UPDATE: Michael, the manager, called me to discuss my experience and see if there was anything they could do to make my experience better (and, he implied, improve my review). He sent me a list of all the parts they replaced before I bought the car, which included: a new clutch kit, new antifreeze flush, 4 iridium spark plugs, tensioner pulley, new alternator, new battery. Michael pointed at that their on-staff mechanics look at all the cars, but that they can sometimes miss things. Moreover, he noted that other dealerships don't check the cars at all, and that they do this as a service to their customers. I believe all that he says, but I was also led to believe this car had been thoroughly checked over. While it sounds like they fixed things they noticed were broken, the fact remains that I left the lot with a car that had an engine that was rigged in a few places, rigging that ultimately required $1,200 to repair. Michael also followed up on the fact that I had not yet received my second key, which was part of our contract. (At this point I had emailed my salesperson about the key twice, and included Michael on the second email). To his credit, Michael had a key guy out that day. Thought it was 3.5 months after I bought the car. INITIAL REVIEW: Bought a car here in November 2021. Andy and Carlos made buying this car very easy. They were both personable and helpful. I'm not a car person, so I was happy that they had a mechanic they trusted who (they said) looked over the car and ensured everything was in working order. Unfortunately, the engine had been rigged using improper methods and materials (more details below). Either their mechanics rigged up the engine themselves, or they failed to notice the many problems with the car. When I requested that AutoBlvd cover some (or all) of these costs, they offered to have me buy the parts and have their mechanics fix it. I noted that this should have been fixed before I bought the car, and that I was having another mechanic fix the issues, given that their mechanics had likely created the problem themselves or decided specifically to ignore these issues. They then replied there was nothing they could do (i.e nothing they were willing to do). Moral of the story, get someone to check the car thoroughly before you buy it. If you do buy a car from them, get the extended warranty. You're probably going to need it. Details on issues: After 4 months of use, I took the car to the mechanic for a check engine light. The mechanic discovered the engine had been rigged up in a few places. According to him (and I'm relying no his notes here, again, not a car guy), they used incorrect PVC pipe and hoses, including using a rubber hose in a spot that transfers heated engine oil, the result was the hose melting from the inside out because it. Further, they had rigged the purge valve to remain open constantly, causing the car to run lean 100% of the time, and adding extra wear on the engine.

Purchased a truck a month ago from these people. All the suspension was bad, exhaust system was bad and transmission went out after a month! They are the definition of the bad stigma “used car salesman.” I’ll NEVER buy from them again!!!! Only reason I gave 1 star is because 0 isn’t available! This is in response to their reply, the truck had a new track bar with sway bar links. It’s hard to claim the truck had all new suspension when I spent 1500 dollars on ball joints alone! The truck swayed all over the road which is why I went on the extensive test drive. I decided to take a chance because it seemed like a minor issue and after about 8,000 dollars I still don’t have that sway corrected! On top of that I went to the transmission shop and they told me there is a way to clear all transmission codes so that the truck appears to drive normal! This truck was throwing transmission codes at the time of purchase but I couldn’t tell until after it was too late! Same thing with the exhaust; you said it passed state inspection? That’s comical because the truck STILL doesn’t even have an inspection sticker and I can’t get it inspected in my state because you still haven’t sent me the title!! Now I have to spend 5,000 dollars to fix the transmission plus more money to fix the exhaust leak! I purchased this truck a month ago, certainly everything didn’t just break! Unlike this company, I refuse to just sell the truck to someone else like that, my conscious wouldn’t allow it! 8/1/23 update- I still haven’t received my title and the transmission has to be completely rebuilt. The repair shop literally called me and said “man I don’t even know how the transmission is still attached the the frame because EVERY BOLT that connects the transmission to the truck was wrong and too short! Which means SOMEONE knew the transmission was shot and needed to be replaced! He had to order all new bolts from the Ram dealership.

