If I was able to provide a 0 star rating, I would still be giving to much credit. 1) Previous oil change - tires were not rotated but marked as rotated Fuel Filter light was reset but the fuel filter was not changed and was not notified of it being reset 2) 12/30/2023 Appointment scheduled a) Oil Change requested: b) Fuel Filter Change requested: (as indicated was done in previous appointment) c) Parking Sensor Update - Purchased truck new 2022. Sensor was on backorder d) Turn Signal not turning off after turning wheel (diagnose and fix) e) Auto headlights not turning on/off appropriately (diagnose and fix) When I arrived at 7:20 AM, I requested the service guy to tell me what I was at the appointment for. He read the notes of the appointment and confirmed the above 5 service needs Updates a) Completed - Under oil contract b) Not Completed - Having GMC of Columbia complete on 1/2/2023 - Would rather give 250 to a dealership that is professional and stands on their word and commitment to customer service c) I was told (after 8 months of requesting updates) that the sensor was not available and that they would have to order it. (This is the 3rd time in the past 8 months I was told this same story) - Appointment on 1/2/2023 with GMC of Columbia to have the sensor installed as they have 4 in stock d) Appointment scheduled for 1/2/2023 with GMC of Columbia to have diagnosed and resolved e) Appointment scheduled for 1/2/2023 with GMC of Columbia to have diagnosed and resolved Issues: The service manager who greeted me: a) Confirmed himself the appointment requirements from reading from appointment notes b) Immediately said that the headlight and turn signal issue would have to be handled "sometime next week" that he does not have a staff member that could diagnose. (I live 1 hour away from this dealership) c) Was given the same excuse that the sensor was not available and that perhaps it did come in and the dealership sent it back as not needed and that he would place another request for it to be ordered however he does not know when it could be received. A simple call to another dealership proved this to be incorrect and deceitful. d) Even though I mentioned the lack of tire rotation from the previous appointment, the service department failed to not rotate again. The reason I know this was not completed is that the front passenger tire has a side wall gash and even went over this with the dealership. I was called a liar by the staff member and that he could pull the security footage to prove. I accepted his proposal which was quickly was debunked by the staff member who said his manager is off till next week. I worked with another manager who acknowledged this fault and apologized on behalf of dealership and marked the tires and demaned the service departed complete what was supposed to have been done for the past 6 oil changes. My wife and I are devout GMC owners with both of our cars totaliing 175k dollars. I have never come across a dealership that treats its customers this way. I requested a call with the GM however have not heard back and probably will not. Again, sales was excellent but do not waste money on the service department or its extended tire/wheel warranties, oil changes, etc... as it will not be supported or completed.
We purchased a 2021 Tahoe. Very nice vehicle We knew that it had some issues on the back bumper and that was fine. We didn’t realize until the next day that the front grill was broken and that the outside tread of the tires looked good, we discovered the inside tread was worn so bad that the wires of the tires were showing. To be fair we have not discussed this with the dealer because we signed as is. So they are under no obligation to fix. It was a very expensive vehicle. Germaine was very professional and courteous. He was very good to deal with. He made the sale possible. The salesman Andy was very knowledgeable and was very informative on the features of the suv. I will say that they stayed very late ( way past business hours) to assist us. They do their best to assist their customers. We appreciated all their hard work. They know their business. They wii work hard to earn your business. Andy Tucker is an asset to Beaman. He does his best to satisfy his customers. I’ve updated this today. After I had written the above review, my daughter had a blow out and she had 4 kids 6 and under in the car. When I called they said it had went through inspection but there was no way someone could miss the severity of the front tires. To make matters worse her husband went to change the tire and there was no Jack. Unbelievable for a 58k dollar used car. I spoke with Germaine and he offered half on the cost of 4 tires. We didn’t trust the back tires after this. We also discussed about no Jack. And was under the impression that he was sending that too. I’ve contacted him several times on this but no response. I know he’s a busy man but hopefully he will respond soon. I’ve done many car deals in the past and I must say this is the most disappointing one I’ve ever experienced. I tried to be fair about my review. My first experience there was awesome. Update again on 7-26-23. I’ll raise the star rating because Germaine had called stating that he was out of town and asked if I was notified of the Jack being received in the parts dept. I told him yes and they are sending me the Jack. It took a while but glad he delivered on his promise.
