After reading the Google reviews about AutoExpress I decided to go see them for a wheel alignment after a major winter storm on Dec. 21, 2022. Communications with Raj Sr. was good leading up to the appointment. Paul the mechanic who did the wheel alignment seemed good enough and answered my questions. What was a real disappointment is that I opened my hood, 8 days later, on Dec. 29th and discovered garbage and left over lunch in my engine compartment. Right above the driver strut that Paul said was broken. Yes, garbage and left over lunch and not a small amount! It was gross. I was so shocked I forgot to take a photo as I wanted to get rid of the mess as fast as possible. Based on this experience I would not be doing further business with them. I am giving this shop a two star rating, because Raj Sr. was ok to deal with and prior to my appointment tried to be accommodating. Otherwise I would have given a one rating.

Wanted clamps one my power steering fluid lines because I had a slow leak. They put 3 clams first visit but forgot to put the 4th one. 1 week later I went back for the 4th clamp and was happy because I will no longer have power steering leakage. As soon as I drive out the shop I start hearing a loud creaming noise… I drive and I get home and by the time I get home it gets extremely loud and I open my hood and the power steering fluid was gushing everywhere. I called them and barely took my car back next week. They charged me damage they done. I knew it was their fault because they didn’t test out vehicle once put the 4th clamp on. I even had a hard time convincing the staff to put it on because that’s where it’s leaking from.

I discovered Auto Express in 2015 and am really happy I did! Its exceptionally tough in this day and age to find an experienced, fair priced & trust worthy auto repair shop. The entire staff is friendly, honest and always helpful to not only take care of my auto needs, but to also take the time to look around and remind me if there is other repair concerns to consider. They don't try to bring other auto repairs into play to up the invoice, but to honestly keep my vehicles safe and running well. Looking for amazing service, quality work, tired of being ripped off? I've been to so many places where they took advantage of me and did unnecessary work. This is the place to come to for honest and sincere service. They give the best rates and only do what is necessary. If your car needs to have additional work they will ask for approval before proceeding or would recommend having it fixed in the time line that they stated. The best part is they have a in-house car rental if your stranded. Raj I will be a returning customer as long is you still own it.

I had a flat tire and thankfully was in walking distance, not only did I receive quick and great service but I was even told where to go to buy new tires for a great price! 90% tread for $60. I brought the tires back to Auto express and they fit me in even though they were closing. More importantly, They didn't take advantage of the fact that I knew nothing about cars and quoted me really fair prices for installing my new tires! (I inquired with friends later that evening) super happy that my tire was flat near this father son establishment.

This is by far the BEST and most convenient shop in town! The staff and employees are very knowledgeable and personable towards their customers. One of their main managers V, is probably the most experienced guy I've seen when it comes to cars. Honestly, don't waste your time going anywhere else because these guys will get the job DONE! On top of that, I've found that their prices are relatively cheaper compared to other places. 5 STARS from a pleased and happy customer!

I usually deal with the owners of the business and I have to say that I have experienced great service every time! They are honest, straightforward, and lay out all of my options for my vehicle. I have never been misguided or led to believe that I needed to have more repairs done than necessary. Went in to get an oil change and my breaks changed from the guys at auto express. Was willing to spend the money and get everything done but instead of taking my money they actually helped me save money by letting me know that my breaks were fine and that I still had another year on them. They said the sqeaking was just due to cheap break pads put on by the previous owner. Was very impressed by this type of service.
