Written to staff after MANY calls and texts, and asking them to stop. Because I have gotten SOOO many calls, and texts regarding this I do NOT want any services from you whatsoever!!! This is beyond ridiculous and a horrible way to earn potential business! You can watch for my bad google review now on your page. In all my years of getting treatments I have never come across any vendor who would run a high end company like this! This seems like backyard/side of the road in an unmarked truck kinda service to me! I would never trust this company with any treatments on/in my body. I hope you take this to heart and fix this awful process. I spend lots of money on beauty as do many of my team, associates, and friends. But can assure you non of them will be booking in any appointments with this company. Even after I tell you guys to stop bombarding me with calls and texts just 2 hours ago. I get yet another call and text! And to keep asking me for 20$ to book and appointment. Seriously?! I guess this is what I get for answering an add on Facebook of all places.

I was so confused to read previous review about Lola. She’s my nail master for already half a year n i never see her like lady describe her n she’s never been mean to me n always does her job on the highest level( you can see it on my pics). Call her “moron” it doesn’t put you on better position in society tbh. Always trust her my hands to do magic with them n no doubt she’ll do it better than anyone else. Attitude, mean face, aggressive person n being conflicted with smbd its definitely not bout her. If you ever try to do your nails with Lola you’ll never regret bout it. She’s always so kind n if you ask her to do it she’ll always do it no matter how hard it is. Still my favorite forever n ever, n definitely not MORON.

First, I am a little taken aback by a previous review about Lola. Let me set the record straight; I have been going to Lola for a year now, and she is the most calming energy and the sweetest soul. I can bring in any inspo photo, and she will seamlessly match the color/style. I truly enjoy my time at Aura, all of the women that work there are so sweet and always go above and beyond to provide guests with an enjoyable experience. The location is clutch for anyone that is working downtown and the interior is so cozy and calming. Shame on people that will degrade others to make themselves feel big. It's disgusting. Bottom line: Go to Aura, you will be so pleased with this little gem of a find!

I've been here for shellac nails twice now, and the first time I went, Diana radiated such incredible loving attentive energy that I literally cried (I was feeling my feelings that day okay!). These ladies really take their time and are super detail oriented with nails. They give solid advice on colors and shades, and will even swatch colors on my nails/skin before I commit. They are also the longest lasting shellac nails I've ever had without chipping (over 3 weeks). I have never felt so comfortable being pampered. Not to be dramatic but I've definitely found my forever nail place.

We did a girls trip to Calgary, I googles places for pedicures close to our hotel. and Aura popped up. I'm so happy we went! Lola & Jennifer were amazing. My friend had Jennifer & I had Lola. I have never seen my toes look so cleaned up! Spa was very relaxing, staff super friendly. I even broke my one nail before the trip and did not have time to get it fixed... I mentioned this, Jennifer had no problem fixed it up for me! AND for Gel polish soooooo many colors/Chromes to choose from which is bonus points for me!!! I hate going to a spa and they have 10-20 colors to pick from.

I usually have to be really impressed to write a review on google. I was speechless. I’ve never had a mani pedi done with such care and detail. It wasn’t rushed and Mac who was my mail technician for both was AHMAZING!!! Prices are reasonable but service from being greeted at the door to the end of your appointment was impressive! The massage I got while getting a pedicure was the most relaxing massage I’ve ever gotten. This place seriously is the best!! They have a loyal customer from now on!

The best salon in the city, hands down. Aura operates under the mantra of making everyone who walks through their doors feel VIP. The owner Diana is one of the most honest, kind, and talented business-owners I’ve ever come across… oh, and does she ever know how to transform your brows! (Spoken like a former over-plucker). If you’re looking for a place that provides exceptional services at honest and affordable prices, give Aura Spa a try. You won’t regret it.

I have been going to Lola regularly for a year now and she’s a master at nail prep! My nails have never looked better and my manicures last for a long time. I’m always getting compliments on my nails and people are shocked when I tell them they’re not extensions! Highly recommend Lola for shellac manicures.
