Bad experience. The rep, Rebecca, we dealt with disappeared after we viewed the property and submitted application to lease. We sent a couple of emails, sms, and left voice messages to follow up no response until we contacted Kate who is helpful. At the end we didn’t rent the property from this real estate because they were not able to confirm our lease after 6 days. Bad experience.
