I had a massage here last year (2019) and recently went to claim back my rebate from my health fund. Disappointingly, I received the following message from my health fund: "Hi, Thank you for your recent claim for remedial massage. Unfortunately we can not find the provider in our system under the name on the receipt or by the provider number given. If the provider is not recognized by us we can not pay a benefit." I just went back to the shop to see if they could help me and I was directed to a sign stuck to their counter (see attached). The massage itself was fine but it's annoying that you can't claim back the benefit you're entitled to. I would not have spent the money if I knew it would be this much trouble. Not happy...

I used to come to this massage shop before the change in ownership and thought it was quite a good local spot. Since the handover, I think it has only gotten better. Staff are friendlier and the shop feels warmer and more inviting. Considering how busy it was, the change seems to be a good one. Make sure you book because they book out very quickly on weekends. They have a new website you can use to book online which is convenient and they confirm with you via text. The massages are very good, I felt relaxed and lighter after a relaxation massage (hot stones are a great addition) and the foot massage was very relaxing (their plush sofas are so comfy). 90min relaxation massage for a such a reasonable price. My therapist, Jai, was great and definitely experienced. I'm giving 4 stars only as the place isn't really that relaxing. I was in the first room right next to the front door and could hear everything happening outside - including vehicles driving by. So much light coming through as well so again, defeating the relaxation part. Apart from that, I'd highly recommend the massage and the service. Staff were great and the Pandan water they gave me before I left was a simple but nice touch which reminds me of Thailand.

I liked the remedial massage. So I came back. The lady swiped my Medibank card and I got rejected. She gave me a receipt and I called Medibank. I was told I should not have been rejected. I called the massage clinic and explained but the lady hung up on me. Since the clinic is just closed I went again for her to to try again. She said she cannot do that and told me to go to another service. I told her I really liked the service but she drove me away so I got mad. She hung up on me. I asked her name she did not want to give. I am so disappointed.

I'm a big fan of both Thai and remedial massage. My first visit was a pleasant one. Greeted with a smile by the new owner where my details were taken and discussed what areas they were to work on. With both hot oil and hot stones included in the 1hr session, i was in heaven and left feeling so much better than when i walked in the door. These angels worked their magic on my very tight and knotted shoulders. I highly recommend a visit!

The staff are friendly and professional, the decor is neat and relaxing, and the pricing is pretty good. I’ve been here numerous times for remedial, hot stone, and aromatherapy massages. All of them have been absolutely excellent. The staff member has always asked if the pressure suits me and they are always responsive if I say something is painful or uncomfortable for me. I plan to go back here again as soon as possible!

Worst massage of my life. This place is a HIT or a MISS. There are staff who are ridiculously good at massages ( I did a deep tissue) and yesterday there was some old lady with whom I walked out of the massage place with pain in the back ( I didn’t have pain when I arrived), it was the worst massage of my life. Every press was inducing more pain. Go for the young masseur , if you love your body avoid the OLD Lady.

The worse massage experience I had at your place today and I will never return to this place again. I used to a regular customer at this place few years back and used to have the best massages. I think now things has been changed. I paid for $89 for an hour remedial massage however I have to walk out of the place without completing massage. Horrible experience.

I absolutely love coming here. You might say I am a frequenter. Each time is a bit different. But always amazing! Today I had Hannah who just knew where to go and how firm. I visit here regularly for private health remedial massage. Not bad, different masseuses, some are quite skilled and really loosen up my back well. Provide a glass of water or green tea after the massage with a warm hot towel. Only suggestion is that they replace the curtains as they are a little old.

I have been a customer for more than 5 years. Over the years, I have seen different massage therapist come and go. Back in 2017/18, it was quite good. But recent years have been hit and miss. Walking into the shop is like opening a box of chocolates, you don’t know what you are going to get each time.

After trying so many different places I finally found one of my liking. Best massage ever. Very professional and humble staff. Mon was my therapist and was very polite and professional. Kept checking on me during the massage if I am comfortable or not. 100% recommended if you want your money worth it

Amazing massage. They have a huge range of massage services available categorised into soft, medium and hard pressure. I had a one hour massage and it was absolutely amazing.The masseuse checked the pressure was ok and focused on the areas I mentioned were sore. I Will definitely be back.

Great value for money, went there 4 times with my partner, had the remedial, the deep tissues, and the whole lot. Everytime I felt like a million bucks. Those girl work a lot, and even last appointment they give all their energy for you. Keep the good work you guys !

Relaxing massage focused on areas that needs attention. Staff friendlier but prefer masseuse to communicate and prefer darker rooms, rather then light coming through, a bit annoying. At the end hot tea was nice. I would recommend the service.

The masseuses are all very skilled. I enjoyed the aromatherapy massage so much, it was hard not to doze off in the middle of it! The massage room is filled with scent of jasmine which is nice. Take note though, that aromatherapy massage

Pokey little place at the end of a rundown set of shops, but if you look past that you'll get a consistently excellent massage. Accept health funds too. We've moved away from the area but it's still our go to for a massage.

Best value for money massage in the area. When I visited the therapist always checked in on how I was feeling and really helped in removing tension and knots I'd stored up over lockdown. Also great that they have HICAPS

Booked a remedial massage based on the price list. I have been here before. Staff trying upsell on arrival, and credit card and healthfund attact a penalty here. New owner and new rules. Good luck to the owner.

I've always wanted a massage where their feet are used for pressure. My left side lower back had a big knot and she worked it down for the half hour.
