Aviva Deluxe Living Visited on 12/2/2021 The bright wide frontage shop is very eye catching. What really gets my attention is a round table with a conical base displayed at the left side at the windows. I walk in and browse around, and like a small child in a toy shop, I am very excited to see all the very vogue and colourful contemporary items, fantastic for modern interior decoration. However, they do carry a high price tag. I approach the only person in the shop, presumably the owner / manager of the shop, and ask about his products. He mentions many are imported, and replies vaguely my question about the price of the table. He clarifies that the table on display is slightly scratched, and he can offer it to me at a reduced price, which is going to cause a big dent to my pocket. I then check out the shop next door, which has a signage "Aviva Deluxe Gifts and Homeware". The only staff there confirms that this store has the same owner as the next door. Never say never. I may be back one day when I update and redecorate my home.

I just walked into AVIVA DELUXE GIFTS AND HOMEWARES situated next to AVIVA DELUXE LIVING at Waverley Gardens Mulgrave shopping centre just now to check it out. I asked the guy about a Christmas tree that was on display, he didnt look at me when I spoke to him, and he replied it's sold out. I continued walking around when I remembered my friend who likes decorating her house with these stuff. I was taking pictures of the items to send it to my friend. The guy shouted out that I wasn't allowed to take pictures in there. I asked him why? He said that they were a private business and didn't want anyone to copy their items. I left the store and googled the store. They've got their instragram pages which has pictures of items in store. So what was he on about?

The shop itself is absolutely gorgeous and the stock is very unique. However, the owners of the shop are extremely rude. My partner and I were admiring all of the pretty things amd looking for a gift. she was literally following us and walking behind me as I walked through the shop, as if I was going to steal an A4 photo frame in my tiny 15x10 cm handbag. I was taking a photo of an item to send to my mum and get her thoughts about purchasing it for a Christmas present but was rudely approached and told I cannot take any photos. There was not a single sign set up in the shop about no photography and due to the rudeness of the shop, they then lost the sale of that item

products are great but owners is super rude. I asked for the candle wreath and the one I like is bit big and after I asked a few questions I didn't buy and the owner behaved contemptuous and shakes the head. very rude and disrespectful!

Absolutely stunning decor, and all worth the price as the quality is outstanding!!! customer service was incredible and the workers helped me find everything i came for, will definitely be coming back. new favourite store!!!

I am extremely happy with the customer service and quality of the decor I have purchased. Aviva Deluxe has unique pieces, with strong quality which I always go back to. Definitely recommend.

Absolutely love my candlestick holders. Am thrilled with them and a good price too. The people working there are so helpful and they know what looks good.

Had to cancel layby due to unforeseen circumstances and rude bloke wouldn't give me back my $100 deposit.....
