"The assurances of car park management in other reviews that their prices are commensurate with other parking places in the area are irrelevant and mean nothing"
"Locked in car park during business hours"
"AVOID IT"
"entered after seeing early bird parking was 18 for a day, after seeing the price signs inside advertised 50 per day, I went to leave but was charged 14 for being on the premesis for less than 15 minutes"
"prices are expensive ranging from $5 for 15 minutes to $42 for 3 hours"
The assurances of car park management in other reviews that their prices are commensurate with other parking places in the area are irrelevant and mean nothing. The fact of the matter is that if you need to park near Wickham Terrace, the premier medical specialist location in Brisbane, then be prepared to pay well above hourly rates charged elsewhere. Check with your medical specialist as some of them offer vouchers which can reduce the parking cost, although it appears from our experience yesterday that parking prices have just gone up again. Our medical voucher said $15 for a set time, but we had to pay $20.00, an increase of 25%! IMPORTANT TIP : when making your appointment ask if the specialist also has rooms somewhere else. Both of our doctors do, and in the other location parking is FREE!
Locked in car park during business hours. Phone goes straight to message saying they aren’t in office. No other contact. Update: machine page button didn’t work as the person on the other end couldn’t hear me, after some time they came down. Message on phone service did not give option to contact anyone immediately, only to leave a message. I showed the staff member this at the time. Also want to note I was charged for this. But the staff member thought it was very gracious not to charge me for the time I was stuck, as well. When I asked how to complain she said the email address was “astor@terracecarpark” which is false and showed she had no interest in the matter.
AVOID IT. A few years ago late in the afternoon Brisbane had a I was on Astor tce during a severe hailstorm., where my car got severly damaged. I drove in to the carpark for shelter and check the damage ($28,000 worth). In 30 minutes the storm was over and I tried to exit. I discovered I lost my ticket. The operator demanded a full days rate since I lost my ticket. He refused to come and see the damage and the hail balls in the back seat. Even though he has cameras that could check my entry, time he refused and demanded a days fee. HE IS A CONMAN.
entered after seeing early bird parking was 18 for a day, after seeing the price signs inside advertised 50 per day, I went to leave but was charged 14 for being on the premesis for less than 15 minutes. i called to request a refund and they had the gall to attempt to charge me (more than the price of the ticket) to look at camera footage to even dispute it saying its a "service". Ill be warning my co-workers to avoid their predatory business practices.
prices are expensive ranging from $5 for 15 minutes to $42 for 3 hours. if you're visiting a business nearby it's worth checking if you can get a discounted rate. for instance lasersight gives you $15 parking when you visit them.
Sooo expensive parking, they charged me 28 $ for less than 1 Hour parking, while you can park in the street for few dollars. even there was no price list in the entrance of parking. really unfair, never recommend
Really great units to hire,we stayed there for 2 night 2 bedroom unit ,clean and spacious on 12th floor.nice and close to the Brisbane private hospital. The host was very good. Definitely recommended
Parking was easy and there was plenty. Public carparks are inbetween reserved parks instead of having an allocated area for reserved parks and public parking, which makes it harder to find.
Convenient. Well ventilated. But the width of marked spaces hasn't been updated to keep pace with dimensions of modern cars. Not many people drive Morris Minor etc card these days.
Great and convenient parking. Easy to understand parking and payment instructions. Plus a lovely discount. Thanks so much. I had a lovely day and visit with you. Love to you all.
Top service. Somebody backed into me and didn't leave a note. Management were very helpful looking back in the cameras and giving me the info I needed. Very helpful, very secure
Extremely Expensive! Paid $50.13 for 4 hours and they also charge Processing fee. Park there only if you really really need it. Even city parking is only $35 for the whole day.
Central to Spring Hill and night time fees are great. Just have to realise that not all parks are available and some are privately owned but the signage is there for that.
This car park is so convenient. My dentist is just around the corner, and they give me a code for the car park, which saves me a significant amount of money.
Beyond frustrating management who are inflexible and do not understand the importance of building customer relationships. Would not recommend.
Acess is tight for a large car. It's in a handy location and there was plenty of spaces. It ain't cheap but that's normal in Brisbane CBD
High price point during weekdays but fair rates on weekends. Always found spots easily. Payable at exit is practical. Recommend!
Prices are bloody ridiculous... $12 for 30 mins...or an hr $25... I parked for 32mins and still had to pay $25... a bloody joke
Easy to find and had plenty of parks when we were there - the discount voucher from the Terrace Eye Centre made it even better
I parked for 40 minutes on Thursday, was charged $25 for an hour parking....This is beyond normal....Very dissappointed
It's a car park. Convenient for places I need to get to, and it doesn't smell like urine. What more could you want.
This Carpark is overpriced.$40 to park from 6.37 am to 7.39am I can not believe that they can charge these fees...
Cheaper monthly parking than others around but still expensive, at least so far not as rude as Secure or Wilsons.
Horroble price, charge $40 dollars for 1:15 hours. No elevator, ir you have a baby, find another car park!
Easy parking, about a 10 minute walk to Queen St all down hill so it is all up hill on theway back.
Entry is from a small side street and it's a car park. What else can I say
Great location, easy access and friendly staff always there to assist.
No lifts or stairs, hard to find spots. Paid $46 for 2 hr 10 mins
A bit overpriced for my liking, only park here if desperate.
Sure to get a park here, however is a little expensive …
Close to city so can park without battling city traffic
Low vehicle clearance with no info on website about it