I just bought a 2013 Ford F150 Limited. Beautiful truck and my salesman, Ismael guaranteed me everything (all the bells and whistles) worked as it should, but the truck had 8 year old tires on it. I asked Ismael if he was willing to go down on the high-end price to allow for new tires. Ismael and Carlos (finance guy) said they could knock off $200. No negotiating from that point, so I left. A couple of days later, I contact Ismael with another offer of $900 off the high- end asking price, which is less than half what a set of tires will cost me to replace. Ismael and Carlos counter offered $700 off, and at that point I decided to take the offer. Ismael said he’d have the truck ready and a full tank of gas. When I arrived, we did the paperwork, which was quick and easy, but when I left, the promised full tank was at 3/4 full. Brushing it off, I was excited to be driving a full loaded Limited. A few days later, I finally had time to go through all the bells and whistles but found that the sun/moon roof did not work and was now stuck 1/2” open and would not close. I also found the latch on the bed cover was broken. My main concern was the 1/2” gap now open on the roof of the cab, especially with rain finally in the forecast. I contacted my salesman, Ismael, with no response. I called Carlos and he said Ismael had let him know of my concern, but he’d have to talk to the owner who was due in that evening, and would call me back. No word back. No nothing. They guaranteed everything worked as it should and they knew it didn’t. To repair/replace the sun/moon roof has been quoted to me by two different Ford dealerships as anywhere from $2500-$3500 dollars. I am now stuck with an over-priced vehicle that obviously must be kept undercover and not driven until I can get it fixed. I would not recommend AutoBlvd ever.

Buying a car from Auto Blvd was by far the worst experience I have had with purchasing a car! Of course the dealing and negotiation was pleasant (because I have good credit) so sealing the deal was easy. What happened AFTER was a nightmare! They say all cars have a 90 day warranty or 3k miles! But that's where they drop the ball. I purchased a 2008 BMW 550i and since I left the dealership the car had problems. We all know BMW's are pricy to maintain. But this car has been leaking oil and has a lot of warning lights! Traction control has not come off. I've taken the car back to them 4 TIMES and the issues have not been taken care of. They promised me they would fix the issues but the last time I took the car all they could tell me was that "we've already spend too much money on it." So much for warranty. The first 2 times I took the car all they did was reset the computer so the warning lights would come off. But guess what, they came back on. THAT doesn't end there, I asked got speak with the manager and all HE could tell me was to talk to Mike. Just flat out ignored me. THAT right there was when I knew nothing was going to get solved. The sad part about this is that I'm stuck with a car that I'm going to have to spend money on. Next time I'll just take my good credit and buy from a well known dealership. I honestly don't know how they have such great 4.5 star rating. But to be honest I do not recommend buying from this dealership. I have a nice looking BMW... But looks good but performs bad. Broken promises will soon catch up. And to add icing on the cake. I took my brother to look at truck's and they couldn't even get back to him on a deal. He went down the highway on i35 and got himself a newer truck with less down! That just shows how bad customer service was. Buy somewhere else!

We saw that they were listed under the preferred dealers with USAA and saw nothing but stellar reviews. We purchased our van on May 15 and have yet to receive our plates. We leave for tour this Friday and the temporary tag expires midway through our tour, so when we inquired about the plates the individual we spoke to was rude and unhelpful. We are thankful to Micheal (hence the three stars instead of one or two) for getting our plates to us as fast as he could once we brought it to his attention. Their three month warranty sounds great and no other dealer in San Antonio offers it, so naturally, we were happy about it. Unfortunately, when we brought the van in about issues that were supposed to be covered under the warranty they were not fixed. The battery was also replaced with a used battery that was already low and they used an over sized bolt with too many washers for the positive terminal, and when we told them the tie rod boots needed to be replaced because they were torn, they simply told us that was from them over lubricating the tie rods. They offered to fix the problems covered under the warranty, so long as we purchase the parts (which is wrong because parts are covered as well). We already purchased a new battery with the correct size bolt and will be replacing the tie rod boots once we return from tour. All in all, our experience wasn't too terrible. Obviously, you get what you get in a used car, however, the 3-month warranty only covers so much, but again, they're the only ones (that we know of) that offer this in San Antonio. Just like with any other used-car dealership, just go in with a bit of skepticism and it helps to bring along a mechanic friend and/or family member.

