It would be a 0 if it was an option. If your bar has any rule that after 1 am you will not give straight up then you should ask before pouring the drink that how do you want to take it. We ordered 2 drinks of Diplomatico Rum, single serve is $19 and we love our expensive exclusive rum with a dash of water. But the bartender (not sure if Bar Manager or a server) who had extreme attitude and poor customer service said, we will mix it with atleast half a glass of water. You might as well just pour it in the drain then when you have no knowledge on how it should be relished or consumed. Doesn’t matter if you have a knowledge or not but we like our drink our way and you should state your so called nowhere mentioned rules to the customers without attitude beforehand. I need someone to call me or contact me to refund my money. I can share the details once contacted of the date and time and appearance of the bartender. Never going to Atrium Bar again!!!!

If you treat every customer like “that one guy who was rude and disrespectful” then, eventually, everyone is going to be rude and disrespectful to you. The culture at this bar was so poor, the bartender who served me was obviously so upset about something and was being so nasty to me. I’m paying a small fortune to shout 10 people cocktails, I expect that you be respectful of the choice I made to come here instead of other bars, because other times it was worth it. I used my manners, I asked how your night was because it was obvious you were upset and despite this you still threw it all in my face. Absolute farce.

Got charged a different price for the same drink and I just asked why? The supervisor or manager is super rude with the way she explained. I'm buying my drink, their fault that they charge me wrong and I have the right to ask, she said I'm expecting a free drink from Crown, and give me a disrespectful behaviour reaction. Crown service is very good but still some people seem like don’t take a job seriously. And her cocktail made wasn’t good at all, in my opinion.

I’m was going to give this place a straight 0 out of 5 then I got served by Sterling and was amazed by the service. Out of every bar we could go to I actually just went back for him. He wasn’t rude, he was kind and patient and so nice. The rest were absolutely disgusting rude and made half my friends leave crown: if you want your business to succeed, hire STERLINGS. That was my first time getting a wine, I get myself a rose but ended up disliking it. So I went to the counter and ask the bartender to recommend me a sweet wine. The bartender was so patient and let me try many types of wine until I find one that I like. Thank you so much, I finally found a wine that I like.

Welcoming and attentive staff are absolutely vital in hospitality and this place gets a big tick. Only stayed for an hour (Saturday night) for a few drinks with friends...very enjoyable... young wait staff were good fun and helpful... felt welcome.

Cocktails we're nice, at bit dear (as expected). Great place to watch the fire come out of the near by structures at night (fire show). Smoking is allowed on the balcony, which for me was a bit of a turn off. Otherwise classy enough!

Espresso Martinis were delicious, comfortable seating, good atmosphere - but they substituted cocktails for some of our party without asking when they didn't have some ingredients rather than letting them choose something else

135 dollas a head. No value there I've had better counter meals at the local pub. Portions are garbage. Though the food was well prepared and presented its just a pity its cold by the time you get back to the table.

Emmy-Lou was allowed in, she completely wrecked the vibe and her volume was too much. Her choice of clothing was not super cute, just generally over the top and trying to over compensate for "Aaron leaving us".

Hats (at least ones that are elaborate/part of an outfit) not allowed due to camera surveillance - way to make the customer feel like a criminal!

The cocktails where very good and used high end ingredients. The atmosphere is upscale yet comfortable. The prices are pretty high for cocktails, but the service was good and friendly.

Bar manager was awesome, very friendly, made my girl and i white ladys, on recommendation. His work ethic and efficiency was amazing! Top bloke, top bar! See you on the peninsula!

Good enough way to kick off an evening at Crown. Update: upgraded to 5 stars after the latest outing. Drinks are very good and the live music is nice.

Tried quite a few of the cocktails. Friendly service but the smoked green apple cocktail is a bit of miss! Everything else is fairly decent.
