Agent: Godelieve Koelma Where do I even begin with my horrendous experience with Godelieve Koelma? If I could give zero stars, I would. Dealing with this individual was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. Their unprofessionalism, rudeness, and condescension left me feeling frustrated and disrespected throughout the entire process. What truly stood out was their astonishing level of rudeness. They consistently displayed a complete disregard for basic courtesy and respect. From snide remarks and dismissive tones to outright insults, this agent had no qualms about making me feel belittled and unimportant. It was as if they were doing me a favor by deigning to work with me, rather than recognizing that I was the one paying for their services. Moreover, the condescending attitude displayed by Godelieve Koelma was beyond reproach. Whenever I asked a question or sought clarification on any aspect of the process, they responded with an air of superiority and arrogance. Their condescending remarks and patronizing tone left me feeling stupid and embarrassed for simply seeking information that any professional should be able to provide without judgment. The level of incompetence demonstrated by this real estate agent was truly astounding. They seemed completely clueless about market trends, property values, and even basic contractual obligations. Their lack of knowledge and inability to provide accurate information left me feeling uncertain and frustrated. It was abundantly clear that they were not equipped to handle the responsibilities of their profession. To make matters worse, when it came time to negotiate, Godelieve Koelma proved utterly ineffective. Their poor communication skills and lack of assertiveness resulted in missed opportunities and failed negotiations. It was clear that they lacked the necessary expertise to secure the best possible outcome for their clients. In conclusion, my experience with Godelieve was nothing short of a nightmare. Their unprofessionalism, rudeness, and condescension made the entire process unbearable. I would strongly advise anyone looking for a real estate agent to steer clear of this individual. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment by finding someone who is actually committed to providing quality service and treating their clients with respect. Owner can't take responsibility for their wrong doing which says enough. He said this review is made up which is clearly not the case as I am responding. Go figure

Very disappointing conduct by the the Principal Agent. I definitely would not recommend her. Material Breaches of Mandate and failing to provide proof of tenant vetting and payments made. Even 9 days after the tenant was allowed to move into my flat. No inspection and no inventory list compiled and my flat is fully furnished. Much more but lets leave it at that. I wish i could give a negative star. Complaint has been lodged with EAAB and to be lodged with the Rental Tribunal and if no proof of payments provided in the next 24 hours i will also be calling EAAB hotline directly.

As an international property owner, I’ve had a lot of experience buying and selling properties while living abroad but have never had such outstanding and professional service as when I sold my properties through Liv (Atlantic Seaboard Realty). I received a far better price for my properties than other agents had offered. I found Liv very responsive and professional not only to me but to the buyers as well. I wouldn’t work with anyone else in property in South Africa given the chance and highly recommend Liv and her company.