This is definitely the dealer FOR the people! I want to give Chris and Jimmy a huge shout out, these guys genuinely care about every person that visits their business. A year ago my BMW 5 series was totaled the same day I went to go see another BMW they had, by the time the insurance cut me my check they had sold the BMW i was interested in. Chris and Jimmy promised me a car before the end of the week and on Saturday I got a call that they wanted to me to see something...Chris had definitely listened to what I wanted and what I needed! He sent me texts of a beautiful 135i and that same day I took delivery, by the time I drove there from Austin, paperwork was ready and car was dolled up! Full tank of gas! A year later (FEB 2018) my wife's Denali was on its last leg, tried to shop local in Austin, but nothing in Austin came close to price, quality and value! Should've called Chris first, when i did call him, again he genuinely cared about what we wanted and long story short, we now own our 7th BMW thanks to Chris and Jimmy! I just want to say thank you Chris! Thank you for caring for what we needed, for taking the time to work out the details to close the deal and for being so understanding to the needs of our family! God bless you brother! I pray you and Jimmy are business for a long time and can help many other families like you have mine! We'll talk in a year about that "M" ;)

Most car dealers are a bit sleazy and overbearing. These guys are neither. Now, I'm not your standard car customer - I didn't just go down there wanting a car...I wanted a specific car. I knew the make and model I wanted. I knew the features I wanted. And I knew how much it should run. I'd already test driven another one up the road at a bigger corporate dealership only to find the check engine light on and tire sensor issues. Their car had none of these issues. My sales guy (Tim) was nice and personable. He wasn't pushy and let me kinda run things my way. As a bit of a gear head, and somebody who tends to do all his own repair and modification work, this was refreshing. While I was coaxed into a warranty I wasn't planning on splurging on, the company they set me up with has great online reviews and there's something to be said for the peace of mind you get knowing major repairs aren't gonna be out of your pocket for the first 30K miles. (I got the car six weeks ago and no issues yet!) All their cars also come with a warranty through them for the first thirty days, and even though they're a smaller dealership they have a full service department. It was a night and day difference between them and the major dealership I was at a couple of days prior. They were cool enough that I didn't hesitate - I was taking the car home within an hour of my test drive. Highly recommended!

Visited this location interested in a 2009 Tahoe that was listed. Spoke with a representative and asked him upfront if any underlying issues were known and needed to be addressed for I scheduled an appointment for a mechanic to over look the vehicle. I assured him any obvious work needing attention would be seen by the mechanic, therefore let's be honest and not waste each other's time. He rest assured the vehicle was well took care of and auto Blvd takes pride in their inventory and work done by their shop. Took the vehicle to Midas, 5 minutes into the inspection, main rear seal leak, rotors were worn,a catalytic converter was removed (which is FEDERAL emission law restricted). I paid 89.99 for an inspection that literally Stevie wonder could have preformed. WASTE OF TIME ,ENERGY AND OF COURSE MY EXPENSE. All this could had been avoided if he were honest enough to tell me there are issue that need attention, in which I would had respected more. But instead, auto Blvd hoped those issues wouldn't be found. I understand the name of the game in the auto selling industry, but damn auto Blvd don't make it so easy for those that are willing to take the time and money to assure they're purchasing a "decent" vehicle. May had been one bad apple in the bunch, but that was my experience, AUTO BLVD DO BETTER PLEASE. CONSUMERS DESERVE IT.