GREAT car buying experience. We just purchased a used Ford Explorer, and the experience was top notch! Our salesman was low pressure, but very knowledgeable about the vehicles we looked at. He was able to point out a lot of the features that we overlooked, show us how they functioned, and compare them to other similar vehicles on the lot for comparison. He wasn't pushy and didn't try to stick us in a different vehicle just to get a sale. His managers came by a couple of times to say hello, check on the process, and also were not pushy in an attempt to make a sale. All in all, the whole process was awesome, and I would highly recommend this dealership. If you need a car, truck, or SUV, ask for Marcel! UPDATE: 5 stars for the sales experience. 0 stars for following up after leaving messages, 0 stars for call center's ability to get me to anybody actually at the dealer who can help me out having ANY knowledge about their services or products, 0 stars for making me drive an hour back to the dealership to be told they could not perform the work because the used vehicle I bought was a Ford and even though they told me at purchase that the power train warranty had to be serviced at their dealership ONLY when in fact any dealer that accepts their warranty company can perform the work. I don't know if after they moved locations, they lost their great people, but I wanted to scream by the time I got out of there because the service advisor refused to answer ANY basic questions related to if their warranty covered anything, why I had to come there only to be told they couldn't do the work, why they wouldn't return my calls, and then tried to rush me out of their lane as fast as he could without so much of an apology for the misunderstanding. He practically shut the door on my vehicle as I'm pulling it out of the service lane. The only reason I'm leaving 3 stars is because my sales experience was so polar opposite of my follow up experience that it is only fair to give them credit where credit is due. If you purchase, beware the after the sale experience.
I recently purchased a 2022 GMC 2500 Denali with very low mileage. My salesman conducted himself very professionally and the staff was very friendly. The purchase of the vehicle was hands down the best experience I had with this dealership. After purchase is where all of my problems occurred. Once I purchased the vehicle, the salesman notice it only had 1 key. I understand that on certain vehicles you get them “as is”. However, this is a fairly new truck, low mileage and all factory warranties. The dealership has said nothing about ensuring that I had a second key. After driving the vehicle for a little less than a week, I noticed that the fuel filter had 1% and the air filter had 25% left before service. I know that a dealership must conduct an inspection before they are allowed to sell it. I called my salesman and notified him of this. After a week there was still no response. I drove to the dealership, which is a 45-minute drive and spoke with him in person. The salesman said that he would get back with me on Tuesday. I waited another week and still no response. I called my salesman and he said that there is no record in the system of the truck being inspected. Since the dealership has changed over to a new system, they have been having problems. I called and tried to speak with the General Manager on this problem and the fact of not receiving a response in return. I left a message and I still have not heard from him; it has been over 2 weeks. I use to work in the car industry and understand how things work when selling vehicles. All I wanted was a simple answer on if those two items were replaced so I could reset my system or if they have not been serviced then go and have the dealership service them. They could not provide that. They have not made an effort to redo the inspection. No one reaches back to the customer, not even the manager. The customer has to reach out to the dealership, even when they say they will call you back.
I've been to this location a few times and each time it's always something. The first incident was my last oil change/tire rotation appointment. They claimed they weren't going to be able to rotate my tires because the wheels were aftermarket and they wouldn't be able to get the lugs off without a spline socket tool. I went out of my way to purchase and provide the spline socket tool and they were able to get the lugs off. They swapped the aftermarket lugs with new ones from the dealership and gave me my aftermarket ones back, that way the next time I came back I could have the tires rotated without hassle. Instead I come back months later because my Sierra was due for another oil change and tire rotation. Even though this was a pre-scheduled service visit scheduled for 10AM, I end up waiting 30 minutes outside the bay with only 1 customer ahead of me. The guy comes out asking if he could help me to which I let him know I had an appointment at 10AM and this was now 10:30. He says there would be a minimum wait of 3.5 hours. Luckily my fiancee had followed me there and we were able to get other stuff done around town while waiting around for that length of time, (mind you, this is still a simple oil change and tire rotation). After about 2-2.5 hours, Mr. Welch calls me up from the Service Department and says that they won't be able to rotate my tires. I couldn't believe it! After all the hassle last time, here I am dealing with the same situation even after they put new lugs on last time at the dealership and were able to rotate the tires. Don't advertise a service that you can't complete or aren't capable of completing. He then claimed he was going to take 20.00 off the bill, which at this point is a regular oil change and ended up charging me 140.00. I will not be returning to this location again.
