Purchased a vehicle from Auto Credit on July 2019, and have yet to receive title. I purchased a 2011 Lincoln MKX from these guys in July of 2019. Matt approved me online, called me I came in and test drove and picked out a car. When signing paperwork I was given a "30 day registration & tag." I was told my PERMANENT tag & registration would take roughly a month "due to covid." I had to take the car through MARTA to obtain the papers to get my TAG. The first tag expired, I called for another one, the second tag expired, I went back got another one. My third one expired. Between my second and third tag I had to go through MARTA again but they said that they could "credit" my account for the mishaps. So I said ok still not knowing anything going on at this point. Finally, I got tired of it and took a tag that I had on a previous vehicle to them with the registration to just go ahead and transfer tags, at this point I have had the car for FIVE months and still have NO TAGS OR REGISTRATION! They informed me that if I brought my registration for the old tag we could just transfer. When I got to Auto Credit to "transfer" my tag. I found out by "the OWNER" that they have not received my TITLE yet from the auction. I proceeded to ask if that was illegal and he said, "no it's not, how could that be?" Well in every state in the U.S it is against the law for a dealership to SELL a vehicle without a title. They can advertise that they have it but they CANNOT BY LAW SELL THE VEHICLE WITHOUT INFORMING THE BUYER OF "NO TITLE." They said that they have the title but it's still at the auction? So they "transferred" my tag to my car, messing up the license plate number on the original registration (that I have a copy of) they handed me that and I had to have them "fix" the plate number so I could have a "valid registration." I asked if I could put this straight on my vehicle and the owner said yes. I went straight to the Sumner County Title Clerk and they checked the registration and tag and they are both currently showing "INVALID" and have been since the day I received the tag (I went the same day.) I understand that I have been behind on payments but I have stayed in contact with them and made payable arrangements prior to pay date. Always stay in contact, always ask about my tags. This is still no excuse to why I have no title, tags, Registration. My fiancé called today to pay our past due for $119 and they said when will you have the remaining due which is only $225, she responded when will you have my title? We have gone at least a half a year without title, tags, Registration. I left the best review about this place and highly regret it because they do not stay in contact only to threaten that they are going to "pull the plug." I ask them questions on the text messages and get no responses. I called the police and a lawyer and they said this is a form of title fraud. I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere being that I only found out about my title because the owner slipped up that day. I am aware that in the contract I sign over my right to the "lien holder" to take care of the legalities of the vehicle and the title is in that category. I didn't sign a contract that agreed on no title. I have kept every text message and have all my bank receipts I will be contacting a lawyer and calling the police in the morning and filing a police report for title fraud/embezzlement. If we can work out an agreement before legal actions are taken that would be great. I had high hopes with this dealership, the owner said I'm not the only one in this position right now, meaning it sounds like they are selling vehicles right out of the auction without titles and hoping customers don't catch on. I have been in close contact with every legal department I have had to be the last month taking care of this and getting all of my documents together. I cannot share pictures due to private information. EVERYONE GETS APPROVED EASY....THERE IS ALWAYS A CATCH..BE CAREFUL

I do not recommend doing business with this company.... and I never asked you to hold it.. I took it that day to have it inspected i spent money to have that done and put gas in it. and when I came back I told her what they found and told her I wanted it... But please have your guys look at it and see what they seen ....it had 2 ball joint that was lose they was not bad and the navigation on the radio was not working i never said anything about them fixing it i just wanted to see what thay found and I would come back after work to sign the paper work.. it was all done.. Again when I came back I told her I wanted it and would come back to sign the papers once your guys looked at it.. and no one ever said anything about a deposit which would have gladly gave you one.. But you chose to do business that way. That on you not me.. I did what was asked of me the financing was done all I had to do was sign the paperwork. But no she texted me back when I got back to work and said her guys didn't see anything and the radio worked fine... oh and by the way someone else is driving it.. and I asked why someone else was driving it when I told you that I wanted it.. I have this all in messages to. So don't think I'm just talking out my rear-end..