I bought a 2014 Ford Edge from them back in October. It had 100,000 miles on it so naturally I ask what problems it has, the salesman John said “oh it doesn’t have any issues. Everything works great.” Well it doesn’t because my check engine light came on like two weeks after I bought it for emissions. The cap-less gas tank doesn’t seal properly. Also the entire front end needs to be rebuilt, the back up camera is UPSIDE DOWN. That was obviously one they tried to hide since it was backed into a space when I test drove it. I haven’t bought a car in a long time so my fault for not checking first, but I would have liked to at least KNOW ABOUT THE ISSUES IT HAS. I love the car because of the make/model, but the salesman I had neglected to inform me of the issues they obviously knew it had. I tried calling a couple of weeks after I bought it and had to leave a message letting John know I was not happy and they never returned my call. This place just seems very unprofessional, I have learned my lesson and will throughly check any future vehicles I purchase since I cannot count on the salesman to be honest with me and let me know what work it needs done.

The whole buying experience was stress free and all together awesome. I love the truck i bought from them and from what i saw on the lot it looked like all they had were quality cars. I can honestly say that Auto Blvd went above and beyond to get me the truck. Chris was a great help and i really appreciate the fact that he wasn't a pain trying to sell me a car. I had already been approved for the tuck i wanted and never did Chris ever haggle me or pester me about going in to the dealership to buy the truck. When i finally did show up, everybody was friendly and very helpful. Another thing i can say is that the experience with Auto Blvd goes on even after the purchase of the vehicle...weeks after. I just ran into one of the owners at a convenient store and the service continued. Acosta, thank you. Your gesture tonite is very appreciated. You just proved that i wasn't just a sale to you and that is something that i have never come across as a consumer. Rest assured you will always have my business and any business i can send to you, you can count on it.

After a trying search, I finally found the specific car I was looking for at AutoBlvdLLC. The only issue was it was 5 states away. I called and spoke with Justin and set up an appointment to look at it and was planning on flying to see it. After confirming my flight to San Antonio, I was all set. I flew in Saturday morning and Justin even picked me up at the airport so I wouldn’t have to Uber or rent a car. We arrived at the dealership and saw the car and knew it was the one, I was sold immediately. The car was amazingly clean and in excellent condition. Justin did a walk around with me and I took it for a test drive and was impressed from the get go. I got back and told him to write it up. Carlos the finance manager went over all the paperwork in detail and made sure everything was correct. Both Justin and Carlos gave me that feeling of wanting to deal with them. There was no pressure or ridiculous fees associated with the purchase. I’d definitely buy another car from Auto BlvdLLC even if it meant flying in to get it.

I had the pleasure of working with John. As someone who works at a high profile clientele dealership, I must say I did not have high expectations when going to this dealership. John is who turned that around. Although not the most professional due to the laid back environment (still very professional though, maybe it’s the dress code...) John is a straight shooter. I brought a world class technician and a multi thousand dollar scanner to inspect the vehicle I was there to see, and not only did he appreciate my level of care in inspecting the vehicle, but he complimented the initiative I took in overlooking the vehicle. Although we did not come to terms on a price for the vehicle and I did not end up purchasing, mainly for my stubbornness, he was extremely professional in dealing with me and never forced a sale at all. If you come to Auto Blvd, I would recommend him highly, and this is based purely off of my first experience. Good luck to you John and thanks again if you read this.

We had an EXCEPTIONAL buying experience at Auto BLVD! So much to say, I'll hit the highlights. Family type atmosphere, invited to do everything, not convinced or pushed. Beat my credit union rate by 3 percentage points. Left us with money in the budget for warranty package. Said application process would take 15 minutes and... It did! Found so many cars / SUVs / trucks we could see ourselves in, fantastic selection of the most popular brands of vehicles. A professional group of people. I know they are in the business to make money, I get that. But we really felt like they were going to bat for us to get us where we needed to be. We sold all our cars to save our house cause, yeah pandemic. Still need one more. Couldn't imagine we would have a better experience anywhere else. So. Guys? We thank You all. We got exactly what we both wanted and needed. It was so very much worth the 1 hour drive to get there. We WILL see you in about 6 months. Thanks again!

