My experience at Ayurveda and Spa was outstanding. The manager Lauren was very professional and keeps the place clean and welcoming. She greets everyone with a smile she's an amazing individual. I got a massage from Ellen and it was the best massage I had in my life. After the massage I felt amazing . 5 stars for the wonderful experience I've had from Ayurveda and Spa. Amazing. Very professional massage, I can tell because I do massage regularly. I ordered 90 minutes Swedish massage and after that my tensed muscles felt soft again. Ram definitely knows physiology. He did an excellent job methodically go through all knots in all parts of body. 100% from beginning to the end. He didn't ask me to review him, I decided to do this as my gratitude to do this as my gratitude plus let people know where to get good massage in Pokhara

Avoid this place, the staff appear to not have any training. I had a manicure and a 1 hour massage, the manicure I do better myself and the massage was..painful. I entered feeling fine and now my whole back hurts and feels beat up. I asked many times to go softer and still it went back to rough rubbing and unskilled prodding. Already had two amazing massages at other places in Nepal prior to this

Ayurveda spa I visited there for their spa service, the spa service was at it's best. The staffs there treated us in a very well manner, me and my friend had steam bath it was very good experience there. They also served us with green tea that was even more awesome loved their hospitality. Recommend for everybody.thank you ayutbeda spa, give good service.

As a profession I am a Senior physiotherapist. I am having a bad back sore after 8hrs of bike ride to muktinath. The therapist are really skilled and professional. The Ayurvedic treatment and the setup is amazing. Highly recommend this place.

Tried tradition Nepalese massage after a long tre. They would ask the level of pressure you want. Soft/gentle/ hard A heater was available in the massage room. I felt so relaxed.thank you so much.

Ayurveda Spa Center is an outstanding wellness center. The entire environment and staff very pleasant. staff Joya is excellent so pleasant and makes feel very comfortable and extremely pleasure.

The massage itself was good but once finished they tried to charge a price higher than we agreed beforehand. Ultimately wasn’t hugely different but was disappointing end to the experience.