Just bought a car from here. My spouse and I are currently paying on a GMC SIERRA. We have had issues since day 1 with our truck. We asked if they report to credit bureaus they are not. We are being charged for insurance on our truck through them even though we have sent proof that we have full coverage insurance through state farm. We have never been late on a single payment and have asked company to work with us on repairs which they will not do. They do not honor any kind of warranty on vehicles they say they have and we have put 2000 in repairs on a truck that is a 2004 that has "no issues" if you ask this company. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE!

Messaging back and forth on Facebook on a truck we was highly interested in. Drove an hour and 15 mins away. As we pull in someone has got it. I get it's a dealership but to do paperwork and all that would have been done as I was driving. The owner could have at least message me saying sorry someone buying it but no. Instead I get nothing I could do. Not true. You can hold a vehicle when I was pretty much spoken for. I have had this done to me about 7 times this week. I'm tired of being screwed over. Enough give people a chance that say they are coming over an hour to look and decide.

Matt was great I cant complaint about him. I got 36 days behind due to covid and a surgery. They came and got the vehicle. We tried to get it back had money ready Dylan said it shouldn't be a problem. After talking to Jennifer. He came back and said no she didn't want to deal with it. Also said that we didn't have insurance on it. We have proof it was insured the whole time. Said that we didn't do an oil change. Got proof of that as well. Then wanted me to answer to why I put so much mileage on a truck I was trying to buy. Honestly I would consider very carefully before buying here.

My wife’s engine blew up within three months we took it to the shop to auto credit group to get serviced and he heard the knocking and he told us to pull it off the lot he told us that we put 15 17, 20,000 miles on it at first and then we added up. It was only 15,000 miles we serviced at Wrigley oil changes everything in the engine was knocking them, blew up and caught on fire so I would not recommend anyone going to this place because they still wanna finances a new car. They’re trying to make us pay for a whole new engine that is not right these people are not right.

I would give this negative stars if I could. They had a suv posted on Facebook, so my family and I contacted them, and they said it was available. We stated we was driving from Birmingham, Alabama which is 3hrs away. After driving more than halfway there, a lady that was under educated called us, and said she needed a deposit. When we spoke to the owner yesterday, and said we had all cash, and told the lady we was already halfway there. She said she was about to sell the vehicle. Do not only did we waste our time, but Money! I do not recommend!!!!!!

I was determined to obtain a Lexus all day no matter what! Of course with reasonable pricing, great vehicle, a purchase to be proud of since it is going to be my daily, and most importantly a great dealer since it’s a bit of a commitment. After dealer to dealer hunting I got referred to Dillon which introduced me to MATT the Finance Manager! He’s customer services was great, say what he means;means what he said, welcoming& very knowledgeable at what he does! Today I walked out with the car I wanted, thanks to Matt at Auto Credit Group.

Purchased a truck from them and it continued to break down. The owner said he was going to repair the truck but every time I tried to make an appointment they had a new excuse why could not do it. Take your hard earned money somewhere else and buy from a quality dealership where they respect you. And to the owner.... the truck needed repaired 7 days after I purchased the vehicle so there was no payment needed to be paid and you continued to lie over and over again about the repair. Again take your money where it is earned.

the boss of this place told me that if I do not delete the comment with what I said that they do not want to fix the 2012 Ford truck, they will not fix it until I change the negative comment very badly the truth very bad service I have a car that e removed from there and I've taken it twice and they do not fix it they only make excuses besides the staff very bad they see it with indifference they are racist the truth very bad I do not recommend it. they misbehave people

I purchased a vehicle and Matt was my salesman. He was a pleasure to work with and extremely knowledgeable. I’ve purchased vehicles from large dealerships where the salesperson doesn’t really know what they are doing and the sales manager is really the one calling the shots and then you deal with the finance manager etc. Matt was genuine and handled every aspect of the purchase. I bought a 2008 Lexus last year and have had no issues with the car. The car is great and it has run well. We are almost done with our loan. My friend bought a car here. Service was ok. However ever since she got the car it has needed repairs. It constantly is broken down. She has put more money in repairs then she has the actual car payment. Based on the experience she had I would be scared to buy a car there.