My auto experience with Pablo and Robert wasn't what I expected and or experienced in my many years of buying a automobile. From the first phone call I could automatically sense it wasn't a waste of time shopping for a vehicle there. I knew exactly the type of vehicle I wanted and my price range. Pablo went out of his way to make sure I left there with the vehicle I wanted for the right price. I'm a retired Army veteran and the many places and auto buying experiences I've had this was down right the best experience. Any and all issues was handled as they were promised and in a timely manner. Right off the bat they made me feel at home and treated my family and I like I we were family. Your word and the way you treat people goes a long way. I can honestly say my family and I was treated with the upmost respect and most important we got the vehicle we want for the price we we're willing to pay! Definitely deserving of a 5 star!!!!!

Military buyer here. We drove down from Washington state for Mothers Day and decided to trade up. Originally I went there to look at a Yukon Denali, but it just wasn't lining up with what we were looking for in a truck. I was about to go to another dealer to look at another shop, but the salesman who was working with me said they had a Suburban in stock as well; I agreed to look at it. The Suburban was in great shape and was exactly what we were looking for. Ricky was patient and professional with me as I looked over everything to make sure everthing was good to go. Carlos, the finance manager, made the transaction and our trade in process smooth as could be. I am very cautious of places I buy my vehicles at, but I wouldnt hesitate to deal with these gentlemen again.

This was my first experience with this dealership and I have to say it was a very pleasant one. Their inventory is unique and their vehicles are clean and late model cars. Richard was extremely helpful. He went beyond his means to help me get the ultimate vehicle. He always kept in contact and helped me get the vehicle within my budget. They are quick, reasonable and have a very friendly environment. Everyone seemed genuinely happy for my purchase. I strongly recommend them and make sure to ask for Richard as he will make sure you are happy with your purchase and car buying experience. Jimmy was also very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and we sealed the contract in less than an hour. I am indeed very pleased with their service and highly recommend them.

Most online description and pictures aren’t always accurate, however in this case they were. John the salesman, was very friendly, honest and helpful. I always have a million questions when buying used car and they're always happy to answer without feeling compromised. I've been to many new car (and used car) dealerships and have NEVER had comparable customer service. They're simply the best. I've recommended these guys to friends and family and they've also called me back to tell me how awesome their buying experience was. Joey (sales agent) approach me as I walked around the car lot introduce himself and was super nice! He was upfront and did not hassle me. He worked with what I had to put down on the car (which wasn’t very much being a single-mother). That night I was able to walk out with a nice used affordable first car (low monthly payment) for my daughter with a warranty! Mike (dealership owner) was equally as nice and easy to talk with! He even personally inspected the car before we left the lot and filled up the tank. He informed my daughter to bring the car back for an oil change so she can now be update on future oil changes (reminding her every 3,000 miles). I will definitely recommend this location to my family and friends.

Buyer beware! I recently purchased a vehicle sight unseen, boy was this the wrong dealership to enter into a buyers agreement with sight unseen. For starters when the vehicle arived it had 1000 miles more than the odometer disclosure said, the overall condition was a lot rougher than was disclosed. I was promised a full multi point inspection, auto detail and full of fuel. Of course none of this was done.. The dipstick was rusted in the tube and hadn't been removed in some time. The oil hadn't been changed, floorboard was filthy and had 1/4 tank of gas. The finance manager would not make it right with me, hence the bad reveiw. Please save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for your next vehicle purchase

For a bit of background, my dad passed in October and my closest family member lives 1,700 miles away from me (only my dad & I lived here in San Antonio). It’s been a struggle since and I had no car. My mom (who again, lives halfway across the country from me) and I found this place and a really nice Chevy Equinox for a good price. So, we looked more into it. When I tell you that the staff, especially Alex, has been nothing but helpful is an understatement. Alex went out of his way to help my mom and I during the entire process, he truly went above and beyond. I am so incredibly thankful for my experience here, as well as my beautiful new-to-me Chevy Equinox. Thank you Alex and everyone at Auto Blvd!

