Let me start by saying there is NOTHING AUSSIE about this place. When you call to enquire about sites or cabins you are answered by a female with very poor broken English and just says LOOK AT WEB SITE FILL OUT FORM. and hangs up. Now lets talk about the form you have to fill out. It asks for the normal things like PHOTO ID, PAST RESIDANCE , PAY SLIP. Then after you have sent it and your waiting they then ask for more information. They then ask for FULL BANK STATEMENTS, COPY OF PASSPORT, COUNCIL RATES if you have owned a home. That's when the alarm bells start to ring. It seems they are collecting information for some other purpose . I have been in contact with the police and they are looking into this. Now we can get to the pictures of the park. DONT BELIVE THEM they are all photo shopped , trust in me when i say the place is a DUMP. and i know this because went for a drive and had a look at the place. STAY AWAY BEWARE

The cabin is clean, furnished, and air conditioned with one in the lounge room and one in the bedroom. The kitchen has an electric stove, oven, and a microwave, and all the plates, pots and utensils we needed. The bathroom is basic but clean and functional with a shower and gas water heater. The gas and water are included in the rent while you pay about ten bucks for electricity. The grounds are lush with trees and lots of wild birds, and includes a swimming pool, showers, toilets, and a laundry that takes tokens. There are one or two derelict cabins visible with external mold and disrepair but didn't really bother us. The staff are really friendly. Overall, a pleasant place to stay.

Good place to stay nightly or weekly cabins caravan sites or long term central to everything five minutes from massive shopping centre. Planty of surrounding shops 10 minutes from My Gravatt markets which are worth visiting good bargains nice produce good food to eat music 40 minutes from the Surfers Paradise / Goldy ya but the caravan park good staff very helpful good ammenties and pool. Also also Rocklea markets maybe 20 minute drive also good drive to mount tambarine shops great scenic views .

As an older woman needing a break away, I Loved my time at Aussie gardens. The staff were very obliging and friendly , my cabin clean comfortable and good value for money. I felt safe at all times and there was a community spirit amongst the residents. I was able to enjoy shopping at Garden city, eating at Sunnybank restaurants, buses into the city and local markets on the weekends. I'm missing my time spent there with good people. Something shady about this place.. They ask for bank statements and a lot of information just to park our van for 2 nights .with myself and wife as we are traveling and even asked for a copy of my council rates for my house that i own. As other comments say on here PLEASE BEWARE . We didn't stay we were worried the place was some sort of scam.

If you are looking for an affordable place to stay, well this is it. The place is very quiet and secure, and the units are good, some with more benefits than the others. The laundry room is 24/7 but you have to buy the tokens at the main office first, but is good, because the staff is very friendly. it has a pool. 20 min to the city by car.

I have been here a couple of times now, let's just say it's my go to when I need time out. The staff are beautiful people who genuinely care about your comfort. Great priced, no rip-offs, will definitely back again soon

I stayed at Aussie gardens caravan park for a month, the staff were very friendly and accommodating and were quick to help if needed. The park itself was quiet and the residents also quiet and friendly. I am happy to recommend Aussie Gardens for either short term or long term accommodation.

Very unprofessional staff, submitted an application for a rental two weeks ago. No phone calls or email to tell me the outcome. I find out that I have been declined without any reasons at all! Very disappointed!

I was going to rent a place so I could commute to university. But after seeing all the negative reviews not a chance!!! I’ll take my money else where thanks! I have travelled all over Australia and NEVER come across a park that asks for this information. Creepy

This park not a nice place 2 stay I lived there for 6mths very over priced very old Facilities some people staying in the park are very Shady the management is not nice. I would never Recommend this park 2 any 1. Just keep driving.

This is a very nice place and really quiet! People are very friendly, kindly and the service is really good. I would definitely recommend it for anyone who are looking for place to stay for holidays or whatever.

I paid $700 over the internet for a site but they refused for myself & 3 children to stay because we were homeless, was told it was a council regulation. NOT HAPPY …

Tired to ring them for three days but just kept getting answer phone then when I did manage to get them to answer phone they had no powered sites for off peak times

Inexpensive. Clean donga. Pool regular service. Owners are doing the caravan park up. Improvements can progressively be expected over the next 2 years

It's looks like a house and everything has provided by the owner and I think it's a best place to live.
