Looks you are very skillful at attacking ppl. Now my IQ seriously! You need to check your EQ first to fulfill a proper customer service. And there is no point arguing with someone unreasonable. All the best! Of course I check the comments I made and expect a proper explanation and check the comments of other ppl. What’s the point of posting them then. It’s common sense isnt it by the way 4.6 is for the store, not for the owner, don’t take credit from other staff. My comment is about the owner. And now you are telling lies saying second time 15 mins I have to tell the full story if you twisted like that! "waste of time" "customers like you" are the owner’s language I complained about and now you mentioned it as my language! How clever! Check your camera history to count the mins you served. First time, 2 mins to take the photo and 5 mins at most to explain to me what do I need to do. Second time I only explained why I was there for about 2 mins to another staff and see if he can do something, the owner stand next to him just started to judge me and turned me away telling his staff “give her refund” and turned to me saying “you are wasting our time, we don’t need customers like you.” Who gave you the right to judge customers like that! And by the way, if the service you provided took too long for you, why did you even provide it at the first place. I paid your service at the first time. Didn’t I? And you didn’t deliver it properly which made me to show up again. So in your language you are wasting my time because you haven’t done your job! The Asian staff kindly told me that I can use external software to edit the photo if I can’t upload my photo because of it not recognized as white background which I did. And that made the photo less than 40k which failed to upload again. That’s why I turned up the second time to seek for help. I even brought my daughter there to do it for her if you can solve the problem. But the owner just acted like I did something wrong and turned me away using those insulting words. If you can’t do it just say you can’t. Why did you mistreat the customer! Just Incase you twist the story again, I didn’t ask for refund at all since I turned up in the store. By the way, if you check your comments and you are not blind, you can tell lots of your customers pointed out that the owner is rude or even extremely rude!

The asain woman who looks to be 60-70years old is extremely rude there. I brought in my passport application, she looked at the photo and made a disgusted face and asked me "where u take this photo", i told her at home. She then said "why u take this photo at home, u edit it too much, ur face is too small, the size it wrong, ur skin has too much colour". I told her, the size of the face should be 32-36mm and she claimed that it shouldn't be??? Then she tells me my photo will get rejected and i told her to submit it anyways, since I don't believe it will be rejected. The indian man came over and said my photo is fine. And she gave an even more disgusted face. Absolutely horrendous attitude, if she doesn't like her job she should just quit. Plenty of other people that need jobs out there. Re: Speaking of sharing my experiences, this woman has been at the post office for at least 7 years. When i was 13 I needed to pickup parcels which were under my name. Even back then she had a disgusting attitude, always gave me an earful. My privacy was also invaded when she questioned what was in the parcels. This is NONE of her business. She has NO AUTHORITY to ask me what is in my parcel. Furthermore when i handed in the parcel pickup slips, 2 days after receiving it, she always scolded me for coming in too late, and that "i had to trouble her to go find it". The slip says to pickup within 7 days. She tried to reject me from picking up my parcels too and told me "ur student ID is not government issued, i can't accept it". But continues to give my parcel to me and then tells me "this is the last time i will allow it". She has said that 10+ times. I redirected my parcels to Epping where there were no issues. I originally thought she just liked to bully kids, wanted to scold them, wanted to show her power over them. But even after 7 years she hasn't changed a single bit. She is in a customer service position and cannot be acting out like this.

Staff at Carlingford LPO was very inpatient and rude when I attempted to submit a form. The staff said to me that "You have already wasted my time. I know this because we do this everyday". This is coming from the Mandarin speaking staff. What an attitude. It is part of their job to explain why and where the customer's mistake is. Maybe it is just their team culture. So bad. According to the response of the owner: 1. Customers need to know everything and don't make any mistakes, otherwise you are wasting staff's time?? 2. A simple apology from the staff regarding the rude attitude is very hard?? 3. The customers are not the priority, because they are very busy. Recommendations for others: 1. Long time waiting and bad attitude are allowed from their staff. 2. You need to be smart and not making mistake, otherwise they treat you like bad kids. 3. Same thing done in another LPO peacefully and smoothly.

Very friendly staff here at Carlingford LPO located inside Carlingford Court. I’ve only been using this LPO as my local for around 2.5 years now. The boss man knows my face and always greets me by name. There has been countless times this man has gone above and beyond in his duties to assist me. Either calling me to inform me of delivery update or even allowing me to pick up a parcel few minutes after closing the doors. Being nice and respectful is free in life, it goes a long way and this man will always return the gestures in kind. The whole team have always been very helpful, they have always gone far above and beyond with their service every time. I highly recommend that you give them a visit for anything you may need at, or from, this very reliable Australia Post Office! The team here will surely make it a very enjoyable visit for you!

Great service and friendly staff. As a new small business owner, I was nervous about working out what I needed to do to send mail regularly and still keep things affordable. The staff are always helpful at this branch and talked me through everything I needed to know, with patience. I have left there today with everything set up and I feel as though I am equipped to confidently send my business mail from now on. TJ is especially helpful and always willing to spend extra time talking customers through their needs. I highly recommend this branch and am thankful for the assistance that they have given me.

A very rude manager doesn't know how to talk to customers at all. Reply to your own story - First , Don’t make false stories. I’m not underpaid for the postage. No wonder I am not the only one who has expressed dissatisfaction with the customer service provided. It appears that there are others who have shared similar concerns. I request that you take this feedback seriously and consider implementing measures to enhance the quality of customer service rather than justifying that you are always correct.

Absolutely the best post office ever. Tejas and his team is absolutely a dream. I had to submit our application and they were really professional and kind. They reviewed our application carefully to make sure everything is correct. I found that customer service of other Australia post branches is worst. I went from Parramatta to Carlingford court specially for this Australia post branch. Best team and they are best at customer service. Thank you so much for your kind service!! This has been my local post office for a while now and I can proudly say they offer excellent and amazing customer service. The staff are compassionate, respectful, nice, friendly and always have a bright smile on their face. They are the literally the best at business. Can’t recommend them enough. They also love to engage in causal conversations which are always the highlight of my day. Would never go to another post office. Will always be a loyal customer!

Extremely rude owner. I have huge amount to be transferred via western Union. Last time he gave me lower rate . I didn’t even think he had any control over the rates and it’s the issue of western Union system . So I went again to transfer and casually raised with him. He got agitated and started screaming. His reaction says so much about his integrity.

Edit: use the 13 number rather than the number on Aus post website and ask to speak to specific store i.e Carlingford post office Can't call them, you get an A.I bott who can't answer questions or deal with anything not on script. Just want to talk to a person.