I messaged through their website about a vehicle they had listed and never received a response. I live out of town and asked some basic questions about the vehicle since there was no narrative description aside from pictures and specs. I have had issues with deceptive dealerships in the past and didn’t want to waste my time making the trip only to discover a grossly misrepresented vehicle. After reading negative reviews I see that several people have had problems with vehicles and customer service after the sale and I now know that being ignored has worked in my favor. If I had read the dealership reviews first, I wouldn’t have bothered to initiate contact.

Be weary - this dealership uses fraudulent advertising to sell cars posted on its own website, to include CarGurus etc. bought a Truck with a big difference in the odometer than advertised, and the Sales manager did not even bring up the odometer problem. the Carfax was inaccurate when it was presented to me, and other issues arises when driving the truck out the parking lot. I DO NOT RECOMMEND any military members, military retirees, or active service members purchasing from this dealership.. Y'all been warned.. stay away from this car dealership. Odometer Fraud, false adverting.

Came here looking for a vehicle for my wife and was greeted by Chris. He was polite and very courteous. He was dealing with another customer and still was able get us to someone while not leaving his customer hanging. He directed us to Eli, who did a fantastic job with meeting our needs. He made us feel like people instead of just another sale. He wasn't trying to push is into what he wanted, but actually listened and followed what we wanted. We got everything handled quickly. Just got a car with them today. Organized dealership with clean cars and personable employees. They made it easy and convenient to test drive cars. Pablo let us check out a car they had just gotten in as a trade-in at their mechanics shop, and even have it lifted so we could see underneath the vehicle. Pablo also managed to get me a better APR by recommending a different bank for a car loan. All-in-all it was a very positive experience and I am happy with the car that I bought from them. I would recommend this place to a friend, and I would also return to this dealership for our next car :)

Came in and picked up an '08 Corvette. Kevin Cruz helped me with purchasing the car. He got me in to test drive and within a few minutes I was signing the papers. They are a good team as far as helping you get into a car you want. Kevin and Carlos, the finance manager, were great and very fast working with me with my time constraints. I appreciated all they did and would highly recommend them for anyone that's looking into getting into a vehicle. Selection is fantastic and service superb. Thanks guys. Justin and Carlos are amazing people to work, definitely made my car buying experience smooth. As soon as I came in Justin took me to the car I was after, and then Carlos explained everything in detail. I probably asked every question possible about warranty, down payment, loan, and beyond. This place is amazing. I work pretty late hours and they still gave me the time to not only inspect the car but, to also test drive it. They are so kind and amazing it's unbelievable! I recommend them to anyone and I also recommend them to my fellow co-workers! Alex was such an amazing dealer! They also go through with every detail about not only the paper work but, the car itself as well. I would like to let all individuals know that Auto Blvd has changed my past and future experiences knowing that Michael the owner is a person with dignity and honesty. He as a owner reversed a transaction due to my misunderstanding and allowed me to see that he was not a person out for money but for his clientele. Drove off the lot with my dream SUV!!! Kevin was amazing! He took his time and showed my husband and I everything he thought we would like and then some. He was never pushy & he answered every question I had. I was honest about my credit (which isn’t the greatest) and the amount I had to put down. So if you’re nervous about buying a car call or go by and ask for Kevin!! He’s hilarious I almost forgot we were buying a car. I live in Dallas and worked a deal with them over the phone. When I showed up everything changed. After they lowballed me $3000 on my trade, I still agreed to do the deal. Gave me the complete dealer run around. Will not even return my calls or texts. I noticed mainly people with bad credit went there. I’ve never bought from one of these crooked small tot the note dealers for the same reason. They had a really nice car I liked so I made an exception. I learned my lesson. Never again. Be careful with these guys.

