All of the people working on the 2nd of April at the Keysborough store should be ashamed of yourself, this is the worst display of an employee and customer service I have witnessed in a very very long time. There was a problem with picking up a parcel and instead of listening to me trying to explain the situation and elaborate, they (one older looking lady in particular who was the one serving me) just talked over and essentially kept cutting me off not caring about what i had to say for a large amount of time, ultimately trying to usher me out of the store. I left the store about two times to gather my thoughts and keep my composure and remembered of some information given to me by the AusPost customer service line that I could inform the employees to try and resolve the issue, but upon entering the shop again they said rudely "what are you doing back" and then "here we go again" while all the other employees rolled their eyes. I dont understand what kind of people, let alone employees you all (on this specific date) think you are to have the audacity of acting this way not only to a customer but to a human being in general. It's disgraceful, it's disgusting, and just downright rude, the way you talked to me was just unacceptable. This store has a 1.9 star rating and it is so obviously shown as to why, through my experience. So many 1 star ratings were given dating back to 4 years ago and it is evident that nothing has changed. I have made a formal complaint and I do hope that someone who can actually do something about it will hold the people accountable for how negatively they act towards so many other people who have also had a bad experience at this store. 4 years is way too long for the same terrible service. I wish i could give 0 stars to this post office because from my experience today, 1 star is giving you way too much underserving credit. To the employees on this date, you really need to understand that the way you acted today was disgusting and you should be ashamed with yourself.

hands down the worst post office to ever exist! i dont know if its because the staff's lives are so miserable that they also make sure that customers have to suffer their misery too but all staff should go through mandatory training on how to actually serve customers. this one is especially for the tall white woman with grey hair that literally never has a smile on her face and greets every single customer with hostility. shes been one of the longest workers there which is the most unfortunate thing as it seems that shes the most miserable out of the bunch!! i actively dread going to this exact post office due to her. seems that every single time i go theres always an issue with her attitude, the other week an elderly lady had told her that she had a rude attitude, rightfully so only to be met with her yelling at the poor lady back. i got served by her a few days ago, also met with unnecessary attitude when what i said, every other post office ive been to understood exactly what i meant, but apparently this woman felt the need to make me feel stupid and correct me (not to be helpful) in a way where her tone was looking down on me. this is the most disgusting lady ive had to encounter on multiple occasions and the fact that shes been working here for so long is even more disappointing. honestly post office, do better.

One of the worst bunch of people I have had to deal with in customer service. They are rude, ignorant and condensending. They belittle people and they speak to people with no respect or kindness. The way they treat non English speaking customers is just appauling. It all comes down to poor management. Sue, is the branch manager, obviously she should set an example but i think she is the culprit as she seem to accept this behaviour from her staff and in fact is guilty of treating people poorly herself. Helen who is a customer service staff, i have seen her speak to non English people like they are dumb. They both need to find a job that doesn't evolve people. People deserve to be treated with respect and kindness and they both show none of that. They are heartless. In fact i am going to call out racism. I think they are racist, the whole lot of them. For such a big and reputable organisation like Australia Post, the bunch of people at this branch, is letting Australia post down and ruining it's reputation. Don't come here. Drive a little further and go where the people are nicer.

Honestly, this australia post branch does not deserve any stars at all, first of all, i sent a parcel to my country, it came back due to an issue. When i resent it, i didn't receive any email of confirmation and the receiver also didnt get any details about the location of the parcel, there is a lady named VICKY who works in parkmore australia, she is the one who resent it and i paid for an express service for it to be delivered to my mom's door in my country but it was sent through a standard shipping service , it took 7 weeks to reach my country, my mom had to pay an enormous amount for customs in my country when i already paid everything here through Australia post. This is very unprofessional from Vicky to do such error, i dont know if she is double checking her way of typing on the computer but this is unacceptable, this is causing me a BIG expense again to repay such amount for customs when it should have been delivered at the person's door.

One star is 1 too many. The older lady mentioned throughout prev reviews as rude and tactless was at it again today. At approx 3.15 she closed her workstation down without any notice to waiting customers of which I counted 26 in the queue stretching out through the shopping centre. She was joined by her equally unhelpful smaller colleague and disappeared for 12 minutes. The only staff member on the floor was conducting overseas photo ID requests leaving a throng of disbelieving customers shaking their heads. This branch is renowned for attitude problems and the ring leader, the older one with her hair in "a bun" has to be held accountable as elderly customers are enduring unnecessary health risks standing for long periods of time. Common Aust Post, listen to what is happening and show some business acumen. This situation and assoc bad service is intolerable and needs escalating.