If i could zero stars i would. They had me write a check out for my down payment & sign a hold check approval form. Once I signed it i repeatedly explained to them that i was waiting on money from settlement with my insurance company &would bring back cash or a cashiers check for my down payment once i recieved the funds. I told them repeatdly that i wanted my personal check back once i brought in the cash or cashiers check in for the down payment .They claimed they understood & assured me they would have the check to give back to me once i brought the down payment in. Fast forward to the day i brought them the certified funds for my down payment . I gave them the money for my down payment & then come to find out they sent my check to ANOTHER location because they claim their accounting department is at this other location(which they never said anything about orginally). I ended up having to go in late to work to stop payment on the check just in case they decided to cash it. Then went to the dealership where their accounting department is & had to force them to give me my check back ! They claimed that the lady that had access to the safe wasnt there ! I called several days later & spoke to the used sales manager at Beaman GMC & he was very rude & careless. I explained to him that there was no reason why my check was sent to another location as i didnt buy the car from that location. He didn"t even care & said" i dont understand why we would have to explain that to you!" after they promised my check wouldnt leave Beaman GMC! It is beyond me why they would have sent a check that was made out to Beaman GMC to Beaman Toyota to cash ! Doesnt make sense at all! Whatever you do save yourself the time, money ,energy & heacdache & buy elsewhere!! They are not worth trust me!
Absolute joke of a dealership, stay away especially if you are military. Went to them to purchase a Yukon Denali, a super expensive vehicle and you’d think the service would match the caliber of vehicle… FAR from it. My “salesperson” Luis ghosted me multiple times, never giving a reason, only to comeback and say that it was because someone else wanted the car (but never reaching out to let me know…). After ghosting me, Luis reached back out to see if he could find another vehicle. Since I haven’t yet found the right car, I agreed. They gave me a great offer on my trade (which helped make their overpriced vehicles almost competitively priced) only to turn around and drop that offer nearly 5k from over $66,800 to $62,000 when the time came to work numbers because we are a military family and exempt from taxes. So our offer is 5k less just because of my husbands service? After completely ghosting me for days? This dealership is lazy, shady, overpriced and unhelpful at best. There are so many dealerships out there that will work hard, be honest and transparent and really show up to earn your business, unfortunately Beaman GMC really just isn’t one of them, especially for military. Take your business and money elsewhere. **update: after posting my review a manager reached out and made me an offer on my trade and informed me that it was valid whether or not I purchased from them. I plan on trading my vehicle in to them on Thursday, we we will see if they keep their word.
We had a great experience buying our car and would go back to buy another one but due to the service department this will not be happening. We have had issues not once but 3 times now. The first time was just an oil change that was scheduled first thing in the morning. I ended up waiting over three hours with a newborn baby. People were coming in after me and getting done before me. The second time I called and made an appointment for an oil change, and then also for issues we’ve been having with the car to get diagnosed and fixed. We brought it in and all they did was an oil change, even though the lady who took the appointment, reassured me that it would get looked at for the other issues as well. The final time is we made an appointment to drop off the car for several days due to a couple issues that we needed fixed that we weren’t fixed in our last appointment. We did the night drop off and called the next morning when they opened and they told us that it would take five days to diagnose alone. FIVE DAYS! We have three kids and my Tahoe is our family vehicle. If the diagnose took five days alone, how long would it take to get fixed? This is unacceptable and we are done taking our car or buying cars from here. We do not have this issue with Ford of Franklin (for our other car) or other dealerships we have used in past.
9/7/23 Thurs. – Took 2021 Yukon to Beaman GMC dealership. Check engine light was on. Reduced power. Part was ordered. 9/8/23 Friday –Waiting for part. Waiting on warranty decision. 9/9/23 Saturday – Still waiting for part. It was decided that the repair was under warranty. Was told to go ahead and rent a vehicle; as repair is under warranty and the GMC/warranty would reimburse him for the rental and GMC Reunite would deliver the vehicle at no charge to Wood stock Illinois, an 8 hr. drive from the dealership. 9/11 Monday, 9/12 Tuesday, 9/13 Wed. – still waiting for the part. 9/13 Wed., Mathew/service dept. said the mechanic deemed the damage wasn’t covered under warranty because he thought someone other than a GMC mechanic had worked on the vehicle. The Saturday mechanic is out of the country and the Customer Service Manager is on vacation “ This is a GMC serviced vehicle!”. They lied -we found out the part wasn’t ordered until 9/11! They lied - They now said the repair is NOT under warranty and the GMC/warranty would NOT reimburse for the rental and GMC Reunite would NOT deliver the vehicle at no charge. We were told the cost to repair it and upon completion we can come pick up the vehicle. We are 8 hours away!
