Price of our vehicle was okay, customer service was okay at best, upon leaving dealership we ordered new wheels for the tires that were sold to us on the truck. After they arrived (at this point we have had it for about 2 weeks) we took it to a tire shop. The tire shop told us that one of the tires that were sold on the truck was improperly patched on the sidewalk. (Super simple google search, it is NOT SAFE) called X Nation and asked to speak to management. They told us that the inspector doesn’t check the tire except for the treads… and only would be able to help us out if we waited for them to send us a new (cheaper) tire. We told them we paid almost $500 already for an identical tire to the one we already had on the truck. They essentially told us the only thing they’d do would be to replace with “a much cheaper off-road tire” or they’d have “nothing to do with the other shop” and the man literally laughed when I said they told us we wouldn’t be able to take the truck if they couldn’t replace it due to their own requirements for safety. When I told the man on the phone this, he had nothing to offer and not the most friendly. Told him this was purchased from them and told them it was a work truck, ie how we make a living- wasn’t phased a bit. Unfortunately, our experience with this company after the shop has solidified that I nor my family will not be back to this establishment. How were we to know to look at all these little details when THEY are the car experts?? They sold us a vehicle that had unsafe repairs and the man on the phone literally said “if something were going to happen it would’ve already happened by now since you’ve had it a few days now” I really don’t have kind things to say about their professionalism or empathy towards the fact that we are human beings and not just another sale to make money from. Buyer beware…

It started as a bad experience, first the car I recently purchased was being serviced for some minor issues and then once I took it home it didn’t even go one week before I had a mayor issue with the transmission and XNation has had it for more than a week. They very clearly advised me that once the cars has been inspected and place in the front of the lot they are good to be sold and mine definitely didn’t feel it was. Then Xavier one of the managers was informed of the situation and took matters into his own hands to ensure me and my wife and kids were taken care. He offered to borrow a loaner vehicle just as nice as our car while our car was being serviced. Had our warranty for the issues extended longer for our troubles and even helped on the compensation for the days lost without our vehicle! Xavier and the XNation team are exceptional and I definitely recommend them for your vehicles needs!! Great service great selection and great prices!! Thank you Xavier and XNation team we will definitely be back for another vehicle for our son once she graduates for college !!!

Is there a way to put no stars.. went with my husband because he was trying to help a friend get a car , they lied about how the process was goin to work . They said it was a co-sign and ran everything under my husbands name. They ran his credit with like 5 or 6 lenders. They said his name would only be on the contract for 6 months and that was a lie. It was only under my husbands name not his friends. One of the lenders called us and told us that it didn’t work that way, the loan would only be under my husbands name for the entirety of the loan … all I can say is that we were lucky not to do business with them. The friend had already given a down payment cash, and when they were trying to get it back they took the receipt and then told them they didn’t have the cash to go back another day but didn’t want to return the receipt. My husband told his friend don’t move from there without a receipt or the money if not to call the cops. They finally gave him a receipt and ask him to return the following day for a check.

EDIT: I just wanted to add a response to their response, LISTEN TO YOURSELVES: he was unable to verify information provided then WHY WOULD YOU LET HIM LEAVE WITH THE CAR AND HAVE IT FOR 5 WEEKS?! Their response should tell you everything you need to know about this place. PLEASE READ: This place is a scam!! They will pull a bait and switch! Let you leave the lot with a car you don’t really have, then make up all these lies as to why your paperwork will not go through and call you randomly to tell you to return the vehicle and KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT!! They make up lies for fees and mileage, etc, but never provide itemized statements. SAVE YOURSELF FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS!!!!!! Trust me they are the worst place I have ever dealt with. If you want to be treated with disrespect and sarcasm deal with Mike and Victoria. They are absolutely disgusting, vile people who I pray KARMA reaches!

They were rude. They lied to my mom and had her car. She only had it for 2 weeks, and they left her without a car to fix major issues, and at that, they kept giving her the run around when it was going to be ready. The manager with glasses he was very rude and does not know about customer service. She just got her car back yesterday, June 2nd. They got great inventory but they need to inspect the cars better because it can be a liability and God forbid my mom would have got in a car accident and we would be left with out our mother. They need to treat their customers like family. We have a lot of family to refer to them, but they need to get more experience in customer service and be more efficient in communicating with their customers. Like I said, they got great inventory

After a month of trying to get into a vehicle at Bluebonnet dealership turning every paper work they asked us and giving us the run around. At the end they turned us down and we had gave up hope. However, one day we went to SA and decided to stop at X Nation and take 1 last shot at it. Ol boy SERGIO helped us from the moment he introduced himself... he was eager to help and went out of his way for us, his Customer service was % and always down to earth "MACHIN" . I belive and know that all the vatos from X nation gonna get you in a vehicle of your liking. In other words, No andan con chingaderas thank you so much for helping me and my man out. 1st visit we picked our vehicle, 2nd visit we came home with it... easy pizzy!!! Gracias gracias!!! Giving this review as I went to go in and work with Sergio and his team there actually made a friend that was from Phoenix and was a fan of the Suns overall a good environment, they tried and tried but unfortunately I wasn’t able to get a car but the help and dedication of Sergio and Mike is greatly appreciated. Thanks for everything didn’t feel rushed or bombarded like other dealerships. But I need to work on my credit so that was on me. Otherwise it’s a great lil dealership right off of Bandera Rd. Hopefully when I have better credit, I will return and maybe something will fall in line for me. Recommend to check them out.

I honestly feel like I was screwed over personally. When they first initially sold me the car they didn’t check the battery which didn’t even have a car battery but a motorcycle battery! Not only that when they took the car in to get it replaced it took over a week for me to have the car back from repair. Even after having the vehicle for a few months now it’s just repair after repair after repair with this vehicle and it’s honestly costing more to fix the car than to keep the car! Not only that all 4 tires were so worn out we were lucky to not have had a blow out in the middle of the highway with one of them!

Can’t say enough good things about this place! April was amazing and worked so incredibly hard to get us in the vehicle WE wanted which has been rare in our search. She communicated with us through the entire process. In all honesty I’ve never dealt with a better salesperson, even with the big dealerships! They stand behind their vehicles with a warranty which gave us the peace of mind we needed. If you’re in the market April is the person to see!!

This place has all kinds of red flags. Go to their website . 5 pictures total out of 112 vehicles !! All the others units are blank no pics. Not one interior pic, with absolutely no pricing on any vehicle. Those are huge red flags. Now go to Yelp and see reviews. On google they can easily flood reviews w friends and family.