Very poor service! I went there for a Special Circumstances Police Check, first a lady at the door looked at my papers and said "we don't do this here". I proceeded to the Counter, the lady at the counter kept assuming on information she clearly wasn't sure about but still...kept arguing! - she had a rude attitude. I asked her the same question three times and got 3 different answers every-time. Finally her manager came out and spoke to me, but she didn't know better! Just kept wasting my time. I would not recommend anyone going there. Clearly by reading the amount of bad reviews, Keysborough AUS POST don't care as they operate in Parkmore Shopping Centre, therefore they know they will keep being busy whatever reviews they keep having. So sad how you keep seeing the wrong people in the wrong places - when people with good customer service are striving to find work!!!

Poor customer service! Was asked how I got the personal number for Keysborough post office and I told the lady that I was given it by an Auspost customer service member over the phone. She began to tell me that they wouldn't of given me the number as they can't. Well hate to tell you love but they did. Because your post office decided 9-1 Monday-Friday was the only times available to pick up my parcel when I worked 7-3, 5 days a week. Not to mention saying they will be open Saturday only to find it closed and not able to pick up my parcel. Hate to think how many other people have had trouble getting their parcels or sending things when they only open 9-1, i understand covid but this is ridiculous. What about all the people that work. Pathetic customer service. Up your game.

Very bad customer service and poor photo skills. This is the worse passport I've ever taken which cost me more than $18! Totally not worth it. The lady serving me does not have a smile on her face and obviously don't look like she enjoys what she is doing and just want to get her work done by hurrying me to stand in front of the screen, don't smile and she just click. She sounded impatient and frustrated to begin with. She made me so nervous and anxious. I told her my photos are for employment purpose why can't I smile? My 8 yo daughter then commented my photos looked like I'm crying. I'm so disappointed with the photos. The lady don't even let me check the photos. She just asked me to pay and go. Terrible terrible service. Don't ever take your passport photos here.

have not had the greatest experiences at this post office. attempted to pick up a parcel recently and provided QR code and ID, the lady didnt scan the QR code in the Auspost app and just looked at my ID. she could not find the parcel and was prepared to sent me away without it saying that the date must have lapsed for me to collect it (which it haddnt), after a bit of back and forth she was able to find the parcel which was delivered to a parcel box rather than my home address, and said something snarky about it.. I was just left wondering why she didnt scan the QR code with all the details required to avoid such situations?

I don’t know who i dealt with, but I think her name maybe Tracey. The old lady that has a snobby face and wears blue eye shadow. I went to pick up a parcel and she refused to give it because my id did not match the address. I explained my situation to her and showed her the Sms I received saying my parcel is waiting to be picked up, she did not even bother to look at it. She had a rude attitude from the get to go and was completely unprofessional. Very bad customer service. No wonder the reviews are so bad. Everyone is so rude and it’s been my local post office for years! I will never go back.

It's funny to see that many others have the same things to say like myself. I have never been to a shop where staff are so rude. I try to avoid going here as much as possible, because every visit here has been unpleasant, or I have witness something bad [that is, staff yelling at their customers]. Not sure how these staff members still have their jobs, because it's such a disgrace how poorly they treat the customers. The waiting lines are always long, but I really cannot keep quiet about how bad the staff are. Management, please do something. Wish I could give a minus star rating!

rude, impolite, rigid, didn't want to help to solve the issue even it is their fault, kick the ball to DHL, after I called DHL she said she will refund me the postage, but would not accept receipt on the phone and want me to go home and print the receipt. of cause, if she doesn't want to help there are millions of reasons. Saying with her mouth I AM TRYING TO HELP, but a three years old would know her attitude and racism. by the way, her name is sue, maybe the manager, if she doesn't want to work there...find a different place to work..so that she can stop contaminate customers.

I went to buy two postage paid envelopes when I approached Jenny. I asked her also that I would like to buy some $1 coins for my collection. I asked her to give a different coin as she gave me 2 the same ones. She replied, “it’s like going to McDonalds or Woollies you get what you receive”. Why does Post Office market to collect them when you are given the same ones, and no need to be rude about it. I had no issues asking the same at Southland Post Office and they were so helpful. Drop your attitude! Post office will soon go online with people like you!!