Purchased my dream car from these guys last night and I am incredibly impressed with the treatment and service I received. I found this car online and within 3 minutes of my initial email, Kenneth Williams replied and stayed in touch with me until I could get down there later in the week. And let me just say, Mr. Williams practically bent over backwards in order to help me get this vehicle. My credit isn't great but it isn't awful either so I was somewhat limited in the parameters. I told him what I could do and how that was the most I could do. I honestly wasn't expecting to get the car with the parameters I gave them. Kenneth listened, payed attention, asked a few questions, and then he got to work and to my great surprise made everything come together within the guidelines of what I could do. Part of which was heavily discounting the listed price by several thousand dollars...they also gave me a few perks for free even though I knew how much they knocked off the price. I highly recommend them and if you get a chance I highly recommend seeking out Kenneth Williams. He will not just treat you right, he will treat you good...with care, honesty and with respect.
I can't thank this dealership enough for such a quick and pleasurable experience. My wife scheduled a last minute time on a Saturday for us to look at a couple of SUVs. We could not have been paired with a better associate, Ryan, to guide us with our many questions and inquiries. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and tremendously transparent. There was not a single moment we felt pressured or as if we were being sold a product. Rather, we were being guided to make the best decision for us and our family about one of life’s biggest financial purchases. We had the privilege of working with Don for financial guidance and, again, was such a seamless process and felt as if we were purchasing a vehicle from a family friend. I will soon need to also purchase a truck soon as my current is in need of retiring - I will most definitely be seeking the guidance of Ryan and Don again. Thank you both for such a pleasurable experience. The service and personal touch you have provided will keep us loyal to Beaman and we will refer anyone in search of a vehicle to your doors.
I think next time I’ll change my own oil. First visit, I noticed oil stains in my driveway, and when I checked, my filter wasn’t even hand tight. I suppose that’s understandable. Mistakes happen sometimes. Second visit, I had an appointment at 1pm. Dropped my truck off, heard nothing. Started calling about 3, no one answered. Finally about 5, someone answered, and they couldn’t find any record that my truck was there. It took a while to search, and finally the guy found it. They had just started working on it, after 5. Finally, when I went to pick it up, there was a $9 shop fee. This is on a $175+ oil change on a diesel. When I asked what the fee was for, it was for oil disposal. As if anyone ever takes it home with them. Just put it in the advertised price. No apologies for keeping my truck late, not answering the phone, nothing.
My car was in the shop for more than a week. I could not get a loner or rent a car at business rate. It also took some time as we had to do this on our own, no help from dealership. Waited at one car rental for hours until it closed only to be told they no longer had any cars and to try back the next day. (Waited for hours) We did get a car at one rental car company, but we had to pay full rate, same day of service which was expensive. I contacted your GMC customer service and they stated they MAY reimburse us...MAY Driving the kids to school today and the car is acting like it was before. We are very disappointed in the way things have been handled. VERY I could add more to this but just too tired and frustrated to put it all out there.
Horrible horrible horrible at their service dept, I got a 2018 Colorado, transmission shudder issue, very common, I wanted a transmission flush and tcm reprogrammed with the latest software and the guy got mad I didn’t want to pay for his “diagnostic” fee of $150, then he told me is a “rebuilt title” so they cannot do the transmission service or oil change or anything because of the title (truck was totaled due to hail damage) his words “I cannot touch it because of so much liability” which I found extremely weird, apparently documentation is important at this dealer. ESTE LUGAR ES RACISTA, el gringo en el departamento de servicio no trabajo mi camioneta porque no es título limpio, un cambio de aceite de transmisión
Tony, my sales rep was beyond awesome. While I was figuring out exactly what I wanted in my next car he communicated regularly without being pushy, kept me informed on the status of the vehicle I thought I wanted (and ultimately did purchase) and answered all my calls and questions. When it was time to take my insurance rental car back and pick up my new ride, Tony, on his DAY OFF, met me at the car rental place and gave me a ride back to the dealership!!! WOW! Don, the Finance Manager, was very helpful in explaining all the million things I needed to sign and took all the time necessary. He helped get the pricing and financing EXACTLY where I'd asked them. What a team!
It's the worst service I have ever seen in my life I wish I could give less than one star all they do is lie to customers and make your vehicle's issue worse or mess up something else so you go back. 2 month ago i was there for oil change they dinted my vey expensive wheel and the told me someone will call me I schedule an appointment to fix it but no one did. and this time i went again for oil change they said my engine belt needs to be charged and he said we have in the wherhouse it should be done by tomorrow my vehicle is been there for 4 days still no updated i try calling texting no respond This is going to be my last time going there.