When we went in to look at a certain truck we found on their website, when we got there they let us look at the truck and didn’t come swarm us. (Which we loved) When we went into the office Justin helped us out. It was a wonderful experience. They even had the truck washed while we were doing all the paperwork. The owner is amazing as well. We don’t know how the experience is with them for loans or trade ins as we were paying cash for the vehicle. We will definitely come back here to purchase another vehicle.

John proposed a video tour of the truck and then BOOM I approved and we got deal done within a few hours. I have been looking for a car and could not for the life of me find one that spoke my name. Eventually with given time I did find a vehicle not only for what I was looking for, but a prime example of what I was looking for. The staff was very kind and polite. I was in and out of there; very quick with their customers and it doesn’t feel like any “Joe-Shmo” dealership. Very honest and had the CarFaxx the next day when I arrived :). Overall 10/10.

This dealership really deserves the rating I'm giving. There was a small issue with the vehicle I purchased and when I called they did not hesitate to make it right. Even had a face to with their mechanic. This dealership really exceeded my expectations and then some. Big shout out to my salesman Joey for his professionalism throughout the process. 2 stars just because the Salesman Pablo was cool. Low-balled my trade in by $6k. I had documentation of trade in offers. Won't match other dealership trade offers. Won't negotiate. If vehicle doesn't have key FOBs, they wont provide 1. Vehicle I test drove had a flat tire when I arrived. Their entire lot is completely full because they can't make deals. That's a good sign of not making new customers.

Purchased a vehicle from Auto Blvd. They made the entire process easy and quick. Joel was our salesmen, but he didn’t feel like your average salesmen. He was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles and didn’t pressure us to a particular vehicle, he gave us options that fix our needs and price range. I will definitely be going back for a vehicle for my daughter when she’s ready and for myself.

These guys are great. The sales people offer no pressure. The loan process! OMG! 30 minutes I swear! Ask for John. He's great. I took a test drive on Thursday and bought the car. Since I wasn't trading in one they offered to drop it off for me. Who does that? Auto Blvd that's who. What have you got to lose? A great deal on a car, that's what. Just go check them out. You'll be glad you did.

These guys are the epitome of the shady used sar salesman. I would highly recommend to anyone looking at this review to avoid this place. The vehicles they sell here are junk. If you want to end up with a car that will have more problems than it is worth to fix, then please come buy here! As a side note, John the "salesman" and the bloated toad of a manager are some really awful people.

Alex was the salesperson that helped me with the car purchase. Very kind, courteous, and helpful. Worked with me to make sure the sale went through without any problems and made sure I was able to leave with the car that same day, which was nice, considering I’m coming from out of town. I had been looking for a certain truck, price, and mileage. Benito and the finance guy did a great job. I was a first time car buyer, they educated me well on buying and I was signing papers within 4 hours. I got a newer truck, lower price, lower miles, and my interest rate was very low as a first time buyer. I'd recommend them if your in the market in San Antonio for a vehicle.

I bought my truck from them in August. Pablo was awesome did not pressure me at all. They gave me my options and did not ry and persuade me one way or the other they let me make the decision that best suited my situation. The entire office felt relaxed and they were definitely different from all the other dealerships i went to. When i need another truck ill definetly come back.

My experience with this dealership and my seller, Eli was very pleasant. The truck I bought was reliable and well inspected and as a mechanic it also passed my personal inspection. They offered a free warranty with my purchase and are standing by it all the way through. I would recommend this dealership for any future vehicle purchases.

Horrible experience from these snakes. Buying a truck from Auto-Blvd was the biggest mistake I’ve ever made. The list of issues with the truck include roof leaking, transmission out, A/C out, front end suspension & steering replacement. Their response is that the truck has too much bad equity to take as a trade. LOL … it’s their truck!

I live over 6 hours away and needed a car for my son. He liked the one we found here and thankfully they were great to work with.
