is also where I originally purchased the bike (recent 'Gold Service' experiences were not up to the standard I had come to expect). Lachlan at ABS provided the advice I was after and resulted in me bringing the bike in for repairs (instead of trying to do the job myself). ABS turned the bike around in 24 hours, not only did they repair the shifter cable they did a thorough inspection of the whole bike and picked on on a number of issues they rectified without charge (issues that should have been picked up by the previous repairer during a recent service). Cost was extremely reasonable. Quality advice was at hand and Lachlan was more than happy to share. The overall experience was well beyond my expectations and I will not hesitate to recommend ABS. I look forward to being a regular customer of theirs.

I’ve had my bike for a couple years and it’s always slipped my middle gear - took it back to where I originally bought it from and the service dept said there’s nothing wrong with it; even after we paid for some regular services thereafter. Finally this time, I went to Aspley Bike Shop. Rob took the time to check over all the components and explained the issues he had found when I picked it up. He didn’t bag out the place I bought the bike from or their service department, he just explained some reasons for the faults on my bike from the time Of purchase and took great care to make my bike safe so I can get back on the road. I wish I had known or visited Aspley Bike Shop sooner, but I’m glad I’ve found them now. Great service, great pricing and the best customer care! Thank you Rob and Team

This is my first ever online review and it's worth a wait to write about the amazing team at Aspley Bike Shop. I can't recommend them highly enough. Right from giving kind, friendly and expert advice while choosing my new bike and even better after sales service and support that I have never experienced before. I have approached them couple of times without notice with few issues they were only too happy to help me and got my bike fixed at the earliest. They offered a free tune up to compensate!!!! The Aspley crew did a fantastic job servicing my Trek. They contacted me to clarify what work was needed and to quote on what the work would cost (it actually come in cheaper than what they quoted). They had my bike around 2wks, waiting on some parts to arrive. They rang me once again and said they have received everything and that they would work over night to completed the bike so I could have it for the weekend. The shop crew actually sent me a courtesy text sometime later to see how my bike was and if there was any problems... can't ask for better service than that

Great customer service and follow up on service. Quoted me for a service and then charged me less as they didn’t need to do the full service. Don’t see that often in business today. Didn’t try and sell me a new chain the minute I walked in the door as well, unlike the last place I had my bike serviced at. Also fixed things that could be repaired instead of just saying I needed new ones which I really appreciated as my bike isn’t top end and the last thing I want to do is spend more than my bike is worth on parts replacing it. Seriously six out of five stars.

I recently had my Gomier Trike serviced. Aspley Bike Shop is the place to go to. They collected from my home, serviced it to a very high standard and delivered back to me. I also asked them if they could source a cover for me. They did this very quickly and emailed me through every step with the ordering. I am very happy with this kind of old fashioned service and will highly recommend them. Puts a lot of places to shame where others fail. Cover arrived this morning Saturday. Very pleased! Rob helped me to find the right bike for replacing the old one and I am happy with my bike and also with the "basket buddy" which he had arranged for me! I also would like to be thankful to Kath who gave me full attention through several text messages and also for Lockland, who assisted me with technical issues. The crew at this store are absolutely lit; genuine smiles on all the staff, 100% of their attention is on an open honest and genuine interaction with the customer, and providing the best possible service whilst also working within any potential budget stipulations. I heard very good things about Rob and his shop and got exactly that! Excellent service, very understanding and reasonably priced. My bike has never been in a better shape! I asked if the front brake cable could be routed inside the main front tube (which I thought would be a difficult thing to do) and the job was done flawlessly with all the rest of the tune ups. I recommend Aspley Bike Shop to everyone :-)

I highly recommend this bike shop, owned by the friendly and helpful Rob, to any cyclist (beginner or Armstrong) looking for a supportive and informative team! Often going in with weird questions / requests, the whole team are always helpful and really take the time to get on the same page. I couldn't find a handy picture of my bike, so added a picture of my dog, Manny. He's awesome.

There were a couple of things that needed attention which I told them about when I dropped the bike off. I couldn't believe how much better the bike was after the service. EXCELLENT customer service. The team did a great job of servicing my older bike, took the time to make sure that I got a pair of shoes that fit perfectly (first pair had to be returned as the size I ordered was too small). Also followed up to make sure that everything was going well after the service. I’ll definitely be going back to them!

These guys are Deadset legends. Was stranded out on a country bike ride when these guys came to the rescue. Rob was really honest and excellent with his work. Even when I thought my bike needed a more extensive service, he assessed it and recommended only what was needed. And the work he did was excellent. He even explained to me what was done. I couldn't ask for a better outcome. I'll be bringing all my bikes to Rob for their service.

Just had the major service on my 2 year old Focus Jam and the bike is better than when I bought it. Everything is super smooth and quiet as a mouse. Shifting on my XT setup is crisp.