We bought a 96K 2021 Denali last August with the extended warranty. We were initially very happy and loved the vehicle. We took it in 4 weeks ago for a noise in the transmission and they "supposedly" fixed it- then broke other parts in it when "fixing" the transmission (I won't go into technical details at his point). So we are on week 5 with NO date for when they can get the new parts; it could be two weeks or 6 months! They have offered us NO loaner car and refused to buy back the vehicle. Don't walk but RUN away from this dealership's service dept. Reading through other reviews shows me that this is a common occurrence with Beamon.
Took my car there 4 times for a total of 25 days combined to address an issue that turned out to be a known NHTSA repair bulletin. I actually found the bulletin myself online between visits 3 and 4 and had to be the person to bring it their attention. And they still wouldn't fix the issue. They never actually performed any work on my vehicle, just held it for multiple days at a time and then said they couldn't pinpoint the problem each time, even though they went on a ride along with me and diagnosed the problem. I am in the process of working with GM for a lemon law buyback. Don't go here, please save yourself the time and hassle.
This review is based on the salesman only. No other experience with the dealership. Will Sparkman was wonderful! We unfortunately were not able to make a deal on the car we were initially looking at (mechanical issue came up with the car itself, no fault of the dealership or salesman, and it was pulled from the lot), but Will was extremely helpful, professional, kept open communication, and was trying to go above and beyond for us. He kept in touch trying to help us find exactly what we were looking for, and was not pushy at all. We would absolutely recommend working with Will at Beaman Buick GMC.
Went in for regular maintenance to have transmission serviced. Service advisor unethical and lied. He informed my fiancé that her 2021 GMC Terrain required a special transmission fluid and would cost $800. I immediately called 2 other dealerships to verify, as this is typically 150-250 in my past experiences. Both dealerships checked using the ViN number and verified her vehicle does NOT take a special fluid and quoted me 169 for this service. We obviously chose to take our vehicle to another dealership. Our total was 169 upon completion of all of this. DO NOT GO TO BEAMAN BUICK IN ANTIOCH.
Just recently I brought my Buick Envision 2022 in because my air bag light was on. I made an appointment by calling in and I told the lady I spoke to that I would be a waiter because its my only vehicle and I did not want a lyft. The day I arrived, I met Jared who was so nice and friendly. He did tell me that I had a wait ahead, but I mentioned to him that I I had my young son with me as he saw and I had things to get done. Well I definitely did not wait long and everything went smoothly for us. I will very pleased with the customer service that I received. Thanks too Jared.
Recently bought a truck from them, had zero issues with the buying process. A little over a month later I get a letter from the loan company stating they have not received the documentation titling them the lean holder and that if they do not receive the proper documentation they will increase the APR. I contacted the dealership multiple times and every-time I get the same thing; (we will call you back). The last time I called they said we will mark it as urgent and get back to you. 3 days go by and still no call. I would not recommend working with this dealership.
0 stars! We bought a 2022 yukon denali less than a year ago and was informed today it needs a whole new engine ! Do not purchase vehicles from this place - very shady when we called they just said they “just sell the cars” nothing to make it right with the customer. Even corporate GMC customer service has been horrible - avoid GMC unless you like headaches and stress!! not to mention the Yukon just stopped unexpectedly without any notice or lights coming on while driving 75 mph on the interstate with our children in the car!!! Sooooo unsafe
One of the best car buying/financing processes I've ever experienced. Preston did a fantastic job responding to my texts and emails with the information I needed before coming in for a test drive, the dealership experience was no-pressure, friendly, and helpful. There were no hard-sell tactics used during the finance process, and Don was likewise very friendly and informative while working through the finance paperwork. Absolutely no hesitation about going back to Beaman the next time I need to buy a car.
What a great experience I've had with them. I bought my envista with them, Ashley being our sales rep, and she and her team have been just amazing. They have been open minded, accommodating, hospitable, helpful, and most importantly more than fair. They've treated us well, and Ashley has been in constant contact making sure I'm happy with the car and service we are getting even well after making the final sale. I consider myself a loyal customer and they definitely earned my business moving forward.
Though I decided to go a different rout on my purchase in regards to location I needed to come here to tell you about a very helpful and charismatic female salesperson on staff named Tiffany . She absolutely blew us out of the water with her personability, very knowledgeable in her field , down to earth and not out to get one over on you.i really appreciate people like that in such a position for those people already get bad raps for being crooks . She is an asset to the company for sure
Made an appointment and was told it would take an hour and a half for my service. Upon arrival the not so friendly advisor informed me that it would be more like 2-3hrs. He told me and another adviser derogatorily that “the phone ladies” told me wrong. After waiting almost 4 hours I left only to get to my next stop and have the need oil change (which I had just gotten as part of my service) light to still be on. Oh and you can buy water while you wait… they can’t even provide water.