The staff are so rude. I was trying to ask about a tracking number that wasn’t showing up my parcel and the rude lady behind the counter kept saying that they can’t do anything unless the parcel is at their store which is complete bs. Any other store I buy things off they give me a tracking number and I can see when it will arrive. The lady kept interrupting me as I was trying to explain what I wanted to do. They should hire new staff. It’s been like this for so long, they clearly shouldn’t be in customer service then if that’s how they act

I am completely appalled by the lack of customer service and rudeness I witnessed in the Parkmore store! An elderly man came in to pay his utlilities bill and asked the lady serving him for a piece of sticky tape to tape the reciept to the bill. She flat out refused, spoke to him in an extremely loud and aggressive manner so that all queueing up could hear, made a scene and told him she would no longer serve him and to go see one of the other ladies behind the counter for sticky tape. Dusgusting!

Where on earth do they find these delegates. I cringe every time I have to go to this post office, the rudest most unprofessional bottom of the barrel you could ever come across. Here’s the tip, if you don’t like serving people politely get another job, where you don’t deal with people. Australia post read the reviews and fire the lot of them and start afresh. Having a monopoly on the postal services doesn’t give you the right to higher people incapable of providing a courteous service.

A very busy little post office indeed. I have always found the staff friendly and helpful despite being constantly busy. The lines of clients waiting to be served have been long at the busiest of times but the staff seem to always greet everyone pleasantly and patiently. I can not believe how rude some customers get. It’s embarrassing for others also waiting in line behind you. Anyone giving a 1 star review, needs to get a life. Blessings to all the wonderful staff at my Local Post.

Went there to lodge passport applications. We were told first passport photo was bad even though it followed all the guidelines on the poster on the wall. Paid $18.95 rip off for poorly light photo with tons of shadows that aged me by 15 years. Next application did the same. Then left to go to Dingley Village Post Office and they accepted all our remaining 3 photos no problems. It was very terrible service and felt stupid for even getting my passport photo taken there.

I submitted my kids' passport applications yesterday and everything was done quickly and in a friendly manner. "Gayle" the beautiful pink lady served me while giving useful additional information on providing information on filling the forms. Gayle was very friendly and efficient.I also should mention Sherilyn who is also very efficient, kind, nice and friendly.I use the services of this post office regularly. Happy with their service. Keep up the good work.. :)

Poor customer service attitude from the blonde long hair middle aged chubby lady just simplely turned me away with a loud no and asked me to leave without explanation of why can't return a stamp. Zero service skill zero politness ! She did not even mentioned anything about the receipt required. For sake of having no other choice to send letter, I would stay away from Australia Post. Calling for international competitors to enter market !

no brainer shop . they have to train more. I come to collect my parcel and show them my driver license. still look at me like i am criminal.they not allow me to collect my staff just because my driver license has no moved address sticker.but i have show them the email from post office to collect there.the email come with tracking numbers and instruction. they still arguing about everyone can have that email.

Extremely rude middle-age woman with short hair. I came to pickup a folder i had lost at woolworths which they had sent to the post office, this rude woman didn’t even bother looking around and just denied that the folder is not there. I had to go and bring the kind “customer-service manager” of woolworths and only then this rude staff of postoffice gave me my folder. Stay Away from this toxic place

I’m not sure why the rating is so low. These ladies were lovely and helpful. We showed up to apply for the passport without an appointment and they were more than happy to assist us. Everyone seemed happy and the environment was quite upbeat. If you think this place is bad, try go to the Noble Park post office and ask them to get something done for you. They won’t. That place is the worst.

Posties never deliver the parcels and I have to always go and collect them from here. Not sure if the postie is lazy not to knock on the door. Had a collection card left for a parcel which I already picked up and what a waste of time just going to the post office to find out I've use my lunch break to pick up nothing. Lodged a parcel and a letter and was told the letter goes in the mailbox. Every other time they've taken the letter. Also our postie leaves us a calling card, when we are home! Does not attempt to get off the bike and ring the bell for a delivery! A couple of the workers are passive aggressive. Others are nice. Going to the post office is bot a great experience for me.

Terrible service. 3 staff I met on the 19th of May in the morning were terrible. Can’t they even say yes or no to customer even if it isn’t busy time? They just ignore what I say. I was driving an hour to get to post office by 1 min to 5 pm and ask the person to let me in so I can pickup my parcel but they refused, I fell really disappointed by bad customer service, it’s mean they are not care about you at all ;( I hope they can change their attitude and look after theirs customers better in the future!

Long queues are horrible. I do my best to avoid this place. If I need to pick up a parcel from here I’d rather let it return to sender, and then get it sent somewhere else. Multiple times I have queued for over half an hour and still not made it to the front counter.

Just a normal Post office, quite large with 4 or 5 tellers so long lines go reasonably fast but dont go near closing hours because the lines are huge
