The woman at the counter dressed in black was very rude. I would ask a question about my soleus muscle and the receptionist yelled from the front yes she knows that muscle. I asked my masseuse to concentrate on the lower part of my body because of tightness from Running. She never understood what I said and therefore I didn’t get the massage I needed. When I asked the receptionist about, she said yeah, they can concentrate on the lower body but I have to tell them 30 minutes. The masseuse understood very well about tip because when I gave her $10, she demanded $15 for the tip. I would never go back again. This is a very amateur spa that really doesn’t know the body well.

The massage was ok at best, grant it the girl may have been new, it’s ok not her issue, but to then tell me “there is a required tip of $12 per hour” is insane , illegal and a bad business practice, a tip is optional and highly dependent on services rendered, the massage wasn’t that good but the girl was nice so does that mean I should pay a “required” $12 dollars based on her likability and conversation? This place is a little gem. I absolutely loved my Swedish massage and the price was great for the service she did. I have been to many fancy places that didn’t do a good job. The staff was kind, and they took me immediately. I suffer from chronic muscle aches and Ellie the thearapist worked on me for one hour. It was the best one hour massage I have had in a long time. I will be returning for a collagen face treatment and will also make frequent appointments. Awesome spot thanks again.

The only reason why I’m giving one starts because I never went into a place before and the girl and the owner is telling me how much I’m supposed to tip. I have people who work in spa tips are appreciated but not necessary the girls get either $15 an hour or they get a portion of the price what the services is some places give 50%. A lot of reviewers here complaining about "forced" tips are so out of their mind! The audacity! Paying 50 bucks plus "forced" 15-20 bucks in tips for a great 1 hour real massage massage is THE BEST deal! If you're so worried about "forced" tips, then go get a massage at a place, where no one will mention the amount of the tips you have to pay, but then expect to pay for that massage no less than $100! Plus however much tips you feel like giving!

I have chosen to stop going to this massage location. Though many of the women are nice to customers, the lady checking out at the end is extremely rude. I tried to leave a respectable tip and she demanded that I tack on $5 more. Deceptive practices is all I can say. It's unfortunate, because she ruins it for her coworkers. Had Signature Facial done with my mother and was first time at the spa. We find a deal on Groupon and when called the women Tina said she gave us same deal in spa that we didn't have to buy it online. We had a great time,the women were both very friendly. We received water bottles at check up. We would go back again for more services. Thank you again .

Went for a 90 minute massage. Great massage. Went to give a 20 percent tip and was met with a serious additude and was demanded to give a 30 percent tip. It was not about the money and if there is a recommended tip amount on services it should be posted somewhere visible. The staff member was extremely unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable.

My favorite place to get a massage! I've been to many spas and this one is the best! They always accommodate me quickly in terms of last minute appointments, they are professional and friendly and the price is right! They don't do a lot of extras like the hot stones which is why I didn't give them a 5 star review. Great place to try anyway!

The family that runs this small shop, they did a great job fixing my computer. They ask a lot of questions to see how you use your system then come up with a plan (that they explain to you), then they give you the costs. If they have any questions they call or text you. Will definitely go back