I just want to say as a first time buyer Beaman Buick has been great!!! My salesman Michael Greenberg was great and made sure I got whatever fixed and made sure my car was ready for me. He was so down to earth and caring. The service department was GREAT!!! Matthew helped me a great deal and the service department figured out everything that was going on with my car and handled it and got it fixed. GREAT customer service!!! I would definitely recommend buying a car from them !!
My brother purchased from here a while back and told me I should go here too to at least check them out. I walked into the dealership not expecting to purchase anything that day because I was still early in the process and in under two hours, I drove off in my brand new Sierra.. The whole team was more than great and friendly as hell. I will be going back in the future. My salesman was a cool dude named Abdul and I couldn’t have had a better experience. I highly recommend them
My dad purchase a car from here in Aug. 2023. He had took the car back up there twice for smelling something burning through the vents. Both times the repair shop said they did not see anything. In the beginning of Dec. the oil was changed. Towards the middle I used the car to go get medicine and the car quit. Towed to Beanman and when they called they stated that the battery was dead and the fuse block was burned up. Now my dad got a quote right at $1300. This is so crazy.
I took my truck for the 3rd time for transmission WARRANTY, he charged me for a diagnosis that he never did, Matthew Gambrell ripped me off, he is RACIST, I took my truck to another place and yes the transmission was damaged, I demanded my money back and to talk to the manager and he would not! I demand a corporate mail to take my complaint and demand my money back, racism is a crime Matthew, people like you should not work in customer service.
I found what I liked online and drove to dealership to see truck. Will Sparkman was just fixing to go to lower lot to get it. I took pictures and he gave me mt trade in price/differance. I told him not to call me. I got ptsd and dont do well on phone. Later that day we went back and forth via text over my the running boards and hard rolling bed cover I wanted. Will got the deal done and the boards and cover were installed today. Great job Will.
Don't ever purchase a vehicle with this company. I have been getting the run around for a month regarding money they never sent to my finance company for a gap insurance policy. They have horrible customer service. I wish I had known about their lack of customer concerns before purchasing a vehicle from Beaman. I have been getting the no service from them for an entire month. They really suck and I hope they get no more business at all.
Matthew was great throughout the process. I feel like he was on top of my. service the entire time my car was in. He escalated my warranty claim so I could get my car back and didn’t cost me additional days with a rental car. I was a little reluctant to purchase the warranty when I bought my car from Beamon but I’m so glad I did! It saved me $5300 when replacing my transmission. Service here and purchase have always been excellent!
Best experience I have had there, Got done much sooner than usual with more update services to do than usual. Kept me informed without being overwhelming, just right. I had errands to run and they efficiently connected me to lyft and they were excellent. Also they (service team Mike and Kevin with Lyft) deserve very special accommodations for helping me retrieve my phone from Kevin the Lyft driver when I left it in the vehicle!
Thought everything was great. Even recommended to a few people. Traded a vehicle in on another. Went smooth . Financing great and now here we are a month later and they still haven't paid off the vehicle I traded in. Have called and called, left voice-mail, emails etc . No help. Nobody knows nothing. Do your business elsewhere unless you like paying payments on a vehicle you don't have
Best customer experience I’ve ever had at any car service location! Easy to schedule appointment online, then got a reminder email, Dave and another man at service desk were very friendly and helpful. Asked if I needed a ride home. Didn’t need one but appreciate the offer. Called me when car was ready and washed car when I picked it up. Thank you. I will recommend to everyone!
All good but was really hoping that you already had my retrofit parts. You already new I needed them when I bought the car so if they were available from gm y’all should have had every one you needed to fix all the vehicles you sold Seems like with all the computers we have today that those parts when available would be shipped to each dealer that sold cars no questions asked
I have been trying to get in touch with someone in parts for 2 days. Their parts voicemail boxes say you have reached Beaman Ford. Their hold music talks all about buying a vehicle in Downtown Nashville, where they are no longer located. It's no surprise you can't get someone on the phone, clearly no one is paying attention. This is why I purchase and service elsewhere.
Working with Jared Turney left me feeling like I was the owner of the dealership. He treated me with Four Seasons level service and made me feel comfortable with everything about my service experience. Getting to work with a pro like Jared makes me want to return to Beaman GMC for future service. Thank you for having such knowledgeable and caring folks on your team.
I went to service my truck! an engine oil change and tire rotation service, the appointment was at 3 pm and they delivered it to me at 5:20 pm, when they told me it only took 45 min. On the other hand, when I got home I saw that a central cover was missing from a front wheel of my truck, I don't know if they didn't put it on or it fell on the road. very disappointed
Marcel and Laura were so kind and helpful with finding me a car. Not only them but the whole team. They took the time to find the EXACT car I wanted and went above and beyond to find it (went to two states to make it happen)! If you are looking for people who will help find what you want to the t, and is committed to their word, go with Beaman Buick in Nashville!
Quite possible the worst truck service I’ve every received. First time forgot to screw on the oil filter and leaked oil everywhere. They also striped the plug in the process. The second time they forgot to order parts and mis-labled invoice (I think intentionally) which screwed up the warranty reimbursement from GMC. Will not every take vehicle again.
I recently had the great experience of shopping with Ashley C. While I did not purchase a vehicle (not as a result of her), I have to compliment her communication skills, her attentiveness and her desire to make a deal work for us. Incredibly pleasant and no pressure and just overall excellent service. Other dealers should take notice!
I bought a car from Beaman BUICK-GMC and my sales associate was Anthony Jackson. He went out of his ways to take care of my purchase, he provided me with a better price that I asked for, and he also put on orders extra accessories that I requested. I am totally satisfied with my purchase and I think you working with me. You get a 5/5.
Mike Greenberg was great from start to finish. I called about a vehicle that had sold but the buyer decided to buy something with a bigger engine and returned the vehicle and Greenberg called me right away and reserved the vehicle. I am 350 miles away so i had to fly in and he picked me up and was class act during the entire process.
Pretty typical dealership experience. Waste a bunch of time trying to get you to buy add-on services you don’t need. Then find ways to deny warranty coverage. Then deny corporate coupon…but on second review allow coupon. These people are shysters and I would recommend going elsewhere for service. They do have a good coffee machine.
WOW!! It was a WONDERFUL experience!!! They took care of me and my car and made sure I had rides to and from the dealership. I felt like royalty. Thank you David Welch to you and your guys for such prompt, courteous and very professional service. I will definitely be coming back. MERRY CHRISTMAS and Happy New Year to all of you!!
Amazing job by the service advisor Matthew Gambrell. My vehicle was done on time and the work done by the mechanic Jerry was flawless. None of your typical "mechanic finger prints" it was well taken care of while at Beaman. I love their new location. So much better to get in and out of the service department. Highly recommend.
Fantastic experience. Tyrone was a great salesman to work with. He listened to my needs and found me the vehicle I was looking for in the price range I wanted. The manager took the time to help me get the right payment plan. Everybody there was just so nice and helpful. Looking forward to working with them again in the future.
My experience was so good that I feel like buying a GMC or a Buick every day… My salesperson was Ashley Couturier, one of the best person I have ever met in my entire life. She is the type of Top Notch salesperson that every enterprise needs to get their business to next level. Great atmosphere and staff. Love it …
Great dealership had no hassle or haggle over negotiating price Tiffany and all the crew was great to work with. Came in explained my situation with refinancing my house and they held the truck I was wanting to get until I got everything settled. Definitely be back for future purchases and recommend them to everyone!!!
I paid for an oil change and tire rotation. They filled my tires with air and never did my rotation. I had to come back and waste 30 more minutes for a tire rotation. If I didn't mark my tires, I would have never known my tires weren't rotated. I can't trust that my oil is being changed either, so I won't be back.
We had a great experience with Maria Souki our salesperson and David Duncan one of the managers. David said Maria was fairly new and he would assist. They were both very attentive and listened to what we wanted and did a great job helping us out. We will be getting a second vehicle in a couple of months for sure.
Brought my car in for a noise coming from the rear. I was promptly greeted and assisted when I pulled into the service center. They were able to quickly work me into the schedule and resolve the problem with my car. The waiting area was very nice with comfortable seating, TV and available refreshments.
I had a great experience while looking for a new vehicle. Will Sparkman was wonderful. Many times when a woman is looking for a car on her own the salesmen will be pushy or dismissive but this was not the case with Will. He was fantastic and would recommend purchasing from him if you are in the market.
Steven, my salesman, listened to what I wanted and was not pushy. The team at the dealership were accommodating while I was working through my deal. The finance guy was great at ensuring I understood exactly what my loan was and the add one that were available. He made suggestions but was not pushy.
I went for a diagnosis of my truck because I had transmission failure and Matt who was the person who attended me told me that there was nothing wrong! Two days later I took it to another dealership and he told me that I needed to replace the transmission. Very bad service …
It was a professional and friendly experience with both sales persons. Michael Greenberg and Ashley Couturier were knowledgeable and engaged in the process. They are both excellent representatives of their company. It was a pleasure doing business with Beaman.
I made an appointment for an oil change. Just a simple easy oil change. My appointment was for 11:00am. I got here at 10:35…it is now 12:00 and they still haven’t taken my car back to the garage to start the simple oil change. Why make an
Scheduled a Recall on My GMC app. Was sent email confirming from the dealership. Got to the address and found out it was moved. I made to the location at 8:30a and 1:30p, I finally was told that parts was not in stock. I was told that the
I sent my son there to get his car worked on because it was leaking coolant. I made an appointment weeks in advance and when he took the car in they said it will be four days before they can look at it. I complained to the service manager
First they move and don’t tell you when you make an appointment then the person answering the phone can’t even tell you how to get to the new location gives you an address to put into your gps while driving on the interstate and takes you
Do not use this service center unless absolutely necessary. They will hold your car for 5 days past your "appointment" and then try to make you pay an insane amount for unnecessary repairs. After they gave me their diagnosis and cost for
Bought a car from the new location in Antioch, off of Mount View Rd. Everyone was very nice and did not waste time with games. We worked with Wesley and he was amazing at staying in touch and helping us. Had a great experience at Beaman.
Special Thank you to Ms. Ashley and Ms. Garcia for putting me in the truck I wanted! They were very polite, patient and excellent listers. It always a great feeling when you’re not rushed and waiting all day. Had me in and out in 2hours.
Ashley was amazing to work with! Worked out a great price for me on a vehicle I fell in love with online. I would definitely be purchasing my next vehicle with them. I would also recommend them to others that’s looking to purchase!
I bought my new car from them over the phone from Indiana. Everything was very fast and smooth. I would give more stars if I could. Very professional and down to earth service. I won't buy a car from anywhere else in the future.
My sales person Marcel was the best! He followed up with me for weeks until he found exactly what I wanted. He was very patient and understanding with me as I couldn’t make up mind on what I wanted. Beaman Rocks!!!
Mike was great to work with, told him what I was looking for in a truck and he was very informative on the inventory at the dealership. The facility is nice and everyone was helpful with the purchase of my truck.
The kind folks at Beaman made the whole process really simple. I had done some pricing research beforehand and they were able to work with me on pricing & my trade in! Best experience in getting a car I’ve had!
My experience was great. It took longer than expected to get the needed part, which was out of their control. However, the service team remained in constant communication until the service was complete.
Ansley did great. I asked her to update me each week as we were waiting on my 3500 order and she always did. Her and Andy also were able to figure out what was holding the build up and got it moving.
We were replacing my moms car due to a wreck that took my brothers life. The staff was respectful and even deliver the car to my moms house. It was a peaceful process with no pressure.
Ryan was the sales person I was working with. He was very helpful with all of my concerns. He is a very polite young man. I highly recommend him of anyone is interested in buying a car
Ricky, Lauren and Maria were exceptional in their interactions with us during the purchase of our GMC Terrain Denali. They were all very knowledgeable. It made for a great experience.
Michael was very helpful during the process of purchasing the truck. The truck was delivered to my house which saved me several hours of driving. Definitely a good experience.
2016 BUICK LACROSSE . my car has been at beaman buick repair service center since 3/30/23 TO GET MY TRANSMISSION repaired . I was told for 3weeks that my part has not been
I had a great experience with the team! Will, Andy, and Ashley were awesome. I will recommend them to anyone and look forward to working with them again in the future!
Maria was great, she was very knowledgeable and walk me through my purchase decision from beginning to end. She got me the right option.
Ashley (sales) and Matthew (service) were awesome! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy or trade their vehicle in.
Found and repaired and issue that my local dealer refused to address. Extremely happy with your customer service! Thank you again!
Service appointment on Saturday morning, everything was fine and staff was very friendly thank for the professionalism. …
Sales manager acts like a kid over text. Just trying to buy a vehicle but the guy is not professional at his JOB.
Best decision I ever made purchasing (the truck of my dreams) 2022 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali Ultimate
Good experience buying a new suv with Ashley and the team. Second car bought from Beaman.
Excellent purchase experience of our 2024 2500 AT4. Respectful of everyone’s time.
Great place to purchase a vehicle. Mike, Andy, and Nate are top notch. Thanks.
M. Gambrel does a great job. Curtious, listens to me, gets my car in and out
